I spent 4 hours with their online chat and it seems their goal is to take your money and then wear you down in online chat with broken English until you give up.

Writing my second bad review on mtc games as they claimed to help me & resolve my issue but have not.
They said admin would solve the problem & give a refund it has been over three wks that I been speaking to someone who I Don't & don't know there position. But whenever I have a question I get ignored & overlooked.
I was told product was out off stock after my payment was taken only when I asked why I haven't received product. I was told to wait a day it still never came. For reasons unknown I was blocked from the site. I was told & forced to write a letter saying I had received product when I had not. Apparently this was the only way to process purchase. Presented photo I'd several times. Haing to awkwardly hold up three bits off info. Asked again & again to prove purchase. Was then told to present live video feed for 15min off me in my home. When I asked why I was ignored. Several times I had to explain myself. Yet I kept being questioned & embarrassed. Not to mention I am female & kept being called sir. I wrote one review already was then notified to speak to admin on whatsapp for my problem to be resolved my problem isn't resolved & I am being ignored This is the 1st time ever I have written an actual review & a bad one about someone. But these guy's rip you off, humiliate you & make excuses it is utterly disgusting. I have prove off purchase still. But this site won't let me add it on to media

MTC Game charged my card without delivering the ordered item. They then started asking me to disclose personal details like ID documents, credit card photo and a selfie. They said they cannot process my order and nor can they refund my money if I do not share my personal documents with them. I told them I can't do that as this could lead to identity thefts, scams etc. But they keep on insisting.

This is outright harassment. I asked them to either deliver my order or simply refund the money back to the card. But they said I do not have a choice and I have to give them my personal documents if I want my money back. I requested their support staff to please escalate this issue to someone senior and they refused to do that. They told me they can't do that either and the only way forward was to provide them my personal documents.

If someone can guide me on how to get my money back without disclosing my personal documents then I would greatly appreciate.

C'est des voleurs, Ils vous laisse acheter sans problème et quand vous voulez utiliser... le code n'est pas activé. Vous demandez qu'ils activent le code mais c'est pas possible selon eux... Il faut faire un ticket, il faut faire une capture d'écran, etc... et quand vous avez tout faire... c'est toujours pas possible!

Why are you hiring such a rude Support (Global Support41)? I asked if I need to create a new account or forget password as I did not receive my order after payment. He literally ignore my question and when I open another chat on another browser, he replies me over there and said "because you are wasting our time" he decides to ban me from the live support. Really uncalled for as I am a new customer on this site.

MTSgame.com sell invalid code. The support service does not respond particularly. Don't waste Your time and money!

They just took my money and banned my account I paid with g2a they just scam me! I want my money back please;!

Their customer service is the worst ever. It took 1 week to verify my identity over a $10 itunes card, they literally answer 24 hours after you reply for every message, and at last they said that they will refund and i still didn't receive my refund. Note that i'am not a first time customer, I've bought more than $200 of itunes cards from then and i have my passport and card and photo verified.

This is the worst company i have ever dealt with, i place the order, got a approval from bank and when the order was placed they told me to verify phone number, i did that, then they asked me to verify email, i did that also, and after that they asked me to take a selfie with id card and credit card and with a paper by writing to mtc game, i did that too and now they are telling me that they will video call me, they made me install WhatsApp i did that too, and they made me wake untill 3:00 AM in the morning stating that their admin will call me, but no one called me till then also, and untill now neither the called me nor i received my order.
I am 73 Years old and this company is giving me such a hard time, they are really bad people, very rude customer service, very bad, very bad, i ordered that to give a present to my grandson worth $150 and they stole my money, I don't have more money to get anything on his birthday now. I am really so hurted by this, i strongly advice everyone not to buy anything here, these people are thieves and just have a intention to steal.

I purchased a gift card bought from philippines to give as a gift for my sister living in london convent. Because of lockdown the nuns cant go out i just wanted to give it as a gift
But this site that i paid just made go in circles askin me to log in so many times Because the password wont match, they asked me to do it over and over saying no stocks. Try again after 5 hours, talked to different agent same thing.
Im just afraid about the info i gave them.
NEVER NEVER EVER PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE. ITS SO STRESSFUL
IM NO EVEN EXPECTING A REFUND.

I have been a customer for long time. You need to verify your phone number once and then you will get your items then next purchase will be faster. If they ask for certain documents its ok they just need to make sure if you are a scammer or not. I have been dealing with them since 2017 never had an issue even with refunds it take 3-7 business days. You just need to contact live support and they go quiet means they are applying updates or fixing your issue dont rush on them :).

CROOKS! TOLD ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE AN AUSTRALIAN CODE BUT SOLD ME A USA instead. I asked before I bought it if it would work in Australia. They replied Yes. Take it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU BUY FROM THEM! CHINESE CROOKS! THEY HAVE CAUSED PANDAMONIUM TO THE ENTIRE WORLD!

Do yourself a favour and AVOID those SCAMMERS. I Bought a PSN card and after payment they told me I have to verify my identity by taking a selfie with my credit card and ID. It was extremely inconvenient especially that they did not mention that before my purchase. I did it nonetheless with but they told me that the last four digits of the credit card are not clear. I told them I will not do it again and Im not comfortable sending these private info to strangers and asked for a refund, they stopped replying ever since.

My first purchase for $5 Steam gift card went through no problem.
THEN I bought $180 worth of Steam Gift Cards and they ask for verification. Ok Understandable.

I sent my ID + Credit Card + Selfie + A note saying "MTCGAME 1/1/21 Bought Today". I sent them 4 separate pictures. One of the pictures had all of this in one including my face. They said this is not enough. They want me to write "I bought from MTCGAME and received my game codes" to have it sent even though I have not received them.

I told them from the 5 steam gift cards I bought. They can send me one at a time and I will make a new pictures for each order stating that I received my game code on the note. One picture for each order.

They refused and then said they do not take ID, they only take passport.

The customer service was horrible, send you around in a circle and the customer support guy is narcistic. He does not care about you and he will spam you with the same message instead of responding to you.

I told them if the don't want my business or any future business, to please cancel my order. They ignored me.

I had to call my bank to retrieve my money. Horrible Customer Support. Scam. Stay away!

I have opened two tickets on MTC game, closed with no explanation or resolution. I have tried to talk with them over chat. I have received no indications of guidelines; rude attitude.
Avoid this company!

Game is not playable, CD project sony and box said they 'll refund anyone who is asking for and not satisfied with the experience, in the case of a code, they said the seller should be able to take back the code and refund us. the game is faulty, crashing the console even sometimes.
I was satisfied with them until this.
I strongly advise you to buy on official store like box live or PSN even if it's more expensive cos if u have an issue. They do not want to hear anything, they act like the issue with this game doesn't exist...
