What a joke, 4 charges on my card and canceled immediately when they wanted an additional $53.99 just to call customer service! Do not fall into their trap. Even spoke to VISA who put a hard stop on this app!

I purchased on January 24th. Worked on target phone 1 week. Had to reinstall a week later. Guess what? Next week, tracking would only work on text and calls. No gps, browser history, keylogger, whatsapp,etc. Tech support stated I needed to send a text to the target phone. Did that. Still not working. Said I would have to reinstall. I said I wanted a refund as this would have been the 3rd download on the target phone in less than 3 weeks which is ridiculous if you are trying to monitor a phone undetected. Melissa Broflovski
Billing Manager, states my account is updating and working correctly. NOT AT ALL. Most features haven't updated in OVER 6 DAYS (since February 8th before 11am)! Ignored my request for a refund, offered 1 free month (already paid for a year subscription). I paid $80 for 1 year to only work 1 week without issues, ridiculous! Target phone is in service with internet connection at all times. Chat customer service is a joke, during the day they accept you to the chat, then tell you to wait, only to close out of chat eventually. Happened at least 4 times to me.

I installed everything step by step to the target phone. Keylogger wasn't working at all since the first day and when I asked the support they told me to send message with symbol 1 million and when that didn't work out they told me to get physical contact with the phone which wasn't possible ( if it was whenever I can I wouldn't have installed this app in the first place) so they didn't fix it for me. Rooting wasn't possible beacuse they don't support that model. Calls and sms were working first 2 days but then that stopped updating. I have been asked again to send sms with symbol 1 million to refresh the servers which wasn't possible beacuse it would certainly cause suspicion sending same kind of weird message 2 days in a row. So the only 2 features that worked good became useless too. Basically now this '' premium package '' means nothing to me, no single use from it. In other words I threw my money in the water, useless app for no use. I don't know who gave so high rating for this trash app. I regret so much
