Don't deal with this company.
An error resulted in an unwanted transaction which I requested to cancel for 3 days. With PayPal legal support I was refunded fully. The customer service then & now is beyond belief. The rubbish ordered was thrown into the doorstop & couldn't be refused & returned which they instructed me to do. Seriously avoid this company:

I recently bought a artiss 3 drawer dresser, there were mistakes on the instructions and the 2 backing boards that go behind the dresser don't match up for fitting,the product its is poor quality,rough bits and one piece has a chip on it and when the unit arrived the box had been damaged and the entire unit that has been installed is very rocky side to side and not very sturdy. Not very impressed

Waited ages for my item to be delivered and had to go through the help desk that didn't help. They said they would follow up and get back to me within 24hours which they didn't. They said they would cancel my order and when I said yes because waiting for the time I have been was a joke. In wished they replied that I was being rude... I am flabbergasted that this was their reply - Anyway still waiting for my order to be cancelled and the money refunded but I won't be using Mydeal again due to their POOR customer service

Mydeal.com is the dodgiest website to purchase from it. You do not get your refund and if you are lucky 20% restocking fee will be applied to your refund, shipping, and returning fees on customers.

My Deal is not recommended. I ordered 2 lots of sheet sets (Q and KS) both with 2 sheets and received one sheet for each particular size. I do not believe it was my error as I kept correcting the order to ensure I was purchasing 2 sheets for each not one sheet for each size. This practice would dramatically increase My Deals profit and I will not use My Deal again. When I complained they said the order was for 1 sheet only for each size; the order I made was absolutely not for one sheet each. Would prefer zero stars.

I ordered a 4 in 1 Soccer table thru myDeal and still have not received missing part since October I have contacted myDeal 3 x times

My credit details were used for an unauthorised transaction on My Deal for $600
There was no assistance to return the money to me. They sent me emails saying the money had been returned to my bank account. I have not received the money. Not a very reputable website. Only got one star because you can't do none!

Bought a set of bonds sheets from my deal. Two days later I received an email saying the seller (big w) was out of stock, the order could not be fulfilled and I would receive a refund in 3 working days, Went to my local big w and was able to buy the sheets. Now the money MyDeal took for the item I have to wait 5 to get back. I will never use this website again, does not work and it should be taken down.

As I can see from other reviews, this company is not worthy of a decent review.
I had problems with a code uploading at payment. My purchase was approx $100, the discount code did not attach.
After emailing many times I had correspondence from Kathleen, well she was no help at all.
Allowed me another $10 code to be used after I spent another $100...? Is this helpful, no its a disgrace, I wished I never purchased from them!

19 days still nothing. Getting help talk to a brick wall. Stay well away you will be sorry and regret

Purchased a fan that I thought had a light on the bottom, but I purchased one without. Ok that was my fault but in trying to do a return was a nightmare. Took them forever to Respond to my emails and required a number of calls to resolve. Took even longer to try and get a return address to send the item back. Their warehouse is just down the road and would not accept returns except via postage which them cost me $25. That along with the restocking fee meant that I lost around $40 on my purchase. Customer service is terrible so make sure you don't have to deal with them

Dont believe them... thet sent to me fake airpods pro 2 i try to connect customer service...

Website states delivery within 24-48 hours, 6 weeks later I still haven't received the item. The website is hard to navigate to report issues and when I attempted to call the number listed on the website it simply stated 'no one was available' and to call back 'later'. I will not use this website again

I ordered this product from MY DEAL first week in October. Delivery was stated up to 13 days. After no delivery on 20 days I made enquiry. I was told I would have a response after 48 hours.
Still no product delivered. Make contact again and now told to wait till end of November for delivery? Excuses, floods etc! Come on stop using floods, inflation, and whatever else to make for very poor service.
Extremely frustrated and inconvenienced.
NEVER EVER will I use, MY DEAL again

The "support" is through an offshore call centre only and they do nothing to assist a buyer that has been sold an item not fit for purpose except to tell you to send it back at our own expense. MyDeal also "moderates" its reviews so don't rely on those for purchase decisions. DO NOT shop here!

This purchase was the worst experience ever,
After 3 months not only has the seller stopped responding but my deal keeps refering me back to the seller.
I still don't have a workable heater

Be very careful with what you buy from here. I received poor quality counterfeit items. The service from the seller and My Deal was woeful. Eventually refunded the initial purchase costs but refused to refund my return shipping costs - said I had 'changed my mind' when I had done nothing of the sort - I purchased the items in good faith and when I received them they were clearly fake.

My Deal did not seem concerned in the slightest that people are selling fake goods on their platform.

The seller was Giant Power.

I bought $300 sony earbuds which turned out to be fake! Spike to customer support and now im waiting for the seller to contact me.

They advertise a product for a cheap attractive price, then they deliver the wrong item, and when you inform the item delivered is not what you order, they change the price, size and codes to make it look like you ordered the wrong product.

Avoid them or you would be paying more as refund don't apply to them, they want you to pay for freight return and they WON'T refund 100% of the purchase price. They are scammers they also use the name Super and cheaper, not cheaper when you are not happy with the item you cannot use
