I am not a computer smart person and when something goes wrong with my computer I freak out. Having someone who knows what is wrong and how to fix it gives me an amazing sense of security and peace of mind. I will say that it was a struggle working with the initial intake operator to help determine the issue but once I was linked to the actual technician it was smooth sailing. My issue was fixed and I would use this service again in the future when needed. I will not be committing to an ongoing monthly subscription due to my use of the computer.
