The worst trying to get thru to anyone there and you go in circles. Promised me furniture on a certain date and said it can be done in two months. Two months later they are pushing it back another month asked for some compensation and told me u could get 1/2 the delivery charge taken off. Unaccsptable. You can keep your furniture. I will go elsewhere

Try calling Customer care they will put you on hold and the message will repeat it will be another 21 minutes. Try calling the store, same story.
DO NOT... spend your hard earned money at Bob's furniture. Yes, the products look good. Unfortunately, 3 of my purchase, as well as my co workers moms very expensive Dinning room set, were worth the money, time nor agrivation. Even with Goof proof. Bob's representatives will go as far as they need, not, to fully honor your claim. And, that's if they dont deny your claim in its entirety. Yes, they will deny your claim, even with Goof Proof Insurance.
Bad customer service... Ordered my couch set, with a 5 year warranty in August 2020, they delivered it in October 2020, one side of the couch motor was clicking as it opened out, I called several times for a replacement, they keep giving me the runarounds, they are telling me they can't replace my couch because they don't have the part, and it won't be here until January 2021, I told them I wanted another couch, and they said they have to order it and they don't have a delivery date for it yet... I will not be shopping here again.
Love my sofa and Greg at the new Desert Ridge location told me the truth about when things were coming in and if they could be delayed and they were but I was surprised at how great the quality was for the price. Definitely worth the wait and he followed up with me every week and even told me when things would be delayed.
After waiting almost 3 months for my Venus sectional to be delivered, I was appalled to discover that the sectional doesn't come with sectional clips. This means that the middle piece of the sectional does not connect to the others, so they all slide around. My son has already fallen through between the two sections on several occasions, and we've had the couch for less than one hour. Not happy!
We purchased a dining room set from Bob's and picked out the only one they could deliver within a two week period They delivered the table and chairs WITHOUT LEGS! They rescheduled the LEGS for two more weeks In the meantime i bought a chair and they couldn't deliver them on the same day The legs and chair were pretty small ie why couldn't they put them together on a truck They were supposed to deliver the chair today they NEVER buzzed us on our intercom but took a photo to prove they were there Not that hard to get into the building and they send you tracking info that wasn't accurate and never called or tried to come in NOW THEY REFUSE TO COME BACK TO DELIVER THE CHAIR I HAVE BOUGHT THINGS FROM THEM FOR YEARS NEVER EVER AGAIN! JUST KEEP SAYING SORRY THEY ARE TOO BIG AND DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL THEY ARE AWFUL!
The customer service is pretty much non existant. After a 4 month wait we received a partial delivery. The base of our bed has a visible split in the wood. Paid for the delivery and set up (a complete ripoff). Half the screws werent even screwed in more than halfway into the frame. Out of sight so i guess thats acceptable to bobs discount furniture. How they handle this going forward will be posted in a future review. Bottom line, they need to answer their phones to deal with problems after the sale. Next time i think ill try anyone but this place.
We were so excited to buy a new couch set from BDF. We even purchased the Goof Proof warranty for added protection. We bought this set for our formal living room. Not even 2 months into owning them they are trash. The first week the threading came apart. The 1st month the electric recliner hardware became bent on both ends of both the couch and the love seat. Now when reclining or sitting up the couch whines and pops due to shotty materials and craftsmanship. The mechanism not raised far enough from the frame so when you sit down the whole thing compresses. To top it all off, the "durable" leather is now started to peal. When we called to enact our warranty we were denied because it's "normal wear and tear". Nothing about this is normal. We've owned multiple living room sets and have never had this problem. Save your money and go somewhere else!
I ordered 2 pillows on 10/17/2020. It is now 11/3/2020 and I have yet to receive them. There is no one online to speak to; therefore, I had no choice but to call the store. No one knows where my package is. This is unacceptable! I keep being told about delays. I have ordered from a few department starts before and after 10/17/2020 and have received everything. I also cannot cancel the order because it so called shipped out already. What I am trying to understand is, if the pillows shipped out, why can't anyone provide a tracking number at this time?! I will never order from Bob's Furniture again! I am not waiting for furniture. I am waiting on 2 pillows!
We purchased a couch from Bobs 1/19/20, the couch had issues from the start but with the pandemic we did not feel comfortable having technicians n the house. Every call to their help center requires 1 hour and a half on hold. They have been here twice 8/11, the problem persists, 9/24 the problem persists and the technician said it should be replaced but I spoke with a supervisor Marybeth D and they refuse. I even purchased the GOOF Proof that is a Joke. STAY AWAY horrible quality and the service is worse... after they have your money
We bought furniture from Bob's and paid extra for the 5yr protection plan. We were told that the protection plan covers any and all accidental damages that can occur. A year after having the furniture we tried to make a claim on the loveseat that reclines because the plug broke and they are saying that it is not covered in our plan. Again we were told everything was covered so how is this so? I highly suggest not putting the extra $ out for the protection because it's a scam!
See for yourself, just call the number and prepare to wait over an hour. At first, the recording will say that your wait time is more than 21 minutes. It's a canned number, always the same. After about 30 minutes the recording will FINALLY let you know that you have the option to be called back "without losing your place in line." I chose to stay on because I thought my time was coming soon. Just then the recording said I now have 25 more minutes to wait, and, I no longer had the call-back option. I finally reached a person, described my problem and she said that her computer is having a problem and that she needed to walk to another station and will be right back with an answer. After about 10 minutes on hold, I was placed back into the main queue. I wasn't about to wait another hour so I ended up driving to the nearest store, about 20 minutes from my home. There, I got my answer in 5 minutes. The takeaway for me is that their phone support is abysmal. If you need to talk to anyone you have to go into the store. I only HOPE that I don't have any issues with my furniture because I highly doubt that any issues wiould ever me resolved.

Warranty garbage and they don't cover anything with the goof proof more like proof i'll look like a goof when i need it 2500 bucks in trash was purchased and they don't cover it under warranty
The supervisor was also a waste to talk to they blamed it on covid why they couldn't resolve my issue sooner after i said that better not be your excuse to get out of covering for the warranty and that's exactly what happen. They prolong the process just to tell me the warranty expired. I warned you not to waste your time with bobs $#*!ty home furniture but up to you if you want your hard earn money to go in the trash
Had a powered recliner break down in the open position but thankfully it was still under warranty. I called Bob's and was subjected to 1hr plus hold times, even got disconnected the first time 40 mins in. Finally got a repair man scheduled to visit... 2 months out. Nice guy shows up to say "yup its broke, sorry we don't carry any parts to fix it". Whats the point here for the visit? Didn't hear from them in over a month so I had to call the terrible help line, only to find the parts are badly back ordered and might be available in two to three months? HUH? This is going to be a half a year ordeal to get this chair fixed... if it all. Never again.
The worst service you can get ever
After 2 months and a half waiting for a bed to be delivered (ok COVID related THINGS), I got the bed in an oblique position: the rail is just oblique). I CALLED them 6 TIMES, they say yes it is oblique, we are going to follow-up and I wait, nobody calls back. Each time I call they say: your sofa and your mattress claim which I never filed for are being followed-up.
You wait 1 hour each time and then the operator tells you: sorry I can't help you and I can not follow up since the system is not working!

Never buy anything from that place
Our couch was delivered 9/17 and we paid $200 for white glove service. The handymen did not have the screws necessary to assemble the couch legs. 9/19 another person came, again without screws so was unable to finish the white glove service paid for. I have been reaching out for the last 3 weeks to no avail. Finally today I received an EMAIL offering a $50 gift card (obviously towards Bob's in the future) as "compensation" for the lack of white glove service. I want a refund as it is ILLEGAL to charge someone for services they did not consume!

We recently bought a new couch for $1000. They delivered it last week and all we get our bad squeaking noise that the company refuses to fix or replace. We have the Bob's warranty service to that we paid extra but they still refuse to fix the couch that is one week old. Stay away.
Their furniture is made very cheaply. They will sell you a Goof Proof warranty this is good for 5 years. What they don't tell you is that if the furniture just falls apart because it is made so cheaply the warranty won't cover it! I will never buy another thing from this place!
Answer: Bob's doesn't care... Bob Kaufman probably cared way back in the 70s and 80s, but this new ownership is all about lulling you in with a moderate pricing model and then sticking it to you after they have your money. There is no way any of those shysters are looking at (or care about) these reviews... let alone respond and actually hold themselves accountable. We are all disposable customers in Bob's World. The sales staff takes a lot of the heat I'm sure, but their assistance is to simply tell you to call Customer Care, which is an absolute joke of a service and clearly where they are saving the money... Michael Skirvin the CEO is a jerk and a poor man's 2-bit used car salesman.
