They stole my money. No refund, no response (wether by Mail or per WhatsApp). Tryed to contact them several times. They are playing dead. Money is gone.

Purchased Xbox Live codes which were never delivered. The payment stayed on "Pending Confirmation" for many days. The transaction was definitely approved and was showing on my credit card transaction list.

MTCGAME were the most unhelpful company I've ever tried to deal with. Emails are ignored. Help tickets are ignored. Even a simple request via WhatsApp to ask whether they could look into the purchase was met with "You have to wait" followed by disconnection.

Shop elsewhere. These guys aren't worth the hassle.

Have bought several xbox games from here over the past 4 or 5 years and have NEVER had a problem with any of them. Patience is the key - Firstly you wont be able to download the game till the day its actually released, and you need to follow their instructions correctly or else you will encounter problems. Have also found its best checking my order online on the day the game has been released for the download details as sometimes email takes longer to arrive. A bit puzzled as to why there are so many bad reviews as i've never had any major issue

They make your verify who you are ina really wierd way with a piece of paper saying you bought from the website and then saying the date and then you hold half of your debit card up for the last 8 didgets and your identification card ive sat here sending them it like 15 times still no luck they block the chat on the website so no phone number to call or email only the chat they turn it off to scam people thinking theres no way to get your money and you have to send a ticket to tell them the problem they send a text with a link that dont work to send the dumb verification picture and the email link works you send it and they keep having you verify its hard to get a clear picture so they can see your information and they dont even have legit sign up info so you have to message them on the chat to get your email set up and on their social media pages there are so many unhappy customers i highly suggest not buying from them im still working on getting my 106 dollar ebay gift card wish i would have never paid

It seems a scammer website, nobody answers to questions. I bought an amazon voucher but I never received it. I contacted the support, but they don't answer.

At fist I wasn't sure to trust this website or not as I had bad experiences in the past from purchasing games or codes online. But after minutes of hesitations I decided to test MTC. Unfortunately I didn't get my code instantaneously. I started to freak out that maybe I got somehow ripped off …

But thanks to the quick help of GLOBAL SUPPORT 49 I could get my codes just about 10 minutes later, he answered very quickly my questions and made me feel better overall. I'm glad I found your website guys and I'll be telling my friends about MTC GAME. I will recommend you around me

They gave me a full refund. In the end they actually did it.

So take my review with a grain of salt, but they do ask you for information, which imo should never be disclosed upon a simple purchase.

Never received my code and I emailed them but no response. Don't buy from MTC Games is a fake website and they steal ur money.

Ordered a PSN gift card, not delivered. Contacted support, was told it's out of stock and will refund in 3 hours at when local bank (Turkey) goes to business time. Cool, so I just bought the same product from somewhere else because I needed it. 4 hours later I contacted MTCgame again for the refund and they rejected it and sent me the key code. Sure, they didn't steal my money but I never needed 2 gift cards. Additionally they told me to quit chat because they are busy. What a joke. Please stay away from them if you want to avoid trouble.

Worst experience ever! Bought two Google Play Gift Cards - United States 30 $. First one was ok. Second consists of two 15 $ cards, which don‘t work in the US. Customer support absolutely helpless. Had to open 2 tickets. First still open with no answer. Second was closed with unsatisfactory and wrong answer. They've sold me rubbish and I lost money. Never ever again! You don't get what you purchase and what you get instead doesn't work! FRAUD! Order #*******

I purchased an iTunes gift card for a gift on 24/8. At first, customer service informed me that it will be delivered within 30mins, then delayed until the next day. Subsequently, they delayed it by a few days more and when I asked AGAIN on the 28/8, still the same reply: no stocks, so I asked for a refund. Then, they told me that they will check with the admin and did not even get back to me until I asked for it on 3/9.

90% of their Trustpilot reviews are fake. I've ordered 2 Razer Gold cards by seeing good reviews. They never delivered or refund. When I submit support tickets they always closed them automatically by requesting get support through live chat.

And most disgusting is their support channel. Maybe they give support through a bot or dumb heads. Always ask for Verification documents (A selfie holding a note that I've received my products from them and it is before receiving those). But even when I send those they never reply back to me. Every time after 15 minutes automatically logged out from the site and then when I ask for an update it always sends me the templated message for verification documents. I've asked for a refund then again ask for verification documents and never give an update after submitting them.

Now they ban me from live support, asking for updates on my orders every day.

The scam site, if you buy $ 100 +, you will be required to have an identity card, all your documents, etc., when you return the money to a bank card, they will write that you first need to send them all the documents they need :) The money was not returned to me, I bought it from my card, from my ip and all my data correspond to my purchase details, the payment was confirmed through 3d secure, so they are not responsible for the operation, but the bank is responsible, so they block your transactions in a special way to take documents from you and use them for their purposes

Horrible customer service, and kept insisting on having my national ID and passport to verify my account. After the third time of sending my information I decided enough is enough and asked for a refund.

I should have known it was too good to be true. Bought a psn card from them and got a verification link and when I tried to sign in, it wouldn't let me. Every time I tried I kept getting an error. That's 10 dollars I'm never getting back.The screenshot proves that my email is valid and the purchase was made.Don't waste your time with this dumb "company".
