Alex Scarn was able to relieve me of any worries when i had a question. He answered me in just a couple minutes and explained that what i was seeing was normal and unrelated to their service.
They refused my refund even if I am etitled to a refund by EU law. I haven't even used their app because it did not meet my requirments. They have misleading features on website and after you pay, you see that those features work only with both phones connected to the same wifi network. I also made written complain to authorities about this scammers. Do not buy anything from them.
I paid for service and never got to use it bc the page sent me to another company page but come to find out they can't do what they say then got a million reasons why they won't refund you after they say they can do this and that but can't do nothing but take your money do not waste your time or money

I subscribed a year ago and was never able to get it to work. I cancelled my subscription and they still charged my card without my authority. I contacted them by email and they refused to refund me regardless. Do not use these guys are you will get ripped off.
