Let me make this short, had a problem with my order, it was my fault and ask for a manager, Chad was awesome. Never argued with me but in a nice way showed me the whole picture and did a great job making me fell better. I did cancel my membership after dealing with a great customer service manager Chad I will renew my membership again. Chad you definitely shown my Morning Save has a great leadership team. I loved my Nicole Miller puffy coat, but the zipper broke right away. I notified morningsave.com and they very helpfully issued a complete refund right away. (I have not seen this refund quite yet, but am confident they did, indeed, issue it promptly).

I first learned of MorningSave watching a Talk Show...never tried to order anything just checked it out...but finally I saw something I've seen in many stores but didn't want pay the prices placed on same product so expensive. Then I finally saw it very recently & couldn't believe how much! Definitely hurried & placed my order, just wish I ordered 2...hopefully it will offered again...MorningSave is the perfect name.BTW I ordered the MaxKare Shiatsu Shoulder Massager with Kneading & Heat...it is wonderful...love the loops for placing your wrist in and it is so great on my pain in my due a nerve pain but it has already help decrease that pain...plus it's saving me from going to therapy to pay a high copay for the same form of massage. My doctor approved this too.
I recommend both this product and MorningSave for GREAT FABULOUS DEALS!

My clippers stopped holding their charge and I reached out to the brands' customer service who then told me to reach out to MorningSave. Since, MorningSave was unable to send me a replacement or fix the clippers they issued me a refund.

My husband ordered this for me for Christmas. I can't use it because it has no cord.
He also bought a multi purpose phone charger that did not work.
I won't order from them again.

I received a text message from my daughter saying that she was going to be getting an exploratory surgery done on her colon. So I removed the Puck Bluetooth Speaker from the box, & connected it to my cell phone because I was getting ready to take a shower. That way I would not miss the phone call from my daughter that I was expecting. Needles to say I didn't get a phone call from her. But when I checked my phone it was showing a missed call from my daughter. This Puck Bluetooth speaker didn't even make a sound when she called me, & it prevented my phone from ringing.
Ashley W., is a great employee working with the Morning Save crew. She's very professional, polite, caring, considerate, & understanding. I'm happy that I'm a Morning Save customer. She refunded the money that I spent on the Puck Bluetooth Speaker without any problem.

All my packages I have received from MorningSave are all crushed. They do not put your items in another box; they just place the item in a shippng bag that is not insulated or padded either. Prices are great, but if giving an item as a gift, I wouldn't recommend buying from MorningSave.

Anytime when you have to pay for returns. That's a company you don't do business with ever. Fake Want Be Amazon. So damn painful I would not recommend this massager.
