MTCGAME IS SCAM they're from Turkey the support didn't answer me is FRAUD STORE don't buy anything from them they send to me a blank mail without the gift card i has the screenshots i will report to legal authorities on Turkey i will put this criminal owner to the jail

I paid for a gift card on Saturday through Skrill but today is Tuesday and I have not received the gift card. The online support is really useless. I provided all the information about the transaction which involved a payment reference but the agent still claimed that "the team" cannot see the payment up till today 3 days later (Skrill confirmed payment into their account immediately). My online account with MTC shows that my payment is pending confirmation. I was told I am a spam and I realised that this company is actually a scam. At the moment my payment cannot be confirmed and there is nothing else I can do.
They finally sent my gift cards today (5 days later) after I had given up thinking that it is a scam.

Ordered a ps now 1 month subscription and its been 3 days and no email\
Still shows pending and their customer care is just a joke
This is just a scam and reporting it.

I bought a voucher from them but I did not received anything. When I contacted them on WhatsApp they replied this Item is out of stock for know and I have to wait till tomorrow. So I was waiting but nothing has arrived day after and know they do not reply to my messages and they dont want to refund my purchase

Compre un juego con dos dlcs uno salía en dici mbre y el otro en febrero. Me dijeron que por un problema de la tienda no me podían dar el de diciembre, junto al otro en febrero. Pedí la devolución y nunca me la hicieron. Hablé como con veinte agentes para ver si me podían solucionar. Ninguno se enteraba de nada y ni hacían el esfuerzo. Ya el último me dijo que me quedaría sin el juego y sin el dinero. No os lo recomendó son unos estafadores

I've purchased 25$ iTunes and haven't received it, contacted support and they said i have to verify my mobile (which wasn't requested before), and when I verified it they told me it was canceled!
What's worse, they said ask for refund tomorrow! Why not now? They said no one available now!

Friends, MTC GAME are thieves! They steal money from the credit card. Please do not buy from them or give them your credit card. These are crooks, unreliable! They steal money and then do not reply to messages! Do not fall into the trap like me!

I bought Spotify Premium gift card but they sent an invalid code. The code doesn't works for the correct country (brazil).

Now the support doesn't responds anymore.

I contacted support regarding an order, and support 49 replied immediately and helped me solve my issue. I am very satisfied with the help I received!

When I purchase it just showed you payment successful then nothing happen, when I reach to customer, they don't even care just say checking and say refunding. It's SCAMMING a lot of money.

I bought from this website two times and both of them were bad experiences the first time i had to confirm my email and my phone number and wait nearly 1 hour and half the second time When i fiiled my bank card info it said that your card is declined but when i checked my bank account i found that the amount was payed from my balance and i didn't get anything in my email when i talked to the customer service they said my payment was pending and i have to wait 10 days to get a refund

I initially purchased a gift card successfully albeit having to wait more than 15mins and after calling customer service. After talking with customer service and getting the problem resolved I decided to purchase 2 more gift cards because I felt the company could be trusted. However for these purchases, I was told to send a picture of myself holding my national ID card, my credit card (with the last 4 digits visible), and some dumb message scribbled on paper saying I bought something from the sight. What kind of verification process is this? None that I've ever encountered before, that's for sure.
This is an IDENTITY THEFT waiting to happen since you're showing information that might be sensitive and important to you locally. I refused to share these information thinking that this was some red flag. They refuse to give my gift card codes since the verification process is necessary to 'PROTECT' the real card holder, which is stupid since I went through my own banks 2-step verification process through the bank's app. No seller would require pictures of you in the first place since, well... how the heck would that verify anything? They said there was payment problems on my end but the transaction and payment was successfully sent to them. I asked for a refund but was told to wait, at most, 10 days but even after 20 days I haven't received the refund. After I queried again, I was told that the refund process requires the same verification process, which was abysmally STUPID! I got $40 of my money stolen from me. Do not use this shady company for your purchases. Customer service is horrible, and they ban you if they can't resolve the issue and they're a bunch of thieves. Do not get scammed and save your money! How trustpilot gives them a 4.7 rating is beyond my comprehension.

Don't waste your money with this site, and it's clearly a scam. And don't ever use a virtual credit card because they will ask a photo of you holding it! After 6 months of trying to be reasonable with them they still insist that i need to show them the Virtual Visa card in a photo!

I paid for the product and didn't get it. I can't provide you with transaction number, because I didn't recieve any on my e-mail or from support. Support just asked me to make another purchase because the one that I made before was cancelled. Couldn't explain why the second purchase would be succesful if they can't send me first code. In my opinion unfortunatelly a scam not incompetency.

Edit: I got my money back, maybe they just have really big problem with support, communication, language. I am at least glad I didn't lose money, but I won't buy here again for sure.

P. S/ They delete negative feedback from Trust Pilot because you don't have the proof of purchase, but how can I get any proof if they don't send any confirmation after transaction? Clever, very clever business model. Let's see if it will last here.

My name Mao poang. I bought steam wallet 50$ but I can't not verified it. Than Mtcgame's members takl they are will be to refund to me but until to day I not refund yet. I was bought at 19.11.2021 agos my order ******* payment 52.33$ my VISA************** 09/26 my Gmail: *******@gmail.com. And they was blocked my account in mtcgame. Please now refund to me. Becaus in my wallet not money only 0.01$ I can't do anything without money. I am a person iam not Dog.

After hearing hundredths of complaints against this company I decided to buy a small gift card to see if the rumors ware true ( they steal your identity and or take your money). Upon purchasing right away it seemed off, i dint get a confirmation email or anything of the sort. A couple hours later I contact them and ask them about my code they confirm and say that they're currently out of stock but they'll get me my refund in 2-3 days ( my bank was processing the payment so what they actually wanted to do was get me to wait so they can get the money and I can't cancel the transaction). Long story short 7 days have passed and i dint receive my code or a refund. I know from other people that from this point forward they'll ask for your id if they do issue a refund so they can sell your identification to online buyers.
I'm not getting that far though, today i started filling a complaint with the proper authorities and hopefully i can get this $#*! down. For now pls don't buy from this website just look at the videos and real reviews these people are here to steal your money the good reviews are paid for

Hi. I ordered some game on the website, but after 5 min still didn't receive any game code. Then I asked support about it and got the answer "we have some trouble. We will send u game code asap".

After 2 hours I still didn't have any game code and I asked support about a refund. He told me "it will take 2-10 business days". Then after 15 min I again wrote to the support AND 'i got the code'.

So at the end, I got the code only after some discussion with support and only after I sent a request to refund

So it was a bad experience and i am lucky, that i didn't buy another copy of this game in this 15min (between i asked refund and I got the code)
