I had to request for a refund after losing my money to this spy app but i could not get it back. I had to seek alternate means to get what i wanted and i am glad i did.

Over 50! Emails exchanged with the customer service I paid over $65 to receive! Never updated! No response to request for refund. Extremely Aggravating! Just save yourself A lot of time and money. Used them in past WO problem, it seems their service has expired beyond just collecting your money.
Don't do it. I have done EVERYTHING they asked and it worked for 3 weeks then I was told Apple had new security on their message system & Mspy were working to get ahead of it & should be ok in 2 weeks. That was 2 months ago & now I get no data off them. Even after reinstalling it twice! Still nothing. Everytime I try to get help it is a lengthy online chat, re-explaining everything again & again. Only to get automated replies which from their content u can tell they never read my issue properly. Everytime I ask for a refund I get the run around time and time again. Try this, try that! I've tried it all & it won't work & they simply refuse to give me my $320 back. It's a disgrace & I refuse to back down, I'm seeking advice now & will also be reporting them to every authority I can find. It's an absolute nightmare & they should be ashamed they leave customers feeling so damn mad. But hey, they got the money what do they care! I asked them for a free trial so I could be sure, they said they never offer them but if I'm not happy I could get a refund. Ha. See pic below! I just saw online!
They do not answer their support calls. I have wasted a ton of time troubleshooting to get an iPhone to connect and it still doesn't. This renders the product useless. After requesting assistance several times and requesting a refund, I have been ghosted.
They will not respond and essentially stealing from their customers.
I will report to the BBB unless they respond and refund.

Could not get it to work and couldn't spend any more time on it so I asked for my $398 (2 lines) back. I asked a month ago and multiple times since. They keep sending automated messages saying they are working on my request. Finally, after I gave them a bad review, they offered to give me only 1/2 my money back! Only half for something that did not work at all for me. I said that was not satisfactory, so I am back to getting automated messages.

I have received best remote assistance ever from miss Morgan, she patiently explained things I have to do, even after several not successful attempts from my side she insisted on repeating the procedure until we will got the result, properly installed software is working on the device for almost full month, Morgan I appreciate that, thank you for being so patient and for forcing me to make one more try.
Product does not work as described and the company KNOWS IT! I requested a refund within an hour of purchase. This was 2/19 and I am still getting the runaround about
A refund. I have now filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Save yourself the frustration and RUN AWAY!
