It's not hyperbole when I say that the Monoprice Tech Team members are right there with timely and practical solutions, within two business days. I own a Select Mini 3D printer, and, being a neophyte in the world of 3D printer, I encountered several SD Micro card issues and printing challenges. I've been buying from Monoprice for more than a dozen years. They have expanded their product range exponentially in that time. I can't vouch for every category, but I can say they have always stood behind what I've purchased. A few exchanges and replacements for the odd DOA widget over the years and they have been generous every time. This the by far the best company I have dealt wit. I notified them of problems I was having and they advised how to try and fix it myself. When that didn't work they sent me return labels so they could repair at the factory or replace if necessary. Namaste

I ordered a decent sized order that I needed by the middle of November and when I received incorrect/missing items, the folks at Monoprice were so quick to remedy this for me and were so very kind in making sure I got everything I needed in time for my event. They even let me keep the wrong items I received rather than ship them back! I will only use Monoprice!

Monoprice used to be a great resource for cables, adapters, and other sundry electronic items. Ever since they were acquired by some corporation their prices have gone up and their quality has gone down. Look elsewhere for you electronics needs.

I'm surprised at all the negative reviews. I purchased something 2 months ago at an extremely low price and it didn't work quite right. I just got around to letting them know, not expecting any action after so much time. Surprisingly, within just a few days I got a response. They are replacing the item. I can't complain.

The items I ordered stated they would ship next day and would be received within 2-3 days. I had to call on the day it was supposed to be delivered because I did not have tracking. After calling I received an email that the items were shipping. Poor service and misleading shipping times.

Their policy is to wait 3-6 days to issue you a refund. That is too long in my opinion. Been over two weeks and have not gotten my package. Escalated my issue on paypal to try to get a speedier refund

If you have a problem with what you purchased forget getting help. They do not respond to emails at all and if you call they tell you they are a 3rd party seller and you must contact the manufacturer. Will never buy from them again!

I purchased a Chromebook from this company as a Christmas gift in December 2017. 5 months later, the screen stopped working. I contacted Monoprice but was told that they only have a 14 day return policy and that I would need to contact HP for the warranty. No problem. I contacted HP, but was told that warranty had expired because it started based on when Monoprice purchased it from HP. The only way I could update the warranty is to send them proof of the purchase that included the serial number. I contacted Monoprice again explaining this, but was told they don't have that information. I asked how can I get it and was answered with "I don't know". So they send you to the manufacturer for service, but can't provide the information needed to the customer. If they have no way of knowing the serial number of the product you purchased/they sent you, then how would they know you are returning the same item if you did so within 14 days?

I purchased a Select Mini V2 around 40 days ago. My SD card that came with the printer recently is mostly bad in available memory and getting worse. I am no longer able to print anything bigger then small files. I have not been able to find a replacement Micro SD card to work. Tech support does not respond and in a attempt to return the printer its very quite... that is no response. In a short while I will have a useless printer once the card goes completely bad. To say I would use MonoPrice again would be a lie. I hope I have a useable printer tomorrow. I have read forms to create a new working Micro SD card with no success... Reconsider using Monoprice unless your sure you wont have issues... on second thought... If someone would just respond to any of my request i may be less ticked... really.

I have tried several times to contact Monoprice to get a component of one of their products. No success at all. Of course MP has sent me ads for more of their products but why would I buy another product when I can't get support for the one I have?
I attempted to use their "chat now" which turned out to be "chat never." "No agent was available. There has never been an agent available when I have attempted to use their "chat never", I mean, "chat now."
Save yourself the hassle, skip Monoprice and buy from Walmart or Walmart.com. They have much better customer service.

I ordered a Mini Select V2 3D printer and after a few days of owning it, it failed. Getting in touch with Tech Support was a chore, but once I did getting an RMA was smooth and received a shipping label with RMA within a few minutes. I shipped the defective unit back and haven't heard back from them with any information about a replacement. I've emailed them twice and have not yet received a reply back. Tried to call them and that is a joke as well.

After THOUSANDS of dollars spent with this company, probably because I never had an issue, just ordered, and received online. They sent a one time, one day, discount coupon. SO I spent 30 minutes shopping and created an order. Paid with PayPal. Transaction completed successfully, PayPal withdrew funds from my bank. Two days later, without ANY explanation, they CANCELLED the order and refunded the PayPal. I tried REPEATEDLY to get someone to answer the question, why did you cancel the order? NO - ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE, other than the automated computer, "we received your request and will respond shortly" -- Maybe they are going out of business, but I WILL NEVER TAKE A CHANCE AGAIN WITH PLACING AN ORDER THERE.

On March 8th, 2018, I placed an order for a graphics tablet via Monoprice's website. Despite Monoprice's website confirming that I had made their shipping cut off for the day upon purchsase (2 day shipping, guaranteed on or before March 12th, 2018), Monoprice failed to ship the item until March 11th, 2018 (they only created a shipping label on March 8th). The total shipping cost was $18.83.
I attempted to contact Monoprice to resolve this issue and Monoprice refused to refund the $18.83 shipping cost. Upset that their shipping cut off time was misrepresented and that I could have made a similar purchase elsewhere, I requested to return the item. Monoprice stated that they would place a stop order on the shipment and that it would not be delivered to me.
On March 15th, 2018, the package still arrived on my doorstep; I was not home to refuse the package and I am now stuck with this product after Monoprice misrepresented their shipping guarantee and state they would cancel shipping.
I attempted to resolve this issue with my credit card company, PayPal, to no avail. This being said, I now need to escalate this to a Attorney General consumer complaint.
Monoprice sucks.

When I told someone at Monoprice I was having trouble with ordering over phone she exclaimed she hadn't heard of any thing, to which I say you surely are not listening as I just told you so. Anyway from what I'm reading sounds like the inmates are running the asylum.

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
