This company is a scam! They advertise to give you access to social media apps but the fail to inform you that you must jailbreak the phone to get access to the information. Then they refuse to give you money back!

It is just what I was looking for! I've tried several parental control apps, but they weren't perfect or just didn't have the right set of tools to keep your child safe. Mspy app covered all my needs in one application! Super!

I found out after buying and installing the app on devices that tracking app usage on an iPhone is not possible due to Apple privacy. I had the app not even 30 min and asked for a cancellation and refund and they denied me immediately and kept trying to keep me as a customer even though I clearly stated what I want I can't have. Reminded me a a sleazy car salesman. Do not recommend!

Do not purchase

Install is not easy - very complex. In order to install or have any questions answered they charge you an additional $59. After hours and hours of directions, the jailbreak feature was not supported on my phone X, 12 and 13! They would not offer a refund nor can you speak w/ anyone directly. They said it is not thier problem that my phone would not support the jailbreak process. So I purchased a product that only shows me the gps location of the phone - which I can do directly through apple. Customer service is terrible. Product is terrible. Do not buy.

I have purchased a 3 months subscription of MSpy plus premium support. After 5 days I have asked for refund because the app didn't work at all. I have contacted the billing support several times and everytime they promised to respond within 3 working days - I have never received any response. Now, even though my subscription should still be active even the chat doesn't work anymore. It keeps showing that the agents appear and then immediately disappear from the chat. This is what they call premium support! What a waste of money.

Completely awful and shady business. I 100% disabled auto-renew for billing and now they won't refund me. They claim they emailed me to warn me that I would be charged, but I went back through my emails and I definitely never received any such notice. Everything they've said in the attached email is false. They are dishonest liars, don't waste your time their app sucks for how much they charge.

This company likes to scam hard working working families out of their money! The program doesn't work. I cancelled it within 30 minutes and they refused to give us a refund or fix the technical issues. So I literally paid 140$ for the program and it doesn't work and they won't refund me no matter what!

They are misleading on their website! They won't answer your calls if you phone. They use any excuse they can to keep your money. We have a child with a disability and we work very hard for our money and this company was more than happy to steal it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! NEVER AGAIN will I trust a company that I don't personally know really well. I will also make sure I let everyone know on every social media platform I have that this company scams families! I would NEVER recommend them.

When you install this app on the target phone you have to disable Google play protect well later on it sends a notification up at the top of the phone that says there is a harmful app that needs to be uniinstalled, if it's done then you wasted money and time. And there is no Way to stop Google play protect from deleting M spy app...

You will not get a refund either

I quite like this for my daughter's Android. It does what I need it to do. Expensive, but capable. The Apple devices are a nightmare and I requested a refund as I don't believe the limitations for Apple products are anywhere near transparent enough. My refund request is being denied so I have spend HUNDREDS of dollars to keep my kids safe from bullying, only to not even be able to use full functionality and then finding out the devices can't be jailbreak either. It's been a frustrating and difficult experience. So I'm warning people, especially Apple users, to STAY AWAY. I've never received such poor customer service. It's just plain greed. I won't be renewing at this stage.

I'm a 46 yo father of a 16 year old boy. He's a good kid but lately his grades are slipping and he's been spending too much time on Snapchat. We added screen time limits and I purchased mSpy this morning to monitor my son's iPhone. Everything on their site leads you to believe that they're the best and you can have complete access. That may be true for Android but it is NOT true if your child has an iPhone. They say you just need to jailbreak the phone but what they don't tell you is that it is physically impossible, at this time, to jailbreak any iPhone newer than iPhone X or an iPhone using iOS 14.6 or later.

And to top it all off, their refund policy essentially negates any possible reason for a refund. I tried to cancel the subscription about 2 hours after I purchased it and about 2 hours and 10 minutes later I was denied because they said I refused to jailbreak the phone.

I'm not the only one who's been scammed by this company. Look around, read their refund policy. DO NOT BUY IF YOU HAVE AN iPHONE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFUSE TO REFUND IT. Hopefully my credit card company will reject it as a fraudulent purchase.

I purchased the 6 month ultimate pack to use on an iphone, I flat out asked if I could connect the phone via USB instead of using icloud credentials, more than once, and each time the tech (or whatever I spoke with) said yes. I would have the same ccess to everything as if I put in the icloud information and would still be able to monitor the device. I was told if I did use the icloud credentials, I would be able to monitor text messages, calls, and whatsapp messages- I specifically asked because this is what I mainly was concered for. So, I made my purchase, and after that everything went south. I was told not only could I only monitor the device when I plugged it into my computer via USB and was on the same wifi network. What good does that do me? So then, I tested it out with my own phone using icloud credentials, and of course I could only monitor internet activity. I couldn't see any phone calls, texts, whatsapp messages, nothing. I tried to refresh the dashboard several times and nothing changed. I was also seeing only emails from 2019. Its 2022. I asked support about this and they told me flat out at this time I could not monitor texts, calls, or whatsapp, even with the icloud credentials. So they literally lied to me. I raised my issue several times and was sent to the billing department after I requested a refund since the software doesn't work as advertised. Still have not heard back from the billing department, but they sure did take that $215.00 pretty fast.

No Free Trial

I wanted to try it (free 14 day trial) and was unable to install on the target phone (insufficient space) so installed on my phone to TRY it. It wasn't what I wanted and they offered me more of the same which I didn't want but would not refund my money. I'm very disappointed because one of the reviews I read was that getting money refunded was not a problem. No free trial, just excuses. As well, my phone showed noticeable lag while it was installed.

I don't have access physically to the phone i am not satisfied with the product long process to do.
I have subscribed for a year. I need a refund. ID *******. Also i am unable to login to the site.
Doesn't worth the money I paid 4700 for this.

Paid $360 to be able to see my kids activity on their iphones. Spent 2 days working with support to get it so we can see activity. The platform just doesn't work. You can see their contacts and all the same stuff you can see from logging into their icloud account. But that's not very helpful. Especially since you can see that for free via apple.

So far cancellation hasn't been an issue. But it's one of those "what if I freeze your account", "what if I add three months to your plan". Etc.

Kinda feels sleezy.

MSPY Scammers

While searching for a good parental control software. I read a review about mSPY and fell for it. I purchased and installed this software on my iOS devices (iPhones). Unfortunately, the features listed does not work at all. They encourage you to jailbreak your iOS device to make it working. Three days after installing, I requested a FULL REFUND. Their live chat agents are all scammers trained to reply scripted messages every time. Each email received from mSPY, could not be replied to, they all kept bouncing back regardless of the email platform I tried to send. Instead, I started getting several emails, offering discounts and subscription freeze but without any REFUND. These are professional scammers to be aware.

This company practices deceptive bait and switch practices. The website shows that there is full functionality for both Android and iPhone, but iPhones are not able to keylog or show browser history. If you reach out to tech support, they are aware. Then they make a big deal of offering you a thirs party app to do those things "for feel but only while your phone and the target phone are on the same wifi network. The. When, a day after purchase, you request your $17 be returned, you get a copy-and-paste reply stating that they will not refund because it is a "personal choice" to not use their flawed product. There are better options that actually do what you think mSpy does. Buyer beware!
