I have been a customer of Monoprice for the last 8 or 9 years. My first purchases were cables and rack equipment to outfit a new server room. At that time, I was extremely pleased with both the quality of the equipment and the reasonable prices. I became a fan, and as Monoprice's product line has grown, I have continued to purchase new products. I have never been dissatisfied with either the quality of the products, (which IMHO are better than their competitors same type products - sold at twice the cost) or the customer service I or my work mates have received. The shipping is fast, and the web site is easy to navigate. My son even purchased a guitar from them, and although I was at first skeptical, was pleased at it's playability. This is a Good Company! My only concern is that success might spoil them. However, in the mean time, I will hopefully continue to contribute to that success by purchasing what I need from them. By the way, I make it a point never to write reviews, but in this case felt compelled.
I have bought from Monoprice for many years, and have found them to be a great source for such things as cables, converters, splitters, adapters, etc. The prices are always reasonable, and service/shipping is prompt.
I have purchased many products from Monoprice. All were delivered quickly and have worked as advertised. We encountered some issues with 3D Printers and these were corrected immediately.
I've been a customer of Monoprice for well over a decade. I primarily go to them for their Monoprice cables that all have lifetime warranties. I've also purchased electronics from them and have never been disappointed, especially given their pricepoint. Warranty returns are for the most part a hassle-free experience.
When it comes to post-sale, their website could use a refresher. The login / account options are a bit unconventional/clunky. Such as trying to find what order a particular item belongs to. And occasionally the customer service communications aren't as timely as they could be. But these are all fairly minor things that the average person wouldn't notice. I now use them for purchasing work-related things, so I'm purchasing more items more often than general consumers, so my interactions with the sales team and post-sales team is more frequent. These occasional moments aren't enough to detract from the overall value that Monoprice provides. It's more of a 4.5 star rating. They are better than 4 stars, but not quite a perfect 5 stars.
Excellent product and service. Bit confusing website for a Canadian though. Would help if there was a Canadian site. Have purchased products on other Cdn sites and would purchase more if Monoprice had a Canadian site.
I recently wrote their customer service about a pricing issue. They corrected in just 1 day and I was very satisfied. Always attentive, keep up the great work!

I've purchased cables and splitters directly from Monoprice in the past, satisfied with all. More recently, I purchased a sit-stand automated desk frame, but through Amazon. Unfortunately, the touch-pad control on the unit stopped working after about 10 months, but it was still under the 1yr warranty. I first contacted Monoprice directly via email for tech support. I received prompt replies to my inquiry and subsequent back-and-forth question/answers. However, to get a replacement, I had to go through Amazon first. Once I navigated those logistics, I had a Monoprice customer service rep for my return and replacement. I was very satisfied with the prompt responses as I had some questions and eventually required an additional shipping RMA tag. I didn't like having to send the ENTIRE unit back, it's big and heavy. I wish they could have sent me a replacement part even if cannibalized from another unit. I could see others being very upset about that, but I got over it quickly. The time from getting my RMA to receiving my replacement desk frame was a week! I was expecting a lot longer. New unit appears to be a small version update from what I had, but works great. Satisfied with the product and experience!
Prices are very good for cables. Shipping time has never been an issue and their RMA process is great.
I also purchased their 5. 1. 2 speaker system and it has performed nicely. A really good value.

I have purchased many products from monoprice over the last 12 years. Most seem too be of good quality. Months ago I purchased a HDMI splitter from them, which didn't work. I emailed them and received a case number. That's where everything ended. I email many time over the following months with no response. I finally decided to call, I was put on hold for an hour and fifteen minutes, only to be disconnected. I finally gave up and took the loss. They have lost my business forever!

I ordered my product 12/19/18 and Monoprice shipped it the following day. However, I did not receive my order until 1/2/19. The package was sitting on my neighbor's vacant porch for more than a week. He came home yesterday and brought it over. I don't think this was Monoprice's fault except that they chose to use a shipment service that was less than diligent. In any case, customer service was excellent, the product worked perfectly, and I will continue to order my products from Monoprice going forward. Thanks!

Just before Christmas, my wife broke our living room table top glass. I scoured the internet and furniture stores looking to buy new furniture. Luckily, I found Monoprice and the exact size for restoring the existing table. We saved the investment for a new furniture and we feel better for it. We did not receive the delivery before Christmas, but the empty space made great conversation with our guests. The order was delivered yesterday and was a perfect fit. Thanks, Monoprice.
Monoprice is a great website to purchase cables and home theatre equipment. They have a great customer service and are quick to respond on the phone. Odd they are not open on a Saturday or Sunday, but not a big deal at all, just means that orders on weekends don't ship till Monday and their customer service is closed. They use to be my go to store for any of my cable and Home Theatre needs a their prices and quality was really unbeatable. I never had a bad cable from them no matter how long the cable was. So why not 5 stars? Simply because of their shipping changes. They use to offer overnight shipping for free when you purchased a certain amount, because that is no longer available the prices aren't as great of deal as Amazon sells their stuff and as a prime member I get faster shipping for free. Which would be only Half a star loss but that is not an option on this site.

I've spent hundreds of dollars on a plethora of different products from their expansive selection. At the very least, you will find great deals. They are very fair about returns and quality assurance as well, in case you need to return your order. The only problem is that they need more active product testers or review incentives to add more input to the site and clarify small details that a fact people's decision to buy products, and subsequently not return them.

Customer service is top notch and understanding, true to their goal of delivering what they promise. In my case, the pieces ordered were fully as described, but the performance a bit different. They on the spot admitted to their error and corrected. For other orders over time, they have been spot on in both function and quality of product.
I waited forever for my tv mounts, ordered on Sunday the 23rd thinking I would have them at least by the 31st. Well they finally arrived on Jan 2nd. I will never order anything from Monoprice again.

I had to return a Christmas present that was ordered through Amazon, but was from Monoprice. It was a no hassle return and they sent me a prepaid return label after I made a phone call because Amazon sent me a return label which I had to pay for the return. Thank you!

I have dealt with Monoprice for 4 years. I began by appreciating their prices, but as time has passed I have also come to realize that they are extremely customer focussed and resolve problems (what few I've had) quickly and appropriately. I have used them for cables (many! I have had to use the lifetime warranty a couple of times, and both times it has been painess. Recently, an iPhone charger acted up, and they replaced it quickly and again without question.
To me, the low price is an attraction. The service binds me to them. Happily.

Answer: Hahaha! In my case, they just dumped my package at a neighbor's. Unfortunately, that property is vacant so I did not receive my shipment until almost two weeks later after the neighbor came to check on the property and found it.
