The app would not work on my phone the day I ordered it, multiple attempts were made and then as requested I canceled the subscription through the billing portal. One year later I just got charged $199 for an app I never was even able to download on my phone. Even though I had canceled the subscription. Absolutely amazing that this can happen. I hope this company refunds my money, or I will go to the better Business bureau. This is not okay

Very poor experience with mSpy product to monitor kids online activities
I was using mSpy to monitor my kids online activities. This product doesn't work at all most of the times. Most of the features are only for namesake but needs constant and continuous reinstallation in target device which may not be possible most of the time as we don't have access to the device. In a span of 10 days of usage I had to reinstall 6 times in tata get device by giving all permissions but it won't work for more than 1-2 days. I was really frustrated. The service through chatbot is horrible as they keep on sending the same guides all the time but not resolving the issues. Even if you want to connect for a live chat the responses are the same guides. If you want to cancel the subscription within 14 days of purchase they don't give refund sighting lame excuses and "clauses". I request everybody not to use this after seeing their very encouraging advertisement. I give "0" rating for this product. Please be away from this and have better mental stability

So, I recently installed mspy on my daughter's phone as a way to keep an eye on her online activity. To my surprise, I discovered that she's been drawing pornographic comics and sending them to someone via email. When I confronted her about it, she claimed that it's all part of an "artists' union" and that I wouldn't understand. I'm not quite sure what to do with this information, but I wanted to reach out and see if anyone else has experienced something similar. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Recently, thanks to a gps tracker of this app, I found out that my 15-year-old son and his friend had taken a trip to another city… all without telling us! As you can imagine, I was pretty concerned and decided to start a serious conversation. Turns out, they were on a mission to find drugs! Thankfully, they never went through with the purchase. But needless to say, I've made a point of checking his location every day now. Ah, parenthood… always an adventure!
