Paid for 1 month subscription today. Downloaded and used my own phone as a target phone. I don't have access to any SMS messages, and you have to share the location from the target phone to your phone as a "Family Location Share" what is the point of being discreet when you have to link your phone to theirs?

Not only that, technical support said I had to download ANOTHER app to access the SMS messages. So, I bought an app but have to download another app in order for it to work? Then I was instructed to go to a desktop computer, connect the target phone to a USB cord and download a program. SORRY, BUT NO WAY.

This product is a SCAM and I will go out of my way to tell people, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I want an immediate refund to my cc I used to purchase.

SUCH A RIP OFF!

I tried this app to monitor my child. It became very useful as I know he is safe. At first, I did not quite understand, how the app works, but their amazing customer support service showed it to me and even installed the app for me. I am very thankful for that.

I'm on an android phone and the app partially worked for about a week, then it started giving me a message that the phone was not communicating with mspy anymore and would need to be re-installed. Re-installing is time consuming and somewhat tricky. After re-install it only works for a day or two and then fails again. I purchased an annual subscription and basically got only a week of useful function - I would avoid purchasing this software if I were you.

FRAUD AND A SCAM

24/7 SUPPORT LIES!

Firstly it was falsely advertising, I paid a hefty fee and I would like a refund as this is too costly and I would like a refund. There's no help getting this done. I did the payment a few hours ago.

I want this resolved asap

Scam - will not refund your money
February 28, 2022

I purchased this to monitor an iPhone (ID #*******) and it does not work. I have contacted the tech support team via chat multiple times in the last 10 days and each time have been told to do something different to get the service to work. I spent over an hour with their remote access team, uploading a completely different app (AnyTrans) to allow me to see the information from the phone but that does not work. I am within the 14 day window to ask for a refund, knowing that I have tried every possible option, and I am now at day 13 and have requested a refund but they declined and told me to contact their remote access team to again mess with trying to get this to work. (See the screenshot below.) If there's really something different they want to do this time, I'm not sure why they didn't do it the first time around. I feel like they just want to move out of the 14 day refund window so they can tell me I'm no longer eligible. This seems like a total scam and waste of money.

Mspy refund policy is a scam, I have been burned from this company, there customers service they laying for giving you information plz don't trust this company, once you pay you go in, if any issue they not refund your money, the keep offering you stupid solutions hold u until 14 days after that, they froze your account they can't let even login are answering you buy email and there no customer service number in u.k….

This is a joke

Do not trust them! After spending half a day with customer service they informed me that the application would be done in 5 min I didn't need a pc, jailbreak or anything. Well two hours later I decided to give in and buy it. Now all the sudden I have to have a pc or jailbreak it even though Dan told me multiple times they just need the phone for 5 min to instal an app. After not receiving service for over 4 hours they tell me the person who can do it will only be available In another hour. Reached out for a refund twice and got denied and now no response. Do not give them your money you will regret it! Spent money for something I wasn't even able to use

Fraud

They took my credit card number, they charged me, they never provide me any loggin, any account number... the just took my money and I had nothing in return. They told me I did not paid despite the fact I sent them a copy of my credit card bill... Now they will probably charge me every month and I dont have any way to unsubsribe because I DONT HAVE AN ACCOUNT. Take your money and burn it instead, at least you will have a fire to enjoy...

Horrible App!

First off install sucks, had to do it three times just to get it to work right on phone! The location wasn't working or not correct any of the time... and they need to say that they only monitor one phone at a time, i have five kids thought this would be a great app but no i even told the service guy that was helping have five kids he didn't say anything!... so i buy app finally get iton my sons phone go to put another on and can't, ask nicely fora refund so i can find an app for my family because i don't about everyone else but it's kinda alot of money so but it is just waste on a app i can't use... they tell me no... wtf is that... if you try it not what you thought it was going to be or even don't like it you should get refunfed am i wrong here>? The interface it's self needs more to it I've had better apps like hister was great i should have. Stayed with what i already liked i guess...

They skirt around your issue without actually helping you, refuse to listen to what your actual issue is, and copy and paste the same response over and over. Only half of the functionality in the premium version works, despite being set up exactly as required. They kept telling me the only way to fix this is to reinstall on the target device, despite me telling them multiple times that I no longer have access to the target device. I was passed around between multiple customer care reps, and had the exact same conversation with each of them.

One rep did indicate that this was a known issue, but then stated he was going to "leave the chat for now", and just kept leaving the chat every time I reconnected. It was extremely unprofessional, and I've never dealt with something like that from a chat portal.

Finally, I asked if I could just have a partial refund since half of the functionality doesn't work. They tried to outright cancel my service, instead. I did not get a resolution.

I am very disappointed with their lack of understanding about this issue, and their inability to help.

Beyond WORSE!

I requested mspy to cancel my subscription and refund my money in September 2021 due to unsatisfactory service and yet, no action has been taken so far n spite of reaching out to them constantly. They have no spying software and all the time it shows me blank report. Their service is beyond worse. No body cares to respond or take any step to resolve customer complaints.

Users Beware….

The website seemed legit, and reading the reviews on the website make it seem like a good app. The phone I tried to get this for is an iPhone 6s. It states on the website that you can monitor SMS text messaging on non-jailbrolen iPhones. What they don't tell you is that you cannot do the monitoring from their app. They will invite you to let them take control of your computer to download a secondary program so you can monitor SMS texting on the target iPhone. Additionally, they will then attempt to access your AppleID on a daily basis from a foreign based computer. Long story short, don't waste your money on this app, no matter how much of a discount they try to give you.

Total Scam

I purchased Mspy and quickly realized it was not providing services offered. In fact, after reading several reviews I realized I had been scammed and I am going to go through everything experienced in the threads listed below. My dumbass even purchased the mAssistance ($43.99) and Support Priority Line ($12.99), which is "m-nonexistant". So they offer a priority line that is a recording... I do not expect a reply for several days and then they will state that it was beyond the cancellation timeframe (I requested to cancel was less than 5 hrs from purchase). I am pretty pissed with myself as I usually don't fall for these scams but I will chock it up to "chemo brain"... Nice company that scams Cancer patient's... Someone needs to offer this company some integrity with a touch of honesty. Psst: You don't need my proof of purchase if you have my customer ID...

Do not get this product! It doesn't do anything it says. Unlike their advertising says, it is not undetectable. It is generically named but it shows up and it easily shows you how to uninstall. A kid can easily uninstall it. It doesn't report like it should. It gives you the option to make make undetectable but it won't let you click it. And it slows down the device a lot. Absolutely worthless! And customer service can't help you fix anything! It says you can get a refund within 14 days. Not true! We tried to get a refund after 36 hours and it said based on our reasons, they won't refund our money. You can find something much cheaper that actually works! We are testing Qstudio with a free trial run that doesn't take your money and then not refund it. And the Qstudio is actually doing what it says so far! I suggest their free trial. We didn't have the money to waste on this and then have to purchase something else.on top of that my husband wasted hours trying to see if it would work right but customer service knew nothing! If I could give zero stars, I would. What a horrible unethical company! And in case anyone from the company sees this, I will find every platform possible that I can post this on to try to make sure no one else gets scammed by you! We couldn't afford to waste that money and I am sure there are others who can't as well.

Never believe on their words they are making fool of us. they took money and disappeared. They first told you that you can give $100 so we can help you and then you also have 14 days refund time. But when they failed to provide the services so they told me you are not eligible for return

Don't do it!

I purchased what I thought was a system for 3 devices, not realizing it could only be used for one accoun (my honest mistake) To correct this I contacted the chat services, all I got was up selling. Original subscription was$150, he then wanted me to pay another $450 to get the cover that I thought I had purchased. The sales tactic was highly pressured. In the end he offered it for $350. I had to refuse. I then bought the Norton subscription and paid $120 for 5 devices, 5 different accounts. Set up was about 1 hour faster and easier. Navigating the app is easier the what is offered by mspy.
I have requested the refund, which has been refused on the grounds that it was not in their control. IMO that is not acting in good faith, many companies with give refunds on similar grounds.
