My Clean PC was very nice and clean up my problem. They said that my computer should be clean once every week which I did not know how, they said if I called them they will clean my computer when I call them.

The technician was pleasant and very helpful. He was patient in answering all of my questions and he solved the problem I was having.

My PC was super slow before they cleaned the memory and update certain parts of my PC. I wasnt even able to open my game Valorant before this and now i can play! Thank y'all so much!

My audio file did not word. We subscribed the software. Technical support agent was successfully solved the problem.

I previously submitted my evaluation on a another survey. Everything I said was positive so far. Time will tell if the program still works or will disappear once again. If it does and I need tech support, I hope I get the same tech named Jonathan Habel. He was EXCELLENT in solving the problems the computer had.

Screen was not right, tech support fixed and made it better. Fixed in a short time and i didn't have to worry about fixing the screen, tech did all of it.

My pc is faster than it was previously! The games are not crashing and lagging like it was before. Tech support was understandable and patient with me going in, had easy contact and kept in touch when something was needed.
