I purchased a Jersey, pants and gloves on the 19th of May. Website said all three items were in stock and should ship within 3-5 days, but I later found out on May 31st that none of my items have shipped and because the gloves, that claimed to be in stock, were on back order. One of their customer service reps, Paul, said "everything should ship out on the 31st" when I called to ask about my order on May 30th. Website still says processing order. UNWELL
I will not order items from MotoSport company again, as the company only keeps positive reviews, and took down twice my review of their team's negligence with my small order.
Instead I will post on Google Forums and other locations, as MotoSport deleted the review. This is dishonest. Even Amazon allows customers to leave honest reviews when their shipments do not arrive.
Motosport did not mail the item, nor respond
Your company at MotoSport never delivered this pair of gloves to me. I ordered it on May 4,2023. Followed up several times. No one from your customer service responded, even after my May 22,2023 email. I will likely not order from you again. What horrible customer service. As of May 26,2023, the item is "lost in transit" but only did I contact and post the review did they bother to review the order.
Three-weeks and no delivery. If this is happening to me, I'm sure other customers with more expensive items and orders can only imagine the negligence.
Did not send me my order and kept my money. They have a army of customer service that pretends to help but they will do nothing. They will even respond to my review pretending to care but they don't. You've been warned
Order rims for my atc.after a cpl weeks waiting I get the front one then after verifying my order via phone they tell me the rears are on back order.that wasn't what they said when I ordered.finally got rears and took all rims off bike and opened new ones and the front is wrong size.another few weeks now w out bike thanks to them sending wrong one.Will Not order from these clowns again!
Hi Chad, I can definitely understand the frustration of a back order! When we order a part (in your case rims) The manufacturer gives us the ETA to our warehouse that we provide to you. Sometimes due to delays these ETA's can get pushed. If you'd like, Please give a gearhead a call or chat on the website and we can take a closer look for you!
Ordered 2 AGV levers. One came in I put it on, second came in 2 weeks later as I put it on I realized it was 2 different shades of blue. I asked to return the one so they could send a different one that matched and they said "sorry no returns on used items" well if you didn't mess up and send the wrong color then wouldn't be an issue but now it's my fault and they had zero help for me. Never buying for them. Always go to Revzilla instead, muchhhhh better then these pos.

I placed an order with MotoSport.com about 4 weeks ago for Bonamici Chain Adjusters. I received a prompt Email stating they were back-ordered. No big deal. I received my order approximately 3 weeks later and upon inspection, one of the chain adjusters looked double stamped at the adjustment alignment notch and somewhat crooked. I immediately notified MotoSport and did not get a response for a day or two. I sent a second Email, and still no response. I then contacted Paypal to get them in the loop. I gave three more days and still no response. So I filed my claim with Paypal. I also posted my review on their website which said it was "read by staff but did not follow their guidelines"; like what, I gave them 1-Star and spoke the absolute truth on the situation? You can respond that you removed my review, but you WONT respond when I expect a replacement or refund? Bottom line is, they seem shady, can't get a hold of when necessary, and I am thinking the parts were not authentic but Chinese knockoffs. Otherwise, stand by your products that are not as described or arrived slipping through Quality Assurance. The description says "precision adjustments" not "Close to" or "Good enough." And crooked adjustments are not going on my motorcycle.

Wanted to order a front and rear michelin bib mousse. I normally order M16 front and M14 rear but motosport list by tire size so I emailed them a question about michelin bib mousse sizes. Got a response from a "gearhead". I'll just say the gearhead is clueless.

I just got my Dirt bike all stripped down Feb 22 and ready to put parts on it so I can start riding with my buddies again. That night I ordered parts from motorsport on Feb 23. I get an email that says it should be delivered at my house in 3 days. But then when those 3 days role around, my package is still not delivered. I got an email from motorsport that said delayed and should come in the next day, then it was delayed again, and again, and again. Then on March 6th I get an email that my package has been refund but I never refunded it. I reorder the package from motorsport again because I need it on a deadline and every other place doesn't have it. And again, it kept saying delayed and delayed. Then I order some other parts I needed from RockyMountainAtv and It got to my house in literally 2 days on March 14th prior from ordering it. I am still currently waiting for multiple packages from Motosport that I've been waiting for, for almost a month. I would not order from Motosport again. Tracking number: C*******6387

Get a e mail from them order now delivered before christmas.check the site. Ordered three items. Youth goggles and two pair of gloves.all in stock. Couple hours later received the email your items are ready to ship. Great.two days later the day they are supposed to be delivered I get another email saying your order has shipped scheduled to arrive on December 28th what a rip off. My poor grandchildren. They should eat them for false advertisements I'll never buy from them again.

I ordered three alpine star shirts for christmas for my son. Too good to be true. Even though they said they were in stock they all of a sudden were unavailable with no ship date. I called to cancel the order, and they said they did. When I log in my paypal account over a week later, the money is still tied up and the order is marked as pending. I called Motosports customer support and they won't cancel with paypal and it's already cancelled in their system. Well that is great, but my paypal still says it's pending over a week after I called. Customer service rep couldn't have been ruder. Note to self cross them off my list of stores to shop from.

Unfortunately PayPal quotes 30 business days for voids to take place. It doesn't always take that long and we attempt to speed up the process the best we can. If you are still seeing that PayPal invoice tied up, Please give us a call or chat on the website and we will be happy to make this right for you!. We can provide screenshots of the voided transaction to provide PayPal in hopes they can speed up the void process.
Sent me tubes that did not fit my bike per their website. Charged me $15 to ship back for a refund. Never again.

I ordered a slip on exhaust for $414 but was charged double $828 and the same for an eliminator kit $72 twice. I had to contact customer service both times they voided the double charge, told me the first charge for both orders were for pre- authorization to confirm the money was in my account. Seems very sketchy to me, will never order from there again!

BUYERS BEWARE! I ordered these parts for my helmet thinking that if I payed for the 3 day shipping that I would have it by Monday but nope! I was misinformed and cheated out of almost $14 they totally bamboozled me! I had a different company that said I would have it by Sunday 9/4/22 but more expensive for the part and the shipping it was around the same $14 but I find it cheaper through motosport and get screwed right away I emailed qnd didn't get a answer until today 9/5/22 how convenient right? I'll never order from here ever again

Dec. 2021 I ordered a tire, still hadnt received it in march, contacted them about it and was told it was lost and would be reshipped. 2 months later it still hadnt shown up so I contacted them again, was told it was lost again, and they said it was out of stock and I was promised a refund. Now its 2 months after the refund was promised, I still haven't been refunded and they wont respond to my emails. Wasted 5 months and over $100 for something I never received.
Hi Anthony, I took a look at the order number and interactions you provided and here's what I could find. It looks like you placed your initial order on 12/22. We got your package out the same day via UPS on 12/22. We sent you an email with the tracking number also! On 4/11 you called us stating the package hadn't arrived. We went ahead and got a replacement going for you that day, This tire went ahead and shipped UPS to the address you provided on 4/12. We sent another email with updated tracking! This one unfortunately got lost by the carrier. On 5/13 we issued a refund to your original payment method due to this tire being lost by the carrier. If you still haven't seen your refund. I ordered a jersey for my nephew on July 1 and paid extra to receive it on a few days in order to have it for his birthday. I got an email the next day saying it was shipped. On the 4th I received another email saying it had 'just shipped', and had not been picked up by a carrier. After almost two weeks of it saying it had just shipped but hadn't been picked up I emailed customer service for clarification if it had in fact been shipped or to be refunded to be a me to purchase from somewhere else. I never received a response from them. I finally received the jersey in the mail today. I understand the mail can be rather slow these days and I'm more than happy to be patient, but the lack of communication and customer service will keep me from ordering from this company again.

Every order i placed with motosport got screwed up, from inaccurate availability, to incomplete orders, to orders missing hardware & items. Customer support never once responded back to me about any of these issues, and moderated every review i left for products i received that were miss-shipped, missing entirely, or inaccurately listed as compatible for my bike. I strongly urge potential customers to look elsewhere for their motorcycle needs

I have spent thousands across multiple orders with motosport. Everything always arrives just the way it should be. Had I ordered the wrong part they would send me the right one with fast shipping. If I've ever had an issue with a part they're happy to swap out or send out a new one. I've never gotten better customer service elsewhere and they will continue to have my business as well as those I recommend to them.

This company does everything exceptionally well. Great selection of products, great prices, great shipping - all the good core elements. PLUS, any time I have a question or concern and speak with a representative, I have a great experience. They are polite, friendly, helpful and understanding. They always go the extra mile (or extra lap ;) to help me get a resolution. I'm now a satisfied and dedicated customer. Great job at Motosport.
Answer: Fairly easy but don't expect any actual service. The customer's always wrong in their eyes, as far as I can tell.
Answer: Depends on your point of view. They exist, and send out product, but do not use them if you want your parts within a month - seriously ghetto shipping, and garbage customer service.
Answer: They suck. Avoid at all costs. The too-good-to-be-true prices are not worth the wait for your items, and/or the customer-is-always-wrong brand of service.
