Illegal charging

I used to use this service, but stopped a couple of months later because I wasn't impressed with certain things. I went to their site, entered into my profile and cancelled auto renew and the subscription. A couple of months went by without incident, and all of a sudden in January they take payment from my bank account for a service I cancelled months ago. Nobody is responding to my request for a refund that I sent around 5 days ago. Stay away from this company. Bad news.

There was a time I couldn't safely stay away from my family to get on business trip due to the worry of where could they be and what could they be doing at the moment but ever since (Xtech2025atGmailcom)has recommended This Mspy tracker things have changed for good as I can easily know their schedule and whereabouts remotely while I'm on business trip from mountains apart from each other and one thing I noticed about the Mspy tracker is that it catches infidelity after years of using this tracker and installing it on each device I changed I began to notice my partner been doing something sneaky at a particular location but since all I can track is just the location and that doesn't justify her cheating on me so I decided to hire the help of this professional hacker (Xtech2025atGmailcom) who recommended Mspy in the first place and with his professional service program I can also remotely access my partners phone chats, calls, email, social media's and her gallery remotely from my phone without her noticing anything and with this I was able to gather info on her infidelity acts as to put to justice as I stand against infidelity

I subscribed to MSpy to monitor my daughter's phone - she has mental issues so I was interested in location tracking, her phone log and other apps like snapchat. I did my research and it appeared that MSpy had what I was looking for including good tech support which was my primary concern. I paid for and subscribed to MSpy Premium which was supposed to come with additional tech support. After I subscribed, I was then told I needed to install another app - MSpy Lite. I did that. Why I was not told that in the beginning is a mystery. I only had my daughter's phone for a couple days and I made that clear to MSpy. I could not get any phone support from MSpy even though I was willing to pay for it. Except for the first chat to install part of the MSpy, the 'Chats' were worthless - I got conflicting and confusing information, I got told I would need to install another app (which was impossible since I did not have the target phone anymore). After paying for a premium subscription and at least 6 attempts to get help, I only have location services and nothing else. I cannot get straight answers on anything further. I would not recommend that anyone pay for this - it is a waste of money! I was given the option to suspend my subscription until I could get a hold of the target phone but I did not want to lose the location services and the Chat person could not tell me how to keep the location services if I suspended everything else. DO NOT BUY MSPY!

Mspy is a rip off

Mspy is nothing like advertised and I had a chat with one of their reps and ask about a trial was told there was a 14 day risk free refund policy ordered it don't like it told my reason doesn't meet their refund policy and denied my refund.

Taken advantaged off - unauthorized charge

Update: Bill departments, takes days to respond, can only contact through email, and refuse to look at the cancelation I did with a representative in Nov.

Cancelled service in Nov. They charged me the end of Dec.

In Nov I contacted them about supporting a Google phone. I was assured it would work. I agreed to get my son the Google phone he wanted.

Phone arrived but customer service could not get it to work. Phone kept saying it was incompatible with service. Did not want to root Phone(if that would have have worked; I don'tknow), so I decided to cancel service. The customer service representative agreed.

Dec comes around and I am charged. I call for help in reversing the charge. Customer service in billing was very unhelpful and refused to help.

Billing customer service is a joke. How do you take someone's money tell them you cannot install it on the target phone and also refuse to issue a refund after you did not cancel it as requested.

Service while using for 7 months was okay. Sometimes it would give me info. Never facebook and intermittently snapchat. Texting was okay but sometimes pulled messages for month ago as current.

Getting refund is absolute impossible

I purchased 3 months subscription for 2800 for call recording feature but did not found so asked for refund under 14 day return policy but got only 25 percent refund which was only possible told by them.Getting refund is a dream.

Great MSPY service

Honestly, you know no matter how good you are with your spouse and open minded, it doesn't mean that they will treat you the same way. The statistics has shown how many couples fall out in our everyday life, I went through terrible times following the suspicions that my wife could cheat on me when I found out she always come back late from work and doesn't care much about the home duties, she was always on her phone and was always texting and moving about the house when she's with me, There was a time she left her phone on the sofa where I was, and the phone rang, it was a call from a random guy, I just concluded that she was having extra marital affairs and the only local solution is to prove my allegation. TERRIBLE!

TERRIBLE! They should have a money guarantee and change their return policy! Sometimes you can't get physically access when you think you do or might. I thought I had physical access and he cha get things on his phone so I dont anymore and they WON'T refund me. So I LITERALLY WASTED and spent money on so etching that is worthless and a piece of $#*! junk that I can't use at all! So $#*!ed up! So $#*! this site and their $#*!ty $#*!ing policy! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS! Make sure if you purchase something glove this they have a mo eye back guarantee to ensure you're not wasting your money on something that won't work for you! $#*!ty company and policy!
