I subscribed to mspy a few weeks ago. Installed everything according to their instructions. However nothing works and I have never been able to track the target iphone. Customer support keeps saying: we're working on it or Apple changed it's security, etc... In the end I asked for a refund because nothing ever worked and since then, no reply from them and of course no refund... Don't trust them and don't subscribe. They are lyers
Bought a premium for one month only, app never worked. Whats worse they took £53.99 from my account for the second money considering I had not renewed anything. And now are refusing to refund. Am writing to my MP as am speaking right now, public need to be protected from such illegal business.
This "product" is a scam! Do not purchase! I purchased this product only to find out after several days of not being able to access any reports that they were having "issues" with the apple servers (I have an iPhone). When I explained that my need for the product was time sensitive and requested a refund I have been getting nothing but the run around. They offer all sorts of "alternatives" like 50% off, freezing services, etc. I have repeatedly refused and requested a refund and have now heard nothing back from them! It's time for a class action lawsuit.

SERVICE DOES NOT WORK (I set everything up right, I work in tech). After contacting them about a full refund as per their site policy, they take weeks to reply and even then just offer different accounts (lite account, extended services, etc.). Last email they said they'll give 50% refund. WHAT KIND OF SCAM IS THIS?

This company is a total scam. They're quick to take your money, the product doesn't work, and you will never get a refund. Customer service is unreachable. Total fraud! Good reviews are all fake.
I purchased the Mspy application service approximately two and a half weeks ago. I never received any data for the device I was trying to monitor. I gave it a few days because they said it would take up to 24 hours. I made sure the device was receiving and making calls and texts... still nothing. When I reached out to customer service for a refund the firm tried to give me additional services and extended time with the service that wasn't functioning properly... why would i want to continue getting nothing...
I've gone around with them for two weeks now and still no refund. Their service is BS! Buyers beware!
I cancelled as soon as they indicated thay had issues with IOS but there was no money back. SCAM! Save your money
Do not install this on the device! It does not work properly at all. The setup has to be continuously updated on the target device and if you are trying to do this secretly which is the point of this app, you won't be able to! I paid the $199 fee to install this and now I can't use it as I installed on my daughter's phone (teenager). She is with me everyday and I don't want her to know that I am checking things. They said now we will need to get on a call with the target device so they can check the progress but I can not do this as this is not my phone again. Now they will not refund me when I can't even use it. I just threw $199 in the trash on this crap. Don't do it!
Make sure you check that your device can be rooted/jail broken before you purchase. This is NOT clearly spelled out in any of their sales information and when I checked to see if the device was compatible using their compatibility checker it said it was! But it is not... none of the premium features work unless the device is rooted and newer devices cannot be rooted unless you are willing to undertake some pretty complex procedures (and if you mess up, you could brick the device).
Oh the keylogger works (sometimes, not always). But seeing one side of a conversation is completely unhelpful in most circumstances and there are much cheaper and free keylogger apps you can get.
Customer service is a joke, Dan was so rude, not helpful at all and forget about getting a refund. I'm really upset that we paid $175 for a keylogger that only works some of the time anyway (there is a setting that turns off and you have to turn it back on!).
Complete waste of money if you are running a device over android 5.0, save yourself from this BS company.
I purchased this for my sons iphone, but it wasn't until I purchased this when setting up with the online support that I was told it couldn't help me with features on iphone that I wanted it for i. E snapchat. All I am being offered is to wait until they can provide this service but I want a refund I don't want to wait. This is not good as a consumer you should be able to get a refund back if your not getting the service you want, and they advertise this service, please do not buy if you have a iPhone!
This is a money grabber website and app, there advertising is false and it is designed to trap people! They make it look like it's a legit site by using. Org then when you get to an actual site it becomes. Com. This company is unethical!
I was charged $102.00 when it should of been $16.99 I never used this software and they still won't refund my money

Mspy is a waste of money. Most apple aren't able to be jail broken as required to fully access the important things on the target device. They RARELY give refunds and are extremely unproffessional when requesting one. I paid for an entire year only to find out I couldnt use the app and did not receive ANY refund, not even a partial. My daughters life hung in the balance of social media and accessing her snapchat was a MUST, I even explained this in a heartfelt email only to be ignored. Please dont purchase through this scam of a company

Didn't give me the right IMEI number so could have connected to the phone. Told me the battery was on 9% and then wouldn't tell me anything else at all. I really Doubt it works at all just a scam. Try and look yourself on the phone if you suspect cheating. Look for ways to view old messages etc. Don't bother with this. Money down the drain.
