I ordered an item from watching the Kelly Clarkson show and paid for enhanced shipping. As of today two weeks later it has not shipped. Jordan worked with me first by giving a refund on the shipping and today assisting in cancelling as the item will not be here in time for its purpose.
I have had some issues with products I have purchased from Morning Save over the last 4 or 5 years and each time I have contacted customer service they have managed to surprise me with their quick response and satisfying results. My latest issue wasn't really a problem, but a question of saving some money. I had made a purchase on Dec 23 and on Black Friday it was put on sale for $30 less than I had paid for it. I checked on the status of my purchase and it was still being processed, so I asked since it had not been shipped yet could they give it to me for the Black Friday price. I was told unfortunately after the sale is made they can't adjust the price, but that they were able to apply a $30 coupon to my order that made the price equal to the Black Friday sale price. Not everyone tries so hard to keep their customers happy.

I ordered the wrong size, & all of my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Morning save currently does not offer exchanges, however the return/refund process was clearly explained by email. In addition I was informed my checking account would be credited before the warehouse received the merchandise. How amazing is that? If you have any reservations about ordering from Morning save, rest assured, you will be in good hands with their customer service team.

I sent an email to Morning Save due to a product I purchased that needs assembly, but there were no directions included. Lilith is the customer service rep who was assigned my inquiry. From the first time she responded, I felt assured that we would get to the bottom of this. We have emailed back and forth 3 or 4 times; when it appeared that directions could not be found, Lilith issued a refund for the purchased product. I consider that "Above and Beyond" and I sincerely appreciate being treated so respectfully. Lilith is a good representation of your company. Kudos to her.
Never saw anything on the website indicating you are stuck with the purchase if it arrives and you don't like it. No returns for "change of mind." Purchased the MKF collection purse. Have never seen anything so cheap looking and cheaply made. Will never use them again and since I'm unable to return the bag, it's going in the trash. I wouldn't dare give this as a give to anyone.
The item I purchased did not work out the way it was supposed to so I returned it and got GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

You cannot beat this company's customer service. It has to be the best around. They are willing to help however they can!. They take care of any issue you have and usually the same day. Would highly recommend and prices are pretty good too!
When my local Post Office took it upon itself to refuse two of my purchase and return them to Morning Save, Ashley, the Customer Service Representative there provided me with all info necessary to file a report. "Above and beyond" is what I say!

I purchased a product that had a parts failure within 60 days of purchase. The company would do nothing said the part that failed was not guaranteed by the warranty. I was beyond upset. I contacted Morning Save and Will went to work to solve the problem. I cannot say enough good things about how happy I am that they are trustworthy and value their customers satisfaction. I will not hesitate to purchase any items I need from their site. Highly recommend.

I've been shopping with them for about 3 years. Excellent products and usually if there's a problem they either refund or send a new product. I'm absolutely delighted with this website.

I've ordered a number of items from MorningSave and I'm delighted with their products. On one occasion an item I received was defective and they immediately addressed my concerns and processed a refund. They are timely and professional. I'm now ordering Christmas presents from them for family!

I ordered a couple of black solar lanterns last week and when they arrived one had a crack in the top. I reached out to the company with a photo and they gave me a full refund. I wasn't even asked to return the items. Will buy again with this kind of customer service!

I received a product called mirror cam and set it up in my car. The thing worked for 15 minutes and then stopped working so I tried to reach tech support because MorningSave has no telephone number to call. They texted back 3 times they would call me about it but never did. They only give you a 21 day window to return the items. If this is how they do business I will never buy another thing from them. So far it's been 3 weeks and no one's called me or texted me back. I guess I'm stuck with a defective mirror cam.
Good assortment of goods. This is the second time I've ordered. They assemble the parcel quickly and send it quickly.

We purchased a Nurxiovo Stand mixer, two months later started to have issues with not reaching bottom of bowl and not start up. Morning Save refused to help at all even enough to provide company contacts, which are not available on Internet.
Placed an order May 14th received in May 23rd and it was damaged. Tried to contact morningsave by phone to no avail, tried to contact them by email and I got morningsave currently cannot handle the request or when I tried to get a rma number the site just goes to a page that states page isnt working right now. This is a complete joke and it is purposely done to the customer so they do not have to deal with damaged product. They are surely quick to take your money! Never again

I had accidentally clicked on a wrong button when ordering and had a billing issue that I needed resolved. I send a request into customer service and the next day received an email in response to my request. Kevin, helped resolve my issue and went above and beyond. He always responded to my emails quickly and was kind and professional. This company has A+ Customer Service, something that is rare in the world today.
