Do not buy MSPY. It worked out of the box and then just stopped. Nothing had changed on 'our side' and I had over a month of excuses and delays from their tech and customer teams. They refused to offer a refund so I handed the fight over to the credit card company.
I have been trying for months to get a refund. They said it wouldn't work for my sons phone after I paid and tried to set it up. I contacted them and they will not refund my money. We have gone back and forth - they tried to keep some of the money- I finally did a dispute with my bank. I specifically ordered this to monitor snapchat and it won't work for that. My son and I both have an iphone and I installed on both phones. It is on their end but they will not take responsibility for their own product! Stay AWAY!

I just wasted $200 a month ago. Listen to the people on here that have rated it low. I've spent a month trying to get a refund. NONE of the text messages show up as promised. The log is soo slow I haven't gotten updated information on the phone in 11 days. They can't track Snapchat or Whatsapp like they claim. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Literally the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. They are quick to take money but will do everything in their power to not refund your money. I've had multiple people look to make sure it is installed correctly which it is. There are so many problems with their application and none of it works correctly. I've kept a log with every single correspondence and they just go around in circles NEVER resolving the issues with their software. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not waste your money!

After spending $169 for a 12-month subscription, I installed the application - but with problems. Following the installation instructions I should have settings on my phone now but I don't. So I contact their Tech Support and the TS person tells me to come back in 7 hours (?) because the team I need will be in then. So I do, and they tell me that it appears to be installed correctly on their side - have a nice day!
It's not installed correctly, and doesn't work. Not to mention I specifically bought this for the Snapchat capability because on their website it SPECIFICALLY states "Employ mSpy to know if your child is sending or receiving inappropriate photos or videos...". After purchasing, and being on Chat for 6 HOURS, the TS tells me that "about 3 months ago we can't track incoming media on Snapchat, only outgoing." Then why hasn't the website been changed to correct the Features section?
It took me less than five minutes to buy the product two days ago and I have more than 8 HOURS in Tech Support time.
A word about Tech Support - part of the reason that it takes so long is because they have MULTIPLE Chat windows open at once, trying to service multiple customers. So after you type a response, you will wait 5-10 minutes before you receive a reply in the Chat window. This is not an exaggeration and I kept a log, just to make my point when I will have to fight for a refund.

There are two ways of monitoring of iPhone: 1) no-jailbreak via iCloud (no version limits), 2) jailbreak installation (only up to iOS 9.1)
Here are some details about these methods:
1) Without jailbreak mSpy syncs with iCloud that was used during installation. Unfortunately we can not make synchronization faster as this limitation comes from Apple and at the moment there is no existing solution that can monitor non-jailbroken phone faster than 24 hours.
2) Jailbroken version of mSpy can help you to monitor all features that are included to Premium version. The only limitation in this case is jailbreak. For iOS 9.2 - 10. 3. 2 stable jailbreak doesn't exist at the moment and to our regret we can not influence on creation of better jailbreak versions.
We have information on our buying page about no-jailbreak and jailbreak differences stating that you can not monitor media information without jailbreak. I honestly would not refer my worst enemy to this company. I suspect that all the five star reviews are of mspy employees trying to raise their review average. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. My complaint is about the same as all of those below.

I signed up for both a mobile and desktop MSpy subscription. The desktop product breaks Google Chrome making it impossible for child to access google docs. Had to uninstall Desktop product which has been a struggle even following their instructions. Had a number of issues with Mobile Premium product where phone was unable to be rooted and monitor SnapChat and no refund available. The fact you have to pay for tech support should have been a red flag right away.

I've never heard where a the billing department doesn't have a contact phone number. I requested a refund but got an email saying my account can be frozen. I asked to speak with the billing department and I was told the billing department doesn't have a phone number. I find this ridiculous and appalling, there were multiple attempts to charge my account after I made the payment. My bank had to cancel my card immediately and cancel my account. The person I was chatting with said they only correspond via email how absurd. I don't know if I'll ever get my refund but anyone looking to purchase from this company please stay away. Bunch of scammers.

Dont fall for it like we all have. They have so many back systems in order for you to get your money back even when their system is a problem. When they cant answer your question that is valid for a refund, they simply dont reply back until the refund time goes off. The $#*!tiest thing ever! Waste of so money and they have no respect over ones money.

Is bad! The 14 days trial is hidden. Refund policy is bad because of hidden conditions! Also I changed my mind and is so bad for me. $200 is nothing for they and also will end very bad as a company with no respect for us.

As many other reviewers have said, it doesn't work and they will absolutely not return your money. I'm so pissed off that they took almost $200 and I got absolutely nothing but headaches. They never recognize the backups. They can't verify the phones. Emails for a refund come back as undeliverable. Not a reputable company. I wish I would have seen this site's reviews before I spent the money.

This company has unethical practices! I bought a 1 yr subscription- mSpyware had old software on their website and after paying $169.99 and downloading it to my phone, it worked for one day, due to outdated software they sold me and because of Apple's iPhone security it stopped working. I immediately requested a refund (1.5 days after the purchase) mSpyware took 5 days to respond telling me they had a new version of the software to download! They waited 5 days to respond! I politely declined and requested a full refund...
After waiting 2 weeks for a response, I put in another request... nothing, now they say no refund is available because I won't accept technical help. This company has very unethical practices! I would not buy anything from this company. I opened a case against them with Paypal and mSpyware immediately sent me a threatening email, saying they would refund 70% if I would close the case, but I had to close the case to get the refund! Unethical... do your research, stupid me, I didn't research them first.

0 stars or negative was not an option It doesn't get any worse than this. Stay away, The company has no Morals and ethics, They do not follow their company policy and they will try to persuade you out of a refund using all the tactics along the way. They are sneaky and if you do not know what you are doing purchase and customer wise. You will be taken advantage of. I would stay away and NEVER even try them. You will REGRET it I promise.

This company is NOT to be trusted. I have had ongoing difficulties retrieving information on device and after 2 days (pre-purchased 12 months - STUPID ME) I informed them I would like a refund as I was unable to navigate the program. I do not wish for this program and I have never used it. They will not provide it and their customer service is completely useless. They don't directly respond to questions, everything takes forever and it is my belief that the people responding don't understand English, which is very frustrating. I am forwarding all information to the Department of Fair Trading in Australia to find out our next step.

I have not received an update to my target device in over 1 week. First they told me it was a problem with their server and it will be fixed in 3 days. Then I spoke to the manager and he told me that the software has been uninstalled from the computer. They have made this same excuse several times and each time they force me to go through the trouble of accessing the target devise and re-installing the program, which takes a large amount of time and effort for me to locate the target devise and re-install everything all over again. They have made me do this at least 5 times so far. I have nicely asked the manager to please fix the problem without making me re-install the program once again.
I believe the reason this happens is that I renewed the service for 3 months. Every time I have renewed the product for 3 months or more, they cut the connection and make me re-install the program. My advice to everyone would be to ONLY use this service on a monthly basis and don't buy several months at the same time. Once they have your money, they will cut the connection.
The manager, John, says he is still working on the issue. If he is able to fix it, I will delete this review and write a nice review. Until then, I am angry at this dishonest company.
