Belle and Howell it is such a piece of junk it doesn't work the pen is dry it is a lot of little stupid pieces that do nothing you can actually probably try to bend it with your hand the whistle doesn't work it is garbage! On top of that they know it so there are no returns

In the store you can buy goods for all occasions. I bought different things, but the product did not always correspond to the image of the product and the expected characteristics. But I am sure that in the future there will be a desire to visit this store and buy the product that will be available, which you will not find in other stores.

West Bend Stir Crazy--Quick customer service
April 8, 2022

Purchased a west bend stir crazy. Delivery was great but when opened up the package, the non-stick coating had a tiny scratch--this was from the factory. I contacted Morningsave and they responded same day, within hours. Sent them some pics and Morninsave will be sending out replacement. That was quick after sales service. Can't fulfill order

Ordered sheets 12 days ago and just received email that they are cancelling my order. Why does it take 12 days to know that and possibly another 10 days to get a refund credited to my charge card.

I would never recommend buying from this co. I ordered a tennis bracelet that is junk! Trying to return is like pulling teeth. Ive inquired many times for an address so I can return the bracelet all I get is questions, what's the order # there was none, my address which of course I sent with my first complaint, they want a pic of bracelet which I have done twice. They obviously do not want to refund my money. Don't trust!

I recently purchased 3 of the same product, and unfortunately one of them didn't work. When I reached out for help, Jayme (Mercatalyst), a customer service agent, replied almost immediately to my concern with a great suggestion and complete understanding. I was ultimately refunded for the product that didn't work, and I was treated like a 5- star customer! THANK YOU Jayme and all the others at this company who are dedicated to exemplary service! I highly recommend morningsave for great deals- and, more importantly, incredible and quick resolutions with customer service!

I ordered a bracelet from this company. It was to be delivered between Dec 6th and Dec 10th. It is Dec 13th, and no bracelet. They do not have a phone number for customer service. I am waiting for a reply to my email. Their order "tracker" only tells you the progress of your order. There is no tracking number and I have no idea what delivery service is being used. Every time I check on my order online, it says it has been shipped. That was last week. I do not recommend this company.

Make sure you read five print you'll be charged 4.99 a month for membership. I would not ever do business with them.

The option to choose the membership is presented during checkout. You can select either the membership or pay the flat rate shipping fee. Neither is preselected, so you have to choose to join.

I had a product (JBL headphones) quit working after 60 days. I sent an email to MorningSave, and Jackie responded immediately. She was polite, very helpful and resolved the issue. I have purchased a couple of items from MorningSave and have been very happy with the results. I will definitely continue to buy from them.

When receiving my order of what was to be 3 pair of earrings, I realized only 2 pair were sent. When sending an email about the ordeal, the customer service rep. Responded so very quickly! Once I sent a picture of what I'd received per his request, another quick response was received! The issue has been addressed and has actually made my day! Thanks for hiring the best people to work for your organization! Great customer service means so much! I'm happy with what I've experienced thus far! Thanks again!

Very good deal site

I have purchased multiple things from morningsave and its sister sites, meh.com and mediocritee.com, and have always been very pleased with the results, even when fedex scuffed the delivery new replacements were sent to me with no hassle whatsoever.

I ordered something from morningSave but never received it. It was sent to an address that does not exist. I emailed them and at first they were responsive until I asked for either a refund or the merchandise be sent to me. At that point they completely stopped replying to me. VERY disappointed!

I frequently buy top merchandise from MorningSave at steeply discounted prices. They keep me informed about new products. The website is easy to navigate. They promptly ship the order.
I recently experienced a problem where a Phillips electric toothbrush was delivered by UPS but claimed to have not been received by my apartment building manager. After a few emails back and forth with MorningSave, they promptly credited my credit card for the purchase price. They are efficient and honest.

Great customer service

I ordered a set of sheets that were supposed to come with 4 pillow cases. The package arrived quickly but only had 2 pillow cases in it. I submitted a complaint to Customer Service and got a response the same day. Their representative was very helpful and gave me a couple of options to correct the issue. I love the great deals that I've gotten with MorningSave, and knowing that they have terrific customer service makes dealing with them even better!
