Order a second set of earbuds the first purchase was in April I received them with no problem so I decide to order a second set for my granddaughter in July and I get a email stating that it had been delivery. I never received them. I ask them to track down my purchase. And all I get is I received my first purchase in April. I will NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. AND WILL MAKE A COMPLAINT TO THE BBB.

I had a problem with the item I ordered. I received a quick response and was kind to listen to my problem and resolved it with no further questions

My order vanished after shipment, but I was credited my money back.

Had an issue with my order that came in damaged which I am sure was due to courier handling after it was shipped. I sent an email to Customer Service and the next day I got a reply from someone named Jackie who apologized for what happened and will send me a replacement at no charge. Thank you Jackie for your prompt reply and immediate action to replace my damaged order.

I have been a member for a few months and have bought many products and haven't had any that weren't just great, love me some morning save!

First, my order arrived earlier than I expected. Had a issue with my order, contacted customer service and the issue was resolved in 2 days. Best customer service ever!

Delivery leaves something to be desired, the product went from Texas to Georgia to North Carolina to Alabama to Tennessee. Looks like it had about four chances to drop off at my house. Customer service is awesome, refunding my delivery fee. It's all good.

Keep up the good work with your customers service and it will bring you a long way. You will continue to have a successful business. Customers service after a sale is the most important thing to me. That's how you keep your customers and continue to grow. Thanks

I appreciate how Taylor handled my issue with my two orders after sending a picture of the problem and the timely manner the issue was handled.

Jackie responded quickly when I said i needed to speak to someone about my two recent purchases that I wasn't satisfied with. This was the first time i purchased from this company and 2 out of 3 items i was not happy with. I just received my third item and was going to return it without trying it but now since I know there are people behind the scene to handle the concerns of the customer.

The reply to my issue came from Taylor within a couple of days. Taylor wrote 'I can help you with that' and boom - issue resolved toy satisfaction. Thank you!

I always received my products in a timely manner and no damage. I have been shoppingng with them for years.

BEWARE! I found this diffuser to be nothing but a Mist machine. Even after running for many hours oils that are provided are very weak in aroma. Definitely not worth it. I suggest you buy a good scented soy candle and a candle warmer if you're actually looking for aromatherapy. I would love to return it, but according to their return guidelines I doubt they will refund my money but it certainly doesn't work as advertised.
