Myspy is terrible they say thete services allow you to track someone's phone without there knowledge. But what they don't tell you until you pay for there over priced monthly subscription is you have to steal the person phone your trying to track for ten minutes so you can turn certain settings off in that person's phone. So you try to cancel your subscription and have your money refunded because you literally just opened the account and haven't used their service because you can't steal the other person's phone they tell you even though you just signed up and haven't used there services they won't refund or cancel your subscription because it's your fault that you can't steal the person's phone your trying to track for ten minutes get in to it and mess with the settings. This services is a rip off and terrible I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

Signed up, couldn't download the program. Charged me $53.00 more to "chat" with tech supported then no one showed up to chat. Never received any help. Asked for refund, company is refusing to give me my money back and refusing to give me a phone number to talk to anyone about it. Do not buy. It is not easy to install and actually impossible to install on some phones. False advertising that it is easy and that they will help you.
