We monitor reviews for authenticity
I have never even heard of mspy and they bombarded me with weeks of "you signed up for this $69 subscription and are on auto renewal, etc..." And they have an actual website with real phone service but conveniently are too busy to accept calls.
MSpy has a website with all of their options for their products. In actuality, their software doesn't have all of the options that they state.
For instance, for Apple (IOS) users, the website says that all is needed is an Apple ID and password for the target phone. After paying, you find out that their software isn't capable of this and they ask you to "wait" while their software department figures out how to implement the option. They offer to freeze your account to use when they finally figure out how to offer the option, or to give you a discount on additional months.
If you ask for a refund through their IT ticket system, they will respond after days, and then again offer the freeze account or discount option, but not offer or process a refund. Every new attempt at a response takes days from them.
I am still currently waiting for a refund and it's been almost a month.
Edit - I finally received only a partial refund on 12/25/20, after requesting a full refund on 11/24/20 (the same day I ordered product) and sending many emails.
If you want to actually ‘talk' to their customer service department on the phone. It will cost you $12 for ‘express' customer service option.

Purchased mspy premium which never worked on iphonr as promised
Never able to speak with anyone even though premium includes free calls I had to pay $12 for a phone call
Premium supposedly includes app monitoring for snapchat, whatsapp etc - I finally spend $750 on a new android phone for my child to make your app work
Via chat I got the system installed while I was transferred to 4 different people
I was told to pay $43 more real quick so they could root the phone
After I paid I was told to schedule an appointment at 1:00am - 3:00am or 5:00am but they didn't have availability until 10 days later
Horrible - Horrible - Horrible service and don't even know about the product because for 2 months I have not been able to use it for over 2 months now
Requested manager's call and refund which for a month I never got.

Don't waste your money. I put app on target phone, worked 15 minutes. Then I was told the phone had got stuck so I had to send a text to the target phone and include ******* in the text and that would unlock it. Didn't work. I was then told to load it on target phone again so I tried and it said my registration code was invalid. I asked for refund and after 3 weeks was told no refunds.
