A couple of times tom Malkovich rooted my phones and every time it was perfect work, even when once one of my phones was problematic but he managed to solve the problem. The whole team very professional and always ready to answer my calls. Looking forward to continue using mSpy in the future and I will certainly recommend to anyone who asks me.
I have purchased an annual premium subscription for an iPhone. The dashboard didn't work from the beginning, while I followed all the installation steps. No data. Called the help desk many times and told me that the dashboard isn't working indeed and that i have to use an itunes alternative called anytrans. This is not the product i purchased, and it looks like i purchased a license for this anytrance. I am trying to get a refund but every time they try to sell me a new cheap product. I just want my money back which i eligible for according to the conditions..

Had some problems installing, they got on it right away
At the beginning they were very attentive, I liked the service, but when I asked for the refund, it was that I disqualified myself with the company, it's been 14 days since I requested it and they just keep messing me up and they won't refund my money, so I'm quite unsatisfied.

This is a scam. I decided to purchase the 3 month premium plan for a discount price of $39.99 a month. It then tells me I will be charged $40.00 a month and at the bottom it says "You will pay $119.99 USD". I followed through and payed with my card, only to quickly receive 3 charges all at once of $118.99 and $94.99 and $58.99! Thankfully my card company declined the charges. I tried other plans including the one month basic plan and low and behold both times I was charged an amount more than once that I was not the price on the checkout screen. As you can see om all the photos they were thankfully declined. Mspy is a scam, anyome omnhere who says differently is also a scam. I not the only person scammed by this company. My friend was also over changed and did not receive a refund or a working spyware for her android. My photos show my first purchase of the 3 month plan and my charges from my card account from the $39.99 3 month plan.

By mistake, a payment was made to another number, asked for help and an operator named Alex Scott solved this problem within a few minutes.
Program had to be reinstalled others were not able to do. Emma did quick, efficient where others quit so. Thank you!
