This company does not deliver as promised. Read terms and conditions prior to purchasing and made sure I had all necessary information. This program does not work, technical support has advised it is with their software and the iPhone. I have been told to turn off 2 factor authorization and start a new iCloud account. That defeats the whole purpose of the program and their program is supposed to work with 2 factor authorization. I wish I would have looked at Better Business Bureau before buying because so many people have had the same issue. They refuse to give a refund. Basically they steal your money and do not deliver a product.

I purchased this and the extra support after being told by the sales rep followed by the tech support that the target phone could be rooted. After the purchase I contacted tech support to have them set it up for me and was then told that it could not be rooted.
I immediately asked for a refund in less than 24 hours after purchase. They do not give refunds no matter what even after it was THEM that told me the target phone could be rooted and it couldn't. Being rooted is the ONLY reason for my purchase, otherwise I would not have messed with it. I have not even been able to use the product and with all this still didn't get a refund. I do not recommend based on my experience.

I wanted to purchase Myspy to monitor everything on my daughters phone. Come to find out with an iPhone 7 you can monitor very little. I asked for a refund and were told they would not refund me. Since I couldnt get a refund I tried to get this service to work. No luck there either. I spent hours with technical support, TEXTING because you can NOT speak to someone on the phone. Many times they would not answer my questions and would disconnect our conversation and then I would start over with someone and STILL not get help. I called the number and asked again for a refund and was denied again. Now I am out $200 and have no service! Terrible company DO NOT waste your time. I had TeenSafe years ago and never had an issue I should have went with them again!

Purchased 12 months of Premium for the unjailbroken iOS version and it doesn't work. I contacted tech support before the transaction (since Spyzie isn't working) to receive confirmation that mSpy wasn't encountering the same issues, and mSpy said they were fully functional. They lied. Nothing is working, when I contacted tech support again they said they were having the same iCloud issue that Spyzie was, and that the problem was on Apple's side. They offered to freeze my account until it became functional but I said no thank you - I want the refund.

They said the following:

I'm beyond irritated. It would be one thing if it simply didn't work for reasons beyond their control but they lied to me about being functional.

I purchased the software for my sons
I purchased the software for my sons phone but all the functions do not work and they will not refund my money even when it was only 7 days. The main page tells you all the features and all the phones it works on but during the sign up page, it is not clear what a jailbreak phone or no jailbreak phone features are available. I purchased it and found out that the features only work on jailbreak phones but not for the most recent IOS update. So, you pay full price for half the features and when I asked for the refund, they stated no based on their refund policy after about 5 emails back and fourth. Now, I can understand if I had it for some time but I asked for on the 7th day which is ridiculous. Would not recommend purchasing this app unless you ABSOLUTELY understand and know what your buying because they will not help you.

Purchased the ap in an attempt to track snapchat on an iphone of one of out children. After purchasing was told that snapchat was not available - could only track text messages and browser history. Requested a refund 1 day after purchasing and the company has refused to refund, claiming their website disclosed this. Unless your looking to only track texts and internet, I would absolutely steer clear. Customer service is non-existent.

They have no idea when a jailbreak will release for your child's phone though they give you all these details as to what services the software does when a jailbreak does exist. I contacted their customer service telling them I needed a refund of the ridiculous $200 because I'd be paying for a service when it wouldn't even satisfy the needs I had for buying it in the first place and after three rounds of communicating with them their only answer was to look at the terms and conditions and refund policy and sorry, we can't give you a refund. Not worth your money if you don't know all the details which they obviously try to scam others by giving as little information as possible. You will not get your money back if you find the software doesn't work for your needs. Awful customer retention.

I decided after needing another company for our business to try mSpy. The seem friendly enough and are willing to say anything to sell you a package but then the costs and problems come flowing in. Unlike other companies, they charge a fee to help root the phone which only then allows you all the features you see in your plan. You'll notice on their sales website that the only comments under the plans are doesn't require rooting. Leaving all the other options blank giving the perception that once you pay for the premium service, you get all the features that others sites offer by rooting for free. NOPE! They want another $43.99 to help you root the target device which you must have in your possession again.
The problems... Tracking isn't accurate even waiting 45+ minutes for it to recognize where you have been. Call logs to not update as they should. Even though these updates are set for 5 minutes, here we are 45 minutes later and nothing. There are other reputable companies out there doing a better job and for less$.
