The down fall when living in Canada is the shipping price.

My son is going to love ALL the items I've purchased from motocross giant. Can't wait to see him open them on Christmas. Easy to work with, even when the first set of gear was out of stock they quickly called to let me know. Was able to find something else while on the phone and his personalized gear arrived soon after. Will be back to shop again!
I forgot about Rocky Mountain ATV I ordered a bed set for my son a good 10 years ago, which is still going strong. This Christmas my son requested a fox racing helmet. In comparing and looking around RMA had the best selection and price. To top it off real people called when they had a question.

They sent me wrong part. Shipping was almost $80 for a $ 20 part and now I'm stuck with the wrong part. It is to expensive to send back. They showed picture of one product and sent me the wrong part. Over $100 in the garbage. That's how my experience went with them.
I had an issue with the package shipment, but all the people from the Customer Support Team helped me to solve the issue and I get the package as expected.

Answer: Via mail by no means! Two times I've send a mail to them, two times no reply. Very unusual for a retail company in the USA!
