The ring is just perfect, it is so beautiful and so comfortable to wear. I completely forget I am wearing it because it's so light. The stones are very pretty and reflective. Couldn't be happier, I want them all now!
The earrings are made from hypoallergenic and nickel-free materials, which is essential for my child's sensitive ears. She has been wearing them daily without any discomfort or irritation. We chose the 10kt Solid Yellow Gold, and they look stunning! The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the earrings have a secure fit, so I don't worry about them falling off. It's a scam.
They do not follow their return policy. The quality is horrible, far from what you see online. Absolutely cheap.
Worst customer service you can deal with.
Totally non professional.
The day I received the item I requested to return it and it has been days, they keep asking for nonsense videos several times of the item.
They just steal your money.

DO NOT GET SCAMMED BY MOON MAGIC LIKE I WAS. I ordered their myth necklace for $180, it was advertised as a beautiful opaque, iridescent rainbow moonstone. I received a cheap knock off of what was advertised. The stone was scratched all over the surface and completely transparent, you can see the mounting bracket right though the stone. Customer service was horrible. They tried to convince me the necklace was fine and it took over a week to even get them to send me the return adress so I could get a refund. After that it took them 2 weeks to even verify they received my return and I still haven't received my refund almost a month after I ordered it. Please don't get scammed like I did. I wish I would have read everyone else's horrible reviews before I purchased from them. They don't allow negative reviews on their website so it appeared safe but it's an absolute scam. They don't send jewelry that looks anything like what they advertise.

I am a returning customer and I have been shopping with Moon Magic for years. It's the shop where I always buy gifts for my friends and family. Not sure why others are not satisfied but owning lots of jewelry from them, I am super satisfied with the quality. I guess you should always know how to treat your jewelry depending on the material and I personally mostly prefer sterling silver. Definitely one of my favorite online shops!

I purchased the "Crush on You Ruby & Garnet" ring for my girlfriend as a Christmas present back in December of 2023. After just 4 months of being worn every now and again, a stone fell out. Support is unwilling to do anything about this and they label it "normal wear and tear." That is such a gross understatement. The ring is hardly functional anymore, it's an eyesore. Normal wear and tear would be a scuff or scratch. This ring was handled with the utmost of care and was never even worn under running water when washing hands. I could get a higher quality ring from Pandora for a fraction of the price. What a joke. For the price of this ring, I expected much much more than what we got.

I bought a ring from them for my wife.after 10 months it blackened and a stone setting broke.their reply was that it is not their problem and that I should go to the jeweler to repair it.I can prove it with pictures.I do not recommend it.

Bought a lovely moonstone adjustable ring in December from Moon Magic and after less than a month the gems were dull, but what upset me was after wearing it for about 6-8 weeks total the ring completely snapped in half. They called this normal wear and tear when I reached out as well. I appreciate the customer service but the rings are cheaply made and way overpriced.

Moon magic is a scam
Moon magic is a scam. Bought a necklace ring and earrings about a month ago They refused to send me my order and are now ignoring my request for a refund.
Do not spend your money here they will SCAM you.
Here is the newest update. It has now been two months. I've received no product and no refund. As a matter of fact they are only willing to refund 10% of my money. So theyve sent me no product and are now going to keep 90% of my money.

2 weeks ago I placed my order. The company took my money and gave me a delivery date just like normal. Two days before my order was supposed to arrive I get an email saying before my order will be shipped they need a picture of my Identification and debit cardto verify my purchase... But they've already taken my money. Shouldn't verification take place before you charge my card? So this company has my money and is now refusing to send me the product I PAID for.
I've emailed several times and have been getting no response... They still have my money.
My experience with moon magic thus far is nothing short of infuriating.
Jewelry not like the pictures on their website. Terrible quality. I've been scammed. Do not buy from this company!

If your piece does leave a surface mark on your skin, it can easily be washed off with warm water and soap, while any blackening of the piece can be quickly removed with the polishing cloth that we sent with our deliveries.

They did not refund me the correct amount and took shipping and taxes approx £40 as I returned the item.

I bought a ring and the first time I got a bit of water on it, it changed to a terrible color. I tried reaching out to them and they completely ignored me. They even removed their phone number to avoid phone calls. I wasted several hundred dollars on a piece of crap. I attached pics of the ring before and after. Beware! Of Moon Magic.

I tried submitting a disappointing review for what was a disappointing product- they did not allow this negative review to be shown on their site. That really should tell you all you need to know about the kind of experience you'll have with this vendor. I'd highly recommend you look elsewhere for jewelry.

Ring broke after 3 months: metal parts that hold gemstone kept opening for a while and eventually they broke causing gemstone to fall out. I wanted to return this ring and get new one because it was not my fault that ring broke, but administration told, that they don't do returns :) not recommend, awful comunication and very pour quality. Shame.

I purchased their Moonstone ring June 2022. Immediately noticed the stone setting was off and poorly secured when I received it. Contacted Moon Magic for an exchange. They suggested I pay to ship the ring back to them, despite the fact that the reason for my exchange request was due to their manufacturing defect, and despite my having already paid shipping costs for the original (defective) ring. I chose not to incur the additional shipping costs (from Canada to USA), and had to keep the defective ring.
In July 2022, I wrote a review on their website expressing my dissatisfaction with their product and service. They did not post the review.
NOTE: Do not trust the reviews on their website; they solicit and post only favourable reviews.
Despite very minimal use, last month the stone fell out of the ring. Contacted Moon Magic again. They stated that their warranty "does not cover stone loss" despite the obvious manufacturing defect that caused the stone loss.

I had a stone fall out 6 weeks after purchase. I'm very careful with rings that aren't of great quality, but this one is horrible. We all remember Claire's cheap child jewelry… well this isn't far from that. For the price I also expected customer service to help, nope only within 30 days. Not even they think they jewelry will last that long. Search lab created jewels on any reputable jewelers site (helzberg, Jared) and you will find good quality for a low cost.

My husband purchased the Harlow ring for my birthday in December. Purchased a jacket for my wedding ring and the engagement ring now looks absolutely terrible. Yellow cloudy stones. Embarrassing when people ask to see my rings as I've only just got married. I always take super good care and never wear my rings for cleaning, showering or anything like that.
Messaged to store and they basically said I have don't something to it and you can't wear the ring for even brushing your hair as it can make the stones turn.
Offered me 20% discount for 24 hours only. I wouldn't purchase another dud ring!
Left with a yellow looking engagement ring... know jt won't be long until the jacket goes the same way and the silver is all rubbing off the bottom of the rings too!
Avoid at ALL costs!

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
