I have purchased this company service and in may but it doesn't work and i have mentioned an update to company and i have not used it for 1 day so I thought i lost my money so i left it and next month they charged me and i have not seem my transaction as i have made many more payments and I forgot and same reputation happened in july they charged then i asked my money they offer me they cancel my service and they provide me 2 months free service i said no i asked only my amount which was taken from me fraud of 3300*2 that is 6600 INR when i ask amount of refund they won't answer me if want to show me a proof check the images which i was uploaded in this site I request you provide my amount ASAP.

Completely unreliable and the customer service is horrible. The program has an outrageous cost associated with it and it does't even work! Only purchase this if you want to spend hours redialing the customer service phone number as it hangs up over and over. My ex called them 47 times and finally got through. That's right 47! There is only 1 woman answering the phone and she constantly contradicts herself. Finally asked for a refund and told they would get back to me. Asking my credit card company to file a dispute. Ridiculous! Can't believe they got a write up and recommendation from anywhere.

I purchased the product after speaking with customer service who told me that if this product did not work on my iPhone, then they would fully refund my money. I cancelled my service, and asked for a refund. They have not answered back. They send an email saying that they are working on it. Now, it's been over a month with no response at all. Do NOT get this product. They are a rip off! At this point, I am reporting them to the BBB as a scam.

This app is a joke. Doesn't work half the time. Can't get in touch with anyone ever. Don't expect them to honor their refund policy bc they simply won't answer or respond. I have emailed and called EVERY possible email & phone number. Half the feature don't work. Oh and this app IS NOT HIDDEN. It is so flawed it should be free. And FYI, if the person deleted what they do within 15 min of doing it, mspy can't record it therefore u never know about it. This app is useless and there are many better ones out there! 120 dollars dwn the drain!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, SOFTWARE DOESN'T WORK AND THEY WON'T REFUND
I purchased this as their website said you dont need physical contact with the phone as I had the icloud details. I put the software on and it didnt work. Contacted customer service they said icloud backup needed to be activated. I told them it was.It still didnt work. After going back and forth they just said you need to dusable the two factor authentication or set up new apple ID. Told them this is not possible. Instead of refunding me they put account on hold said they were doing testing itd be done in few weeks. I didnt hear anhthing so I contacted them and got same standard response. Months passed by. Ive been emailing over and over seeking refund and I was told it doesnt matter whats on their website the T and Cs say you need to have to be able to disable the 2 factor authorisation. It didnt matter that I actually put the software on properly and had back up on and it shouldve worked they just said you cant disable it so no refund.

Two things would like to reveal.

1) mspy team would say that there will be no icon in the mobile phone but its false. There will be an icon with the name "update service". You can still hide it but any intelligent kid can find the hidden apps.

2) In android phones, you need to turn off the google play store scanning feature in order to run mspy. If you turn it on, play store will alert you about this mspy "update service" app. Again any intelligent kid can find this.

So, i would say this mspy will not 100% serve its purpose

I am very much happy after using this mspy app. I can look upto my child safety very easily. And customer care staff especially "Jason Weigel" helped me in resolving issue with very kind behaviour. Thank you Jason..

M spy doesn't work as advertised on website. M spy doesn't work on iPhone you need to jailbreak phone, and jail-breaking of Phone looses the phone warranty. I decided to request for a refund but i was ghosted no one replies my refund request, just a waste of money for me.
