At the first of July 2021 I purchased a 205$ oil pump from Motosport for a Honda Big Red MUV. By October the oil pump had failed.(Honda OEM oil pump) Several phone calls and many lies about contacting Honda and a warranty, they stated that Honda wouldn't replace the pump because it wasn't done by a Honda technician at a Honda dealership. They didn't talk to anyone at Honda. The third time I talked to someone in customer service stated it would take 2 weeks to get an answer from Honda about replacement. I talked to the manager, and had an answer in less than a day! BEWARE! Motosport will not warranty any OEM parts unless installed by a dealership. They do not have a disclaimer that states this information, and you are screwed if you install OEM parts and they fail!
First and last time customer. Ordered from you cause it said, 3 to 5 days shipping. Its been eleven days and, nothing. Your tracking is laughable! No details. And, $7.00 shipping for a frickin sticker is a joke!
I had done some research on this website when I was looking to buy a new motorcycle helmet. The specific helmet I wanted was on average about $290. I found the exact helmet on Motosport's website for $160. Due to the price being significantly lower than more reputable places, I was concerned. The reviews were okay and seemed to be very specific to one particular person and their experience with the biggest issue being slow shipping or not having the item.
I ordered my helmet online and received it 3 days later without any issues (I live in CA and had it shipped there). The helmet was exactly what I ordered, I got it way sooner than I expected, and I saved $130.
I would recommend!

I ordered OEM shocks and a fender for my Honda ATV. They had what I needed in stock. Got a yellow fender by mistake instead of a green one. Probably my fault. Melanie in Customers Service was great. Handled my return and sent me the right fender very, very quickly. Next time I need parts they will get my business. Plus their price beat everyone else. Cant ask for more than that.
Reviewed tires of choice, tires were in stock so I ordered them. After placing my order they went out of stock. My order was delayed due to this reason. So I waited 2 weeks for stock arrival. Paid for 3 day shipping, by time they shipped to my door it was 2 weeks and 4 days. So even the initial 3 day shipping was late. 2 of the 3 customer service representatives assured my package was being shipped on the days I spoke with them, and unfortunately that didn't happen. This company is a crock of $#*!. I will never order from them again, I'll spend my money local and pay a few extra bucks. Lesson learned!
Easy navigating website, great product selection with competitive pricing, as well as free shipping at a low purchase limit. I have made several purchases from there over 8 years and always receive product quickly and never had to return anything.
I ordered parts on 11-29-2020. Frequently sent updates, saying shipping in 5-10 days. 12 weeks later I got them. I forgot what I ordered, it took so long.
My order was cancelled by Motosport for no reason! I called to ask why and they said I don't know! Motosport customer service made me fell like an idiot! I should have used Revzilla! Don't buy from Motosport!
I ordered a helmet that was in stock, it got back ordered 3 times on me. I switched helmets to another one in stock, it arrived 1 day before I needed it for my trip and it was the wrong color. I couldn't return it used so no helmet for my trip.
Sent the wrong face shield after I emailed them to make sure it fit. They refunded 1/2 of the money. Beware of this company
First couple of transactions were relatively smooth, but when I ordered a gasket during the holiday season they used such a ghetto off-brand delivery service that it's a week overdue. I contacted them today and told them that the only way they'll keep my business is if they overnight me the part. Their barely literate chat agent kept regurgitating the company line, which is that they won't send out a replacement unless it's officially lost for a certain amount of time. So - not only are they crap on the shipping front, they don't really give a toss about keeping customers. I will not be using them again, and I strongly recommend you all stay away. Let's send a message that unless they step up their delivery system, we will not be buying from them.
I've been a customer for 4 years and love the site, search features and selection of products... but the shipping has been terrible. I paid more for shipping (3 day shipping) and it's going to take 7-8 days still for items in stock - with claims to "Ship out next day". After calling and complaining they refunded me my shipping. I respect ATV's and Outdoor activites have boomed since COVID and Shipping with COVID has gotten out of hand... but then don't offer 2 & 3 day shipping. I'll except 5-7 days if that's the needed time - but don't charge people more to ship in the same time. And they have tracking - they should AUTO refund me if the package didn't get to me in 3 days... fair right?!
I'll be switching to Revzilla. Sad - I love Motosport, but today fast shipping is table stakes.
Thought we'd give them the benefit of the doubt after an additional charge was found on our credit card. We cancelled that card and tried ordering from them a month later with the SAME PROBLEM! Our credit card was hacked TWICE! DO NOT USE THEM!
I use them for everything and with the free ground shipping, i get everything the next business day after ordering.
Called and had some questions, sale rep asked "can I send you an email or you want to place an order"... I said place an order, I ordered three items which amounted to about $900 and then he hung up... he was agitated because I had some technical questions, and asked him to give me a recommendation, I wanted to add in another few items but lost the connection, seemed in hurry and didn't want to answer questions or ask anyone else, pretty sad because I wanted levers and some other bling items, I just got the bike and want to trick it out. I like MotoSport because they support the sport.
Ordered a set of breakaway levers for dirtbike which after plugging bike into there computer system says 100% compatible but after getting them the brake lever was but clutch lever wasn't the guy I talked to said it would take up to 2 weeks to confirm if the clutch lever is indeed the right or wrong part... 3 weeks later I make contact since I had heard nothing telling them at this point I want the refund! Guy tells me he doesn't see that the wrong part has made its return yet so soon as that happens he can refund me... so did some digging and found tracking # which said it had delivered to them almost 3 weeks ago after all this hassle I will never buy from motosport.com again! Completely disorganized company!
I was order a Goldentyre 2002 Mousse, they sent me a Goldentyre 2002N Mousse what is over size for rally.
I sent it back at May 30th 2020, than I never get back my money. They owe me 170$. I called them many time but they are can`t find my package, and they won`t send me back my money. That was my last deal with them. Bull$#*! company.
I have 4 months of wasted time, a headache from just thinking about this, and the over priced garbage item I added for reduced shipping. I did not get one of the items i actually wanted. Every time I contacted them they acted like they solved my problem with one email and asked me to contact them again even though often they didn't answer my question. I had to contact them by email 18 times and tried once by chat on their website. The following is my nightmare experience. May 7 I placed the order. May 14 I had to inquire into the status and was told their ETA was on May 22. May 30 I still had no info on my order. When I inquired again I was told all of a sudden that there was no ETA on the items and apparently the ETA originally given means nothing because it is just an estimate. June 15 I had received no information about my order so I inquired again. I was told that they were still waiting on a needle to ship the package and that ETA (that I've previously been told means nothing) would be July 1.
July 4 I inquired again. July 8 They said again that ETAs mean nothing and that they could split the order or remove the needle they were waiting on. I requested for the needle to be removed. July 20 they ship only one item that was an over priced item I added just to get the $14.99 shipping. Though they charged my account for everything. I never received a shipping confirmation for anything but the one item. They claimed they shipped everything and that I only would get charged if they shipped the items. The borderfree shipping page said they shipped everything besides 2 needles. I asked why and apparently they are waiting on both needles even though they said they were waiting on only one. I ask for the other needle to be removed from my order as well. July 27th I got the overpriced item but still no info on any other items. I inquired August 1st and on August 4th they said that the shipment hasn't moved since July 17th and they would get back to me. August 8th said they would give me a refund on the items they didn't ship and if I wanted the items that I would have to order again.
Thor b. Was the jerk that was dealing with me via chat. When this company shipped me a item that looked nothing like what was portrayed on their website and I tried to return it this jerk did nothing but give me attitude. So now I've wasted my time wasted my money and I get a attitude about it. I will never ever ever buy from this company again and I highly recommend no one purchase anything from them neither.
Answer: Fairly easy but don't expect any actual service. The customer's always wrong in their eyes, as far as I can tell.
Answer: Depends on your point of view. They exist, and send out product, but do not use them if you want your parts within a month - seriously ghetto shipping, and garbage customer service.
Answer: They suck. Avoid at all costs. The too-good-to-be-true prices are not worth the wait for your items, and/or the customer-is-always-wrong brand of service.
