I am not tech savvy, Andrew was amazing at fixing all the problems I was having of installing System Mech Pro and uninstalling the old software protection program

They did a great job lot of knowledge. I asked a lot of questions and for being computer slow, he spoke to me so I could understand.

Bought a new computer and needed to load the app. They got it done very quickly. Very happy customer!

I was so afraid I'd have to replace my computer Monitor. Completely black screen for several cays. Sometimes I could turn it on, sometimes not, but all black on or off! But he knew exactly what to do, and was so very patient with this old lady. Even set up a shortcut to my pictures for me. I'd been told to be careful if I had it worked on, because pictures could disappear. I'll definitely recommend US Tech.
