There was a defect with a product i received and i'm almost positive it came from our postal service and i reached out to morningsave for a replacement or refund and i was suprised how quickly they got back to me, within hours i received my refund and also got a follwup to make sure i was happy! What great customer service! Thank you morningsave‼

The product arrived on time, and the packaging was good. Unfortunately, the product did not work. I reached out to customer service and received a prompt response. They refunded my purchase price. Disappointed that the product didn't work, but I couldn't ask for better customer service. She was wonderful.

I love morningsave.com and sidedeal.com... I often tell all my family and friends about these sites because of all the super good deals that I got off of these sites :) You get free shipping and handling on all your purchases for a very small monthly fee! Having ordered a vacuum that wasn't right for us, I got in touch with customer service and returned my vacuum.
Unfortunately, it was at my expense and I had to pay over $40 which was almost 50% of the vacuum price.
That was the only downfall.
They were very timely in crediting back my money to my account.

I had an issue with the Chrono Max Watch. It did not work well. I requested a refund and Sean was able to process it for me. The watch did not load the desired settings and the stopwatch would reset in the middle of the workout.

I purchased a Traklife vacuum from Morning Save and found it was not compatible with my android phone. Brandon in customer service helped me with all the steps of the return, sending me a prepaid FedEx label and a YouTube video to help me rebox the vacuum. There was no way I was going to repack that box on my own. Thank you Brandon. I have confidence in Morning Save and will purchase from them again in the future.

I received the wrong watch and Sean responded immediately to my complaint. He gathered all of the information, including a photo of the watch I actually received, and he immediately processed another order for the replacement (no charge).

I have been shopping on MorningSave since the pandemic, Everything I have purchased has been great quality packaging everything arrives safe.
I have never had to return anything until last week, And what an easy experience, I sent an email the product was defective. They said I did not need to send it back and I got my refund the next day! I have referred so many people I have bought everything from blow dryer, vacuum cleaners and jewelry everything has been great quality!

I was very upset when I received my adjustable firmness pillows, I reached out and spoke with Caitlin (Mercatalyst) and she walked me through different steps to try and keep me happy with the pillows. She was quick in responding to emails. But sadly it didn't fix the issue. I sent pictures and to keep me happy she surprised me with a refund.
