I purchased a moon stone ring in silver and it's beautiful! The company shipped quickly and the ring is beautiful! I'll be purchasing from them again.
I picked out a 3 ring set for my wife and it was even more beautiful in person. After about a week, 1 of the rings had a gem come loose and out it came. The customer service was leaps and bounds ahead of what I thought would be the best outcome. A replacement arrived within a couple of days with a personal letter of apology and discounts on more cool jewelry in the future. Great products, creative designs, and people that actually listen and care.

I ordered a ring from MoonMagic that ended up being too big. I contacted customer service to exchange it for a smaller size. I did have to post the first one back to the US (didn't realised even though tried to do research first, that they are based in US) and then the replacement ring was arranged. I had to pay for the postage to send first one back and had to pay duty/customs for new one (this was covered on original purchase).

Saw the jewelry on my colleague and was honestly impressed with the gemstone shimmer. Didn't know anything about gems before I found you guys but fell for the look and the meaning of them stones.
