Kudos to Kevin

I had a problem receiving my order for a bug zapper. Kevin was so helpful, and professional! Without question, he shipped a replacement order. 2 days before receiving the replacement, the original order came! I advised Kevin I would like to keep them both. The whole fiasco ended to my complete satisfaction! In my opinion, Kevin is a "Super Star"! I will be ordering again in the future!

Chandler did a great job
September 1, 2020

I purchased two sets of Airbuds earbuds for use with my iphone. I'd run into difficulty with one set and contacted the manufacturer. We didn't get the problem resolved so I contacted MorningSave support to report the problem. I problem got picked up by Chandler and he contacted me very quickly. Based on my email, Chandler processed a refund for the defective Airbuds. I could not have asked for any better customer service. 5 stars to MorningSave and Chandler.

A defective item.

I was sent a defective item. I sent an email 2 days later. Morningstar responded that I needed to send a picture of the problem. I easily sent a picture. And shortly thereafter, I was given a refund. I'm very satisfied with the response. Thank you!

Friendly, and helpful

I've had a few purchases from Morningsave and have been very satisfied with their business. My last order was face shields, 2 out of 10 shields were folded during packaging and were not usable. I contacted customer services and they replied quickly and credited my account for the two defective shields.

Lost in translation.

My request was quickly answered, I just didn't get it. Subsequent request did make it via email and then updated via support online tickets. Problem was addressed and hopefully my item doesn't get lost in the mail again. Thank you.

I had an issue with a product I purchased. I logged into the site and asked for assistance thinking it would be several days for support to get back to me. I had an email back in my in box within 10 minutes from Megan (Mercatylast) letting me know she got my email and had issued a credit. THANK YOU MEGAN for excellent customer service! I order Solar Garden Lights, when delivered the package was damaged and 2 of the items were missing. I emailed Morningsave and Taylor was the representative that assigned to my concerns. Taylor was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable on how to address my complaints. Taylor displayed great customer service which in my opinion is a lost art. Thank you Taylor, thank you Morningside.
