What a con everything about this product and company absolutely stink!

E-mailed them half a dozen times and phoned, needless to say fraudulent

The photograph i had blown onto canvas was a lovely picture of my daughters 18th and 21st birthday party I was so disapointed with the quality of the canvas crap quality creased in the middle, frayed, white streaks, and "red eye" that i actually threw it straight in the bin total waste of time and money i wish i'd given the money to charity.

Avoid at all costs

Okay so I made an order about 4 days ago and after reading the reviews i'm only really scared of my order not being delivered for weeks. As for having to assemble them yourself i have 2 comments on that.
1) I can understand that would be really inconvenient for customers who have printed photo's of family and friends to put on their wall. I, however, think it'll be pretty neat having to make my own canvas of my photography work. It'll make it seem a bit more personal to me.
2) For the price they're offering how can you really complain anyway?

I'm definitely not rating this site very highly and as i said i'm very concerned with the delivery time and hope this isn't a problem for me as it was for others.

1) "48h delivery" I waited over 3 weeks. The site implies it's british (. co.uk), but is based in Germany. They didn't volunteer pictures would be late, I had to chase them and then I got generic emails citing "technical problems" without any firm specific info. Birthday present was 2 weeks late
2) You get bits of canvas and a self assembly frame. No pins/staples and you have to sort it out yourself. This is only apparent low down in the FAQs and no info about this when you buy (site implies you get finished product). I think a case of mis-selling. It is quite fiddly to mount your own canvas and many people wouldn't be up to it
3) Canvases had poor colour and resolution.
4) The instructions were terrible

Ordered 3 canvases for a birthday prezzie, picked this site as it looked really professional and promised delivery in 48 hrs. Still waiting 9 days later! As in previous reviews, was given a false tracking number and the telephone number on confirmation email is constantly engaged.
How I wished I'd looked at this review site before I ordered anything off here. I ordered same prints off of Argos and they came within 2 days and fully finished no DIY job where you've got to frame and stretch canvas yourself!
So if you are thinking of ordering off of here - DONT!
I'm just hoping that my prints will turn up eventually.

I received my canvas and when it arrived i thought that's a funny size box for a canvas frame. When i opened the long box, there was a rolled canvas and 4 pieces of wood and lots of pieces to put the canvas together myself. Well, talk about being disappointed! I have spoken and sent various email to this company and as you can see there are other people who are as happy with it as me!
Don't use them, they haven't got it sorted and the canvas isn't exactly good, so thoroughly disappointed! There are no details on their front home page about DIY canvases!

This site offers to transfer your downloaded photo onto the canvass size of your choice and deliver it to your home.
What they fail to say is that it comes in kit form so you have to build the frame with the wood that they suppy and then strentch the canvass and staple it in place.
I contacted the company and the reply was they were a german company so were not going to make any refund as they were not forced to under german law and couldnt be brought to task over it
STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE

I just received the canvas I ordered last night. Took only 7 days from when i ordered it. I don't know what everyone else is going on about. I could see clearly that the canvas came rolled up in a box and I had to assemble the frame myself. I did this for the first time ever in under 10 minutes for a 24" x 36" print. I will definately use this company again.
It's like everything in life. Don't get drawn in by the bright lights. Read what is in front of you and you shall have no reason to complain. Thank you for a great service my-picture.co.uk.

Rubbish company! It came in loose bits that they want me to assemble it myself. The worst of all is that right in the middle of the picture is a white line and at the bottom of the picture it looks like paint that got wet. I can't believe they actually sent me this faulty product. It is like buying a new shift with stains on it. Not only that, the actual frame that comes in 4 bits does not fit together and are different sizes. I want a full refund and I would most definitely not recommend them! Stay away.
