Issue with a supplier, MyDeal said they would negotiate on my behalf. They did zero negotiating. Some 50 emails and they then closed the support tickets. I am out of pocket for extra expenses trying to fix product issue. There is no customer scarification, no recourse to a seller who stuffed me around for months. Cannot get MyDeal on the phone to talk to someone.

Footboard split and broken poor customer service, absolutely poor quality of product. Dont bother escalating it to next level the idiots ask for photos of something they can see as material is intact and you can feel its broken and not soild. Never again I wouldn't buy a single thing from this $#*!ty company

Hi,

This purchase has been very disappointing.

Bottom part of the cooler has scratches, broken and looks like used thus would like to return.
Attached pictures for your reference please. I have not heard anything back yet and making me run from poll to pillar.

Ordered a Gen 5 iPad as advertised, received a Gen 4. Immediately advised Mydeal. It then became a "the sellers issue". Stayed home 3 times for a courier "the seller" MD wholesale organised. Eventually collected on a day not booked. Took them 40 days to collect the iPad they advertised incorrectly (I think they were being deceptive and hoping it wasn't noticed) and has now been 13 days since, so 53 days and their "error" is still not fixed. Ruined our Christmas - still waiting to purchase a present

The first time we used MyDeal the sofa arrived ok (Melburnian Furniture). All good. Unfortunately, with the second item ordered I have had to CANCEL and seek REFUND as the Courier kept "No Showing" after requesting and agreeing to a date. Twice Delivery lifts times were booked.
Very disappointing- as had to come into CBD from being on holiday in the country! - and TWICE Courier a "NO SHOW" and with NO communication from Hunter Courier Co at all. Not good enough at all.

Their marketing campaigns are slick for unworthy companies selling straight up CRAP from China! This site is worse than buying direct from Alibaba! They are nothing more than an affiliate aggregator that has the WORST customer service! The adjustable "sofa bed" won't even fit my 12 year old or one of Snkw Whites 7 dwarfs! Total rubbsih!

Incomplete order shipped through Fastaway couriers which is probably more incompetent than MyDeal although not by much. When your order is messed up and it will be there is no way to contact either of these companies make sure you pay with Paypal and get your money back in 3 to 4 months or better still just don't buy here

Beware of the Goods you Buy

The ipad mini I purchased stated - "This device can be upgraded to iOS version 9. 3. 5*. Please take note as some applications may require a higher iOS."
1 - In reality the "some applications" are in fact MOST APPLICATIONS COMMONLY USED TODAY and note the iOS version already installed is 9. 3. 5
2 - Even Google will not download
3 - Google MAPS will not
4 - YouTube will not
5 - WeChat will not
6 - Facebook will not
THE LIST GOES ON AND ON

This is outrageous and deceptive conduct as the product is barely useable

If I could, I'd give 1/5 of a star - scammers

I purchased 3 items and one was never delivered. With a lot of difficulties, I found a customer service number on their website, I called them, I've sent probably 10 emails so far, and they are not being responsible.
They said my case is closed because the courier delivered, but in my emails, they accepted that they don't have my signature on the receipt.

Do not order from this site! I ordered a mattress with delivery timeframe of 3 to 5 business days. Still waiting 13 business days later. They send you an email with a tracking number. Call courier company to find out where the item is and they have not received it and have no idea where it is. Call customer service - wait on hold for an hour and still no one picks up. Send email requesting/demanding a refund, and receive endless responses with apologies and excuses but no action on refund or confirming when item will be delivered. Absolute disgrace! I am going to report them to the retail ombudsman.

Don't even want to give them one star! Purchased 4 chairs from My Deal. They arrived with out any screws, bolts or an Allan key to assemble. I Immediately contacted My Deal only to be told I must contact the seller. I bought and paid for the items on My Deal thus surely legally they are the seller? But no they insist you get hold of their supplier! 8 emails without a single response and I am told by My Deal the only way to escalate the issue is to push the escalate button on the email from the sender to have My Deal look into it. If the seller doesn't respond their is no email with the magical escalate button and no way to escalate the matter or sort it out!. So I am left with 4 chairs I cant assemble and no one who is responsible for helping me sort it out. I even offered to use my time and money to go and buy the hardware I need if they just tell me what sizes I need to get, but not a single response. I would suggest you NEVER EVER EVER USE MY DEAL - they are a disgrace to Australian companies as their practices border on fraud. Lets see what the unfair trade commission thinks.

Can't leave a negative product review

Purchased a leaf blower/vac, poorly designed and poor quality, so submitted a negative product review. Someone from mydeal replied asking me to contact the seller for help. They won't be able to fix it, it is just poorly designed and poor quality. Product review has not gone onto the listing. Do MyDeal only allow positive reviews?

If you want to pay for goods and receive crap customer service then shop at Mydeal!

I purchased goods over a month ago and still have not received them. The Mydeal customer service team are so incredibly unhelpful.

Not worth the hassle. Never again.

It's been 3 weeks since I placed the order, but it still in transit. I understand there may be serious delay with Aust post, however, I received the other goods within one week which ordered on the same day with other online shopping websites, and they dealing with Aust post too.

Received 20% of the order.(2 seater couch) tracking shows "your order is delivered"! Try to contact my deal is just about impossible! What a headache! Ordering from my deal could become your deal, my bad deal!

And a warning.
I would recommend avoiding this site if possible.
If you like stress, uncertainty and frustration in your life by all means go right ahead but if you want a reliable, communicative, professional experience, look elsewhere.
They present as a ‘seller' but are a platform for retailers, much like eBay but minus the protections and obligations.
I spent a large amount on bunk beds for the grand kiddies (in Brisbane, from Sydney) and ten days later had heard nothing about who would deliver the goods and when- the company says they will send courier details and a tracking number as soon as the items are dispatched. Interestingly, only the five ‘working days' count here: if they are halfway through country NSW, they stop for the weekend? Ridiculous.

Then I spoke to the actual retailer - Lux Living- and I was told "rest assured, your package is on its way and will be with you in a couple days". A non-functioning tracking number and a non-existing courier name was provided. I cancelled the order after not receiving answers about the status of my order.

Eventually did receive a call from a courier (day 28) who said it just arrived two days ago in a shipping container; "when they told you it was coming and had left their warehouse, it was on a ship in the middle of the ocean!"

MyDeal did not take the lead in sorting out the mess and did not act decisively or fairly. It has hard to tell which emails are from them and which are from the seller- they merge into one entity.
Thankful for PayPal disputes centre. Acknowledged my reply re outcome and said they will seek me a full refund. Froze funds while case examined. Even then seller hounded me with calls and emails re delivery and refusing to accept order cancelation. Got to harassment level.
Received full refund through PayPal 31 days after initial ‘goods dispatched' notice.
Case closed

If it wasn't for PayPal and my having paid through them, my issue would still be unresolved or I would have at best lost hundreds of dollars
And until two days ago- 10 days after PayPal closed the case and refunded my money!- LuxLiving were still trying to arrange delivery.

I wish I'd read some reviews first.

Purchased an inverter from this site. Transaction receipt then heard nothing. Their so called contact us has no access to any person... redirection to go to the seller but no seller details show... so you can't contact seller first to then escalate to my deal. Absolute classic diversion scam. Sat on phone for three hours for then to say experiencing delays then just disconnect you. This mob ought to be put out of business by the piss weak regulator in this country the accc. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MY DEAL... THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BACK UP AND THEIR GUARANTEE IS A DELIBERATE SCAM AS YOU CANT CONTACT THEIR SELKERS TO ESCALATE BACK TO THEM FOR A REFUND. PAID MONEY... ALL I GOT WSS A RECEIPT FOR SALE.

How Manny times does a customer have to ring or email you before you reply.
After over 7 phone calls and always being cut of after 30 mn waiting. What is wrong with you. Don't we the customer's matter after all we pay you wages and keep you going especially during COVID. For an easy fix to me problem you are willing to ignore me at the risk of bad publicity on the social media.
At this stage I am holding back hopping that you will come to the party.
