Ordered goggles on November 26. The money has been taken out of my account but I have yet to receive the merchandise.

I placed an order on 11/27, it said it would arrive on 12/4, and I still haven't received it. No new updates with the tracking number or anything.

All products came as described and in perfect condition. Shipping could of been a little quicker since it was in the same state.

Great product. I recomend Thor Ratchet Boots (among other products) to anyone using a four-wheeler on the farm while chasing cattle.

Experience was fine. Was just a little disappointed in how long it took for shipping a sweatshirt.

It took awhile but once we got the stuuff it was very good quality and we were quite impressed with it all unfortunately it was the boots and pants were both a size too small.

I enjoyed my last pair of Thor riding pants. I ride mountain trails in Southern Idaho and the brush and spills finally took its toll. I searched for a new pair and your service has been excellent. Thanks, Terry Butler

I have no complaints what so ever. The website was very user friendly. When I received my purchase it was a quality product which we are giving to our grandson for Christmas.

The ordering was a easy process. The only thing that bummed me out was it is going to take a week and a half to receive a package of just jersey and pants.

The first experience with MotocrossGiant already was a year ago. The prices many very much suit me. Existence of goods can't but also please. But the most important is the individual approach and a good attitude. That many operators I know such feeling personally, and always quite their professional approach to business.

Items great but response to question very vague and took a long time to reply, and did not get free shipping like they advertised!
Ended up spending $1500 on gear and then got taxed when got here

I bought a mx pants and gloves and reqeusted that my parcel would be marked as a gift, it wasnt marked as a gift and I had to pay double the import tax than what I would of paid.

Very dissapointed that a simple reqeust couldnt be preformed
