Purchased this app. Unable to install. Customer service number, hangs up as soon as you make your second selection. First selection is "what language do you speak"
Chat service is the WORST! Via Chat, I got transferred around, had to explain myself each time. When I asked for refund, they had the nerve to offer me an additional free subscription to a second devise,

Won't work no refund

Issues w apple phones!
Kept wanting me to change ID to pull text msgs...
Hassle so asked for refund after accepting 2x support. Said they fixed problem did not.
Does not work w apple products due to security apple uses.

Buyer beware. I purchased the product and it would not download. I went to support and tjey asked for remote access into phone. I became uncomfortable with their process and asked for refund. The support went offline and there is no way to reach them for a refund. You can speak to a person only if purchasing but the billing department is strictly online and tjey will not respond. Currently in process of filing complaint and I have contacted visa that will investigate it. Do not buy this product is all I can say

This is a total waste of money. I bought this after chatting with a representative online and confirming that my daughter's phone was compatible with this software. They said the SnapChat access wouldn't be available for a few more months, but not to worry, go ahead and sign up and they'll notify me when it's live. Well, it's been 9 months and it's still not available.

Anytime you chat with tech support, it's like you're chatting with a 12 year old kid. Completely unprofessional and not very helpful.

Do yourself a favor and get the TeenSafe subscription instead. It works as they say it should and isn't as shady as mSpy.

Please be informed that Snapchat monitoring is already available in case you monitor Android device. If you want to monitor Snapchat on iPhones it has to be jailbroken. Monitoring Snapchat without jailbreak is not possible and there is no other software that allows Snapchat monitoring without jailbreak due to strict security policies.

Similar to several others, purchased the software after carefully checking all of the compatibility guidelines. Though the software claimed to work without root, the only thing it reports on is calls and texts (which can be easily requested from the carrier). Rooting my device was unsuccessful and, with only 5 days of use I decided to request a refund. The customer service people immediately started making accusations that I hadn't rooted the device correctly and that I should let them do it. Nevermind the fact that I had successfully rooted all of my devices up to this newest one because of all the issues around rooting the S7 Edge.

Suddenly the tone from them changes and they have a "new" version that will fix all my troubles! I decided to hear them out on the new version and it's all sounding fine except that they want me to pay them to install it... ok... so I already paid for 12 months and it didn't work as advertised and now you want more money?!? I told them I'm not interested and I just want my money back. They agreed to do 30% of my purchase price. Lol... scam company... garbage customer service... shady billing department. Nevermind the fact that they're storing private information from your phone on their servers. I wonder what someone might do when the keylogger picks up your bank login information... Stay clear of these con artists!

Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Based on my experience, I googled "mSpy scam" after being out $200 and discovered many others experienced similar deceptive marketing and unscrupulous tactics. It's sad to see mSpy reps have responded to each of these complaints with pleasant, professional interchange as my private email messages with them are full of legalese BS. They are excellent at the run around, and "pretending" to care. I'm sorry to say that anyone who rated this company higher than 1 stars is probably on the mSpy payroll. Please stay away!

MSpy don't buy!

Bought mspy to monitor my daughter's phone, which was an android. Set up the phone but was unable to use the snap-chat option because of a compatibility issue. Asked for a refund they said no. So I purchased an older iPhone and now I am unable to monitor anything. They keep giving me the run around, via chat. I think it is a robot. I have yet to speak to an actual person. Buyer Beware!

Please be informed that in order to monitor Snapchat your daughter's phone must be rooted, unfortunately 'rooting' is a very specific procedure and is absolutely different for all Android phones. Some mobile carriers apply additional security measures to prevent their mobile devices from rooting. You can check root option in Google or with our specialists who can tell you if the phone can be safely rooted or not.

If you have older iPhone that can be jailbroken (it means that it has iOS 9.1 or lower) then you will be able to monitor Snapchat on your daughter's device.

I recently paid and bought their service. But after few days, it stopped working and the only reply I was receiving from mSpy is that they are still developing fix for iPhone latest version of software. This has never been fixed until today. They never bother to refund the amount paid. I am quite annoyed with this company. Don't go near them. Total rip off :(

We have recently overcome problem with no-jailbreak solution and it works perfectly fine at the moment. The only reason why you can not connect the device is if you do not have valid backup on the device or 2-factor authentication is enabled on the device and you don't have the phone in your possession for verification code.

I selected this product to monitor snap chat on my sons phone. I did the install it took over 2 hours to get it done. The support options they have is a automated chat that seems to be a bot. Or you can buy phone time for tech support. I think where we got sideways it the instructions and diagrams are horrible. So far the product looks to be fake and I'm not sure anyone could get it to work on a iPhone. To be candid I wouldn't touch this product or company with a 10 foot pole. STAY STAY AWAY

There are two ways of monitoring of iPhone: 1) no-jailbreak via iCloud (no version limits), 2) jailbreak installation (only up to iOS 9.1)

Here are some details about these methods:
1) Without jailbreak mSpy syncs with iCloud that was used during installation. Unfortunately we can not make synchronization faster as this limitation comes from Apple and at the moment there is no existing solution that can monitor non-jailbroken phone faster than 24 hours.
2) Jailbroken version of mSpy can help you to monitor all features that are included to Premium version. The only limitation in this case is jailbreak. For iOS 9.2 - 10. 3. 2 stable jailbreak doesn't exist at the moment and to our regret we can not influence on creation of better jailbreak versions

The do not deliver what is advertised. Kimberly Parker from the customer service team is zero help. (And I'm using 'customer service' as a loosely termed phrase.)
It was difficult to install, with 'processing' wait times and when I contacted support it took DAYS (not hours) for them to respond. They DO NOT WORK. I wish I had read reviews before hand. Now I am out $200 with an unusable product. Kimberly Parker with the customer service team is who I've been dealing with, and when I told them nothing would work, they said sorry- we can freeze service for 2 months or you can switch your service to a desktop mode. What am I going to do with that? I need the service for a mobile device- not a desktop.

No jailbreaks can only be retrieved every 24 hours and often there are 12 hour service outages. I have belonged for four days and there have been 4. Three in a row which made it inaccessible for 36 hours. I do not know about other consumers but people who buys this I am assumming need information faster than that. It also doe not get deleted anything so looking at the target phone does the same ting once a day. Apparently there are many features I have yet to learn to access which is indeed due in part to my ignorance of the software but also largely it is due to a not very user friendly site. If I can learn how to make it more real time and easier I would stay but right now it was a waste of 53. Dollars

Please, be informed that usage of no-jailbreak solution means that you can download information from target iCloud. As you understand information in iCloud directly depends on backup of the device. IPhone usually backs up when connected to a Wi-Fi and power source, it is a restriction made by Apple. That is why without jailbreak you can only get information once in 24 hours after backup is done on the device. There is no other system that can do that faster using iCloud.

My entire experience with Mspy was one of deception and frustration. You cannot use this software in a stealthy way at all. When using with an iphone through icloud, it worked properly for about 12 hours until icloud locked up because it detected something suspicious was going on. So, I had to reset the icloud credentials and again it only worked for about 12 hours. So, unless you want to change the icloud credentials on the account you're trying to spy on every 12 hours, this will not work for you. They acknowledged after the fact that they knew this happened, and were working to resolve it. It's been 4 months, it still doesn't work properly. They won't give me my money back. It's garbage.

I got mSpy and I couldn't get it to work, so I called them up and they helped me but it only worked for a week, I tried to get it fixed again but it didn't work, when I asked to be refunded while they didn't say no right out the result was I didn't get my money back and I was out the year of money I gave them for less than a week of it actually working.

Turns out I needed to know whether my apple phone had jailbreak or not on it, and that effected what it could see and what it couldn't. Basically read all the fine print and know for sure whether it will work on your phone or not because once you pay the money you will never see it again.

There are two ways to monitor iPhone: 1) Using jailbreak, 2) Using Apple ID and password.
In case 1) you need to have the phone in your hands and its iOS should be compatible with jailbreak (it has more features to monitor),
In case 2) you need to have Apple ID+password and the phone has to be backed up to iCloud (it has less features but doesn't require physical installation on the device)
If all conditions are met you will be able to monitor the device without any problems!

I have had a horrible experience with this company. They are scam artists. I requested a refund WITHIN 1 HOUR of purchasing, and after many emails and phone calls they are downright refusing. The product doesn't work as advertised and the only way to monitor anything of significance is to ruin your phone in the process. Honestly, do NOT believe the reviews on the website. They are a scam.

This app makes big claims but doesn't offer half as much as it claims. After several attempts to get things kicking, I demanded a refund, and now it's my twentieth day waiting. Still no response and I get a deaf ear to all the complaints. Pathetic!

They misrepresent the product and the "ease of use". Stay away from this product! It eats your data like crazy--something they do not tell you before you purchase it. Total rip off!

Fact of the matter is that mSpy software doesn't work properly and they sell features that they don't support and when the software doesn't work they refuse to refund any money. MSpy is a very dishonest operation and I'd highly recommend that you avoid them.

MSpy sells premium features that can't be activated without using third party software that can damage your mobile device and may be stealing data from your phone.

When the 3rd party software fails to enable the 'premium features', mSpy refuses refunds blaming the 3rd party software that you, the user, was required to use. Very, very unethical."
