Scammers

This company is just a front for scammers. Don't believe them because they will take your money and say that you still owe. And they give you a little of your data then cut it off. Customer service is also lacking. If I could give zeros for this review and company I would.

I cannot believe mspy is still in business! I even had the iPhone login credentials and they still couldn't even give me something as basic as location let alone anything else. The only information I got from M5 was the one contact that was on the phone. No text messages, no location, no apps, nothing else! Mspy is the biggest rip-off app I have ever encountered and they better give me my money back. I called to cancel my subscription and get a refund and I have to wait for two business days to get an email about if my refund is approved. They better hope my refund is approved! Do not trust this company they do nothing they say they can do!

Customer service saves the day

I bought mSpy recover text messages from my daughters phone. Turns out that mSpy really can't help me, without some additional help. For approx $100, this did not make me happy. However, Briana Molligan helped me use AnyTrans and i think I have what I need. I really with the advertising was a little more spot on - I feel a bit decieved, but Briana saved the day. She took control of my PC, installed the required software and updates needed, and walked me through the rest. I have a link to go to for more information, which I hope is as much help as she was.:-) All in all, things worked out well enought for this five star review. MSpy's customer service - and customer service techs - are why I'll pay a premium for the service. Now just work on some more detailed advertising! Thanks again, Briana!

I installed mSpy, following the directions step-by-step. On my child's phone I accidentally hit the 'SOS' alarm. The alarm *does not go off*, ever, at all, from a computer (logged into MSpy online), from my phone, from my child's phone, nada. MSpy technical support assumed I installed it incorrectly and gave me the directions to re-install (even though I'd followed the exact same instructions). Any application worth its salt should not have to be reinstalled if you click a button? I've worked in IT for 25 years, and that's crap development. I asked for a refund, as on MSpy they don't have a free trial period, but they offer a free refund within the first 30 days, they told me this:"No refund can be issued to a user in case the reasons for a refund are completely beyond mSpy control. They include, but are not limited to:... a user does not accept technical assistance" So, a bug in their product is "outside their control", and I have to accept condescension from their technical assistance? UNBELIEVABLE, never ever ever buy this product.

MLite app not available
March 20, 2022

After several unsuccessful attempts to install the required mLite app on the target iPhone, I discovered that the installation wizard was taking me to the mSpy app for the parent iPhone. The Apple App Store gave me an error message that the mLite app is not available. When I emailed mSpy of this problem I was directed to use their chat line. After first telling me that I was on the wrong chat for mSpy support I was advised to install AnyTrans. I discovered that this is an additional feature of mSpy but it requires full time wifi which we don't have. Still trying to get a refund.

Great customer service

MSpy has been a great company to work with. Their product does everything that it claims it should upon purchase, its affordable, and the customer service team is very kind and helpful. I bombarded them with numerous questions and they stuck by my side and helped me find exactly what I was looking for to adequately monitor my young daughters first phone. The support rep guided me through the install process from start to finish. I appreciate this company as a whole and am thankful to have finally found something that doesn't just take my money and run. I highly suggest mSpy for parental control services.

This app is a rip off and very dishonest they do not stand behind their policy. I have yet to get the app to work in the policy state that if I am not happy within 10 days of my subscription I will get a full refund. But now they're telling me the reason that I'm requesting a refund is not good enough for them to refund my money. I am very disappointed and hurt by this company.

I contacted live chat before purchasing! I was told I didn't need access to target device! And full refund within 2 weeks if didn't work. Within hrs. I was told opposite after purchasing & denied a refund! Don't even bother!

In trying to activate a new account I was having trouble setting it up. Well their site says 24/7 help. Two days later they answered my question. Too late. I was already fed up with the bad service I told them to cancel my account. Which I never activated. Well after time and time again on there chat and emails. They told me "it is out of their control" and can't/ wont refund me the money back. So I'm out $40 for a plan I never used even activated. Thieves! If I could give them zero stars I would!

Wonderful service

Not supporting IPhone

I have told, it supports Iphone in the chat, but after buying came to know, most of the softwares like whatsapp and all can not be monitored. Then I ask for the refund and their customer support is very very very poor and dummy. They not refund me. Waste software, dont buy this one by seeing their website

Paid for 1 month subscription today. Downloaded and used my own phone as a target phone. I don't have access to any SMS messages, and you have to share the location from the target phone to your phone as a "Family Location Share" what is the point of being discreet when you have to link your phone to theirs?

Not only that, technical support said I had to download ANOTHER app to access the SMS messages. So, I bought an app but have to download another app in order for it to work? Then I was instructed to go to a desktop computer, connect the target phone to a USB cord and download a program. SORRY, BUT NO WAY.

This product is a SCAM and I will go out of my way to tell people, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I want an immediate refund to my cc I used to purchase.

SUCH A RIP OFF!
