ROOTING SERVICE

I used this service in order to monitor WhatsApp on a target device. Anthony Russo was very helpful and skilled. He tried the device that originally had purchased and found that it couldn't be rooted. He recommended a specific Samsung model. He was able to root it and now we can monitor the device. Very happy with the service and manner that Anthony responded to our questions, etc.

Its a rip

I made a purchase and it was advertised at their website that for iPhone doesn't need physical access for the target phone and can be accessed through any browser, but that was not true at all. After I made the purchase, mspy didn't work and I have been told I need physical access to the phone and I can only access through PC after downloading a software. I requested a refund which has been denied. Stay away from it as the will take your money and fulfill their obligations. Bad experience big time

I purchased MySpy and the support package. First I never got the receipt from billing when I paid by visit so when I installed it on my phone it also charged me through Apple Pay. Then it never installed all the features so the only one I actually had access to was the contacts on my son's phone - which was a lot less than I was paying $30/month for! When I tried to log into the online portal it didn't accept my password (not surprisingly the system hadn't set up an account for me but I didn't realize that at the time so when I tried to reset the password it just sent an unknown URL. Frustrating!) Then tech support couldn't help me because I didn't have a customer ID which ironically they did issue me with so that I could cancel the service! I am off l now to buy an alternative product. This time I'll read the negative review first - I think they are more honest.

We've been in the difficult situation with my partner. We had a trust issue. Then we got familiar with mSpy brand and purchased 2 licenses and installed it on our smartphones. We got help with installation so it was pretty easy.
To be honest, wee really needed that for piece of mind and for complete trust - that's what we got with mspy. We love each other even more now and I thank you mSpy for keeping the promise. Great service. Definitely recommend everyone.

SCAMMERS

This application is terrible and the company behind it ripped people's hard-earned money.

They promised MONEY BACK GUARANTEE and FULL REFUND if I am unsatisfied and when I asked for it just a couple of hours after confirming the purchase, I had difficulty in installing since their system is being detected as a "trojan" virus and that my phone auto-marked it as malicious software which doesn't comply with the safety and privacy standards of any device. After I sent a few emails about my findings, they replied so long and even gave me bunch of reasons saying that I am not eligible for any refunds.

Please be careful with these kind of SCAMS and protect your rights!

Not as advertised

I tried out the premium version, for all the features obviously. It's said that you don't need the target phone but you do in order to download files and shut off certain settings. And the target phone has to be rooted in order for you to see any app activity. Basically without the target phone being rooted, you're only getting phone logs and basic sms texts. And when you lose connection to the target phone it says that you need to text ******* to it to reactivate it which doesn't work. Not worth the money.

I'd give ZERO stars if it were an option. They are terrible. I paid full price to use on my daughter's iPhone and can't use half of the services. On top of that, they've had technical issues with breaking thru on iPhones for the past MONTH and I can't get a refund at all. No one responds quickly enough and they kept trying to extend my 1 year purchase instead of refunding. I do NOT endorse this company. Waste of money and they do NOT advise upfront the lack of service you get on iPhones compared to Android. I am furious and will not stop pestering them until I have my refund. BEWARE!

They charged me 3 times for 1 subscription. Their chat feature acknowledged they were having problems installing software on iphones and they would extend my service 2 weeks. I asked for a refund because it didn't work. Plus I told them to refund the other two subscriptions that I did not authroize. They want me to pay to talk to someone on the phone. I have been waiting weeks. No response. Promises that billing will contact me and it doesn't happen.

If you purchase the mspy mobile app expect not to get your money back. I reached out for weeks to customer service requesting my money back and they denied me a refund. Don't waste your money on this app because after spending almost $200 is not worth it. Plus customer service will not help you they'll only piss you off more. There are alternative ways is to help guide you through the app and/or help you activate app. Instead of giving you your money back they'll find any way to keep the money and give you a BS excuse also forward you a hyper link to their refund policy. Again don't purchase mspy unless you want donate to them. SMH

Mspy are liar i subscribe it when i saw 7 days free trial i installed it i found it it's useless hanging all the time so i asked for refund within free trial period they are not refunding my money lying about 7 days free trial subscription do not waste your time here
