I placed an order and mistakenly listed an incorrect address for shipping. When I received my tracking that the package was delivered, I realized that the incorrect (non-existing) address showed. I contacted the shipper and got a very quick response to check with the delivery company, who then referred me back to the shipper. I emailed Ashley W who quickly responded and took care of getting me a refund and immediately received credit on my account. Thanks for excellent customer service and the quick response!

Purchased vacuum cleaner (shark)
Vacuum quit working within 6 weeks. Going off and on repeatedly.I registered for the "warranty". I called shark, they ran me thru attempts at finding problem, when that didn't work, they told me the warranty was only for the "dustcup"? Really? Also said I didn't buy vacuum from them, and had to deal with morning save.
Was told by morning save I needed to purchase a box to ship back. Not sur why that expense should be mine? This is my first experience with morning save, and it will be my last. Also disappointed with SHARK, who knew the warranty is limited, and the store selling was responsible problems. Why register a product with them?

I looked into your case. It appears we refunded the damaged hose, and then offered a pre-paid label to return the vacuum. Unfortunately, we aren't able to pay for a new shipping box.
I ordered a green colored bag and got the order in a bright orange area when I sent a picture and complained, they refunded me the money and didn't make me return the orange one. Thanks

I placed a second order for the 2 pack iDeaplay power pack charger on June 28th, 2023 at 10:32 AM ET. I have not received this order as of July 10th, 2023. I am disappointed because there isn't a live person to speak to regarding this order. I had previously place an order for the same item and that order came as planned. Now that I have places a 2nd order it has NOT been delivered as of this post. As, I logged into my MoringSave account to try to see how I could reach a person, I was directed to send an email. At, that point I have emailed MorningSave 5 times. In one of the emails they state that they cannot refund me until I receive this product. However, I have NOT received it in order to return it for my refund. I stated this in the last 2 emails, however, this company has not refunded me $16.44 plus & 8.99 shipping. Although, this may not be a lot of money, it's disappointing that this company will not refund my money. I don't recommend this company because they do not stand by the customer. I won't order from here again.!

SLOW TO RESPOND TO REQUEST FOR REFUND. THEY SENT ME 3 KANGAROO CAMERAS INSTEAD OF 2 AND CHARGED ME SHIPPING AND HANDLING FOR 3. WHEN I FINALLY REC'D A RESPONSE, IT WAS AS IF THEY HAD NOT READ MY EMAIL OR READ ABOUT THE SPECIAL THEY OFFERED ON MY ORDER. You placed 2 orders for that camera. The first order was for 1 unit and the second was for 2. You were only charged shipping on the first order.
We advised you to refuse delivery of the extra order so we could refund the one you didn't want, but it looks like you didn't do that. At this point, you'll need to ship back the 3rd unit so we can refund it.

There was a defect with a product i received and i'm almost positive it came from our postal service and i reached out to morningsave for a replacement or refund and i was suprised how quickly they got back to me, within hours i received my refund and also got a follwup to make sure i was happy!
