Nice offerings for fair prices. I received a defective unit, unfortunately, so I had to return it causing the rating to be less than five stars. However, the way Monoprice handled the return and issue part was great. They took ownership, dealt with it efficiently, and I was on my way without much trepidation. Look forward to getting the replacement.
I have been a customer for a few years, everything from computer networking equipment, audio cables and speakers, hiking equipment, to musical instruments. I have never had anything but a great experience with Monoprice. The one time I received a product that had been damaged during shipping, they replaced it free of cost with a perfect model. I will continue to use Monoprice as my go-to store for whatever I can get there.
Great support team! I didn't like the answer they gave me and unfortunately, I knew it was the correct answer... Andre, the support tech, even searched the Internet to see if there was a better product for me. There was not. As usual, Monoprice has great products and even better support.

I ordered an earplug kit to use when I sing in my band. The merchandise I received matched the discription and picture displayed to the letter. I received the product on time in excellent shape and the company kept in constant contact with me to make sure I received my merchandise even thou I was also receiving tracking text messages of the mailing and delivery progress.
Promise of 7 day delivery. Product was never delivered. I'm very unsatisfied with their service. I won't shop here again.

Ordered some parts for Christmas 20 days out. They shipped it when they got to it and I had to reach out to customer service twice before they sent me a shipping number. Finally got someone on chat who told me, they were busy and sorry things weren't going to make Christmas. Lost my business in the future. You get what you pay for.

I've been using Monoprice products for 6 years now. I have a small-scale DJ business and I am the sound technician for a band, and they have many relevant products we couldn't have gotten this far without.
Their pricing is usually excellent, and their return policies (such as the lifetime warranty on cables) have proven quite valuable (when you purchase as many XLR cables as we have, you're bound to get a dud once in a while). Only unfortunate aspect is that you're on the hook for return shipping, although they usually don't require returns for cheaper items.
Since they're based in California and I'm on the east coast, I'm not thrilled with their shipping--it's usually just a little pricey, and not always speedy, but it gets here.
They also have a selection of remanufactured ink that works really well--their selection is not for the most up-to-date printer models, but if you obtain a printer they have ink for, it is RIDICULOUSLY cheap, around $3 or less per cartridge.
They also have a selection of great but cheap headphones.
Overall, I've had many great experiences with them. A few defects here and there, but nothing they didn't rectify quickly or was unreasonable in the circumstances (e.g., wear and tear from DJ and band gigs).

Very happy. I ordered a power pack to recharge my phone and tablet if we lose power. The unit was delivered quickly with free shipping from Walmart's site. Unit worked like it is suppose to. I contacted the company as I had a question and they got back to me quick and answered my question plus attached a manual for my device. Never had used this company before but am quite happy.

Well if thats the case then monoprice and its customer service agent that i worked with are stellar, anyone can have defective product or make a mistake. Well monoprice listen to my considered and determined that i needed a replacement. I didnt have fight or defend my case. It was refreshing.

I have been buying products from the Monoprice website for years now. The equipment has always been as advertised and of surprising quality for the price. I have always felt that I got very good value for my money. I have bought equipment from video cable to electrical connectors, tools, and electronic items. In the few instances where there was a defect with a purchase or I was not happy with the product, I was able to easily work with the staff to get the equipment returned and a refund. I regularly recommend this website to my friends and acquaintances.

We recently ordered and received 2 wireless charging stands. They arrived promptly and were easy to assemble. However, one was mysteriously not working properly all of the time. We called and were assured they would replace it once their supply was available again. As directed, we called and a new one has been shipped. This time the representative, had all the necessary information so that we did not need to go through the whole story again. Wonderful service!

I ordered a product and then cancelled it when I received no notification of shipping in a timely fashion and could not reach them by phone to address their shipping time frame. (I was dealing with the timeline in which I had to receive the product and their failure to ship in the timely fashion was not going to work with that timeline)
Although they acknowledged receipt of my cancellation they never cancelled the credit card billing to my back so I am left paying for a product I never received. This is a company where buyer beware are important words of caution for the most disreputable company I have ever dealt with in my 70-plus years of life.

I can only speak for my own experience, but I recently placed an order for two glass monitor risers that were on sale. When only one of them was delivered, I contacted support after a few days, spoke with an agent named Sharleen, let her know what happened, and she had the missing stand sent out with no questions asked. Of course, it wasn't an ideal situation to receive only half my order at first, but everything ended up working out.

I have purchased from Monoprice last year without any issues. I just purchased a subwoofer and the carrier service indicated that the address is incorrect and they would return my item to Monoprice. I called Monoprice customer service and they indicated that they will refund my money and to use a different carrier when I resubmit my order. To use a different carrier would be twice as much. I asked if they could just cross-ship the item so I would not have to wait for my item to be returned to them and then submit a new order. They indicated no. I asked if they could reach out to their carrier CSO and remedy the issue in regards to my address. They indicated no. I also indicated that they have delivered to the same address successfully last year and if there was anyway to work out the issue on the phone. They stated no. I just want my subwoofer before Thanksgiving.

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
