I am not a computer smart person and when something goes wrong with my computer I freak out. Having someone who knows what is wrong and how to fix it gives me an amazing sense of security and peace of mind. I've never had them fail to take care of my computer in all the years I've been with them!:-D

I had a problem with not getting certain emails to work. The technician fixed that and did other things to my computer to make it work better. He was also very patient and friendly.

I will say that it was a struggle working with the initial intake operator to help determine the issue but once I was linked to the actual technician it was smooth sailing. My issue was fixed and I would use this service again in the future when needed. I will not be committing to an ongoing monthly subscription due to my use of the computer.

In fact based on experience I give them my highest recommendation. You'll be happy that you respected your computer, AND yourself, by going for 'the best!' As the English would say, MyCleanPC is 'spot on!'
