After buying a one-month subscription for the service, I decided to give it a test run. To my surprise – and dismay! - an additional 30 dollars was unexpectedly debited from my card due to automatic renewal. But despite this hiccup, the application proved itself quite useful: showing history in browser and blocking sites as needed for children's safety too. If you do decide to use it short term however, just remember: don't forget to disable auto-renewal before your trial period ends or there might be more unexpected charges down the line!
I would like to set the context first: my target phone was listed on their website as supported, i had 50GB free storage and a stable 5g wifi connection.
The app is causing lag, it does not save the conversations properly and it even mixes the message senders. After locking and unlocking whatsapp, it remained stuck and the website was saying "error contact support". After requesting a refund in less than 24 hours they rejected it saying that I have to talk to their tech support team and they will solve my problem. I have to mention that their billing team responds only once a week. This company is a scam.
My experience with the mSpy team has been nothing short of amazing! They had a few bumps in the road, but quickly got to work on providing solutions - and their customer care department deserves all five stars for being so helpful and giving such great guidance.
I recently tested out a service for one month, but the auto-renewal feature took my subscription further. After using it though, I'm happy to report that this application is an awesome tool! It tracks all your browser activity and even has parental controls - making sure kids are only accessing kid friendly sites. But if you're just kicking tires & don't plan on sticking around longer than expected; be sure to remember to turn off the auto-renew before time's up so as not getting any surprise charges in the end!

After going through various software this seems the best at the time, check the compatibility guide and it seemed ok, how ever after buying the subscription for 1 year and trying to install the software, only to be told that the features needed would not work on my daughters Iphone and there is no fix. I have requested a full refund only to get a negative response. DO NOT BUY
