Ordered 3D printer on Black Friday for son's Christmas present. Worked great out of the box starting with Christmas but by mid January SD card reader was failing. Took a couple days of email before they authorized the warranty return. We sent it back and had knew they got it. We heard nothing for over a week. Took lots of emails, going to website and filling out the contact us form, onsite chat via the website, and reaching out on FB before we heard an answer. The fixed the reader and sent it back one month after we returned it. They sent back the printer missing pieces and damaged print bed. There were tiny surface scratches on the print bed when we sent it but it came back with 4 dents! Due to missing piece can't level the printer at all. We've emailed returns and supports about them returning our prtiner damaged but they haven't responded at all. My son is pissed that we even sent it back for the warranty work. Now we have a broken printer because they damaged the print bed and returned it without all the pieces. And no response...

I've placed an order for a pair of 150$ headphones, free shipping in the U.S. 50$ shipping for me. Expensive shipping but I bought it. It was supposed to come withing one week.
About a week later I got a message from UPS. They said I needed to pay 40+$ in fees in addition to taxes (about 20$). When I called to inquire they said monoprices agreement with them did not cover the entire shipping cost. Nobody said I was expected to pay more for shipping to a total of 90$.
I refused to pay, monoprice refused to take responsibility for this fraud.
And all I ended up with is time wasted and a bad experience.

If you plan to place an order and you live outside of the U.S. I'd advise you aginst that - just use Ebay or Amazon at least there the sellers are accountable.

I ordered something online and they just told me that my order might have been lost in transit. I tell customer support that I've been waiting over a month for these headphones and ask her over live chat to send my next order express and they just ignore me.

Ha question on a monoprice mini printer so sent an email, got a response saying I would here from someone soon. After a week I resent request, then again in another week. Went to website for chat and told no one was available. Terrible terrible customer service

I sent my printer back to these people to be repaired, they tore it apart and claimed I had took it apart which was out right lie, then sent it back to me missing the front knob, and still tore apart.don't buy the piece junk, customer is the worst in the USA.

Good company

From reading the reviews i got scared because people were saying they didn't get their items, they got scammed, or the service was terrible. I had already bought a silver PS4 controller before looking the the websites reviews and I was surprised it came in 4 days after i ordered it! The controller i got was a Sony PS4 controller it wasn't a fake. I recommend buying from Monoprice but just be careful. I personally wouldn't buy something over $50. Hope this helps.

I contacted monoprice.com because my order is stuck "pending" instead of being processed and shipped. "Sarah T." said to refuse the (eventual) shipment or return it to UPS within 5 days. Instead of canceling order, not shipping, and issuing refund the items must cross the country twice before I can (again) request a refund. Co-worker ordered identical item a couple weeks ago, it was not packaged properly, and it arrived with metal components bent out of shape. They are making him wait until his purchase is returned before shipping a replacement so he had to dispute transaction with his credit card company. Person I thought recommended monoprice says I'm stupid for ordering from them, that he was using them as example of company selling rebranded junk...

I ordered some items on cyber monday as they had some pretty good deals. After checkout, I received order status and shipping information. The package was allegedly shipped via lasership at 10:30pm at night. LONG STORY SHORT, I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS... I contacted lasership to notify them of the discrepency and they are making me wait 3 business days just to hear back from lasership and of course they are going to say they delivered the item. I never received a knock on my door or ring of my doorbell. Also, I order alot of items online and have never ever had a package delivered at 10:30 at night... I am in utterly disgust with their handling of the situation, I believe they should ship my purchased items to me overnight immediately. If you want to buy from a reputable source, consider amazon, ebay, target or best buy... Retailers who will take liability for your purchased items. I basically got robbed by an online scammer. These people are jokes and if you value your money you will not buy from them. Absolutely ridiculous... Stay away.!

Don't Do it!

This is ridiculous I was recommended to this site but I will not be recommending a single person but rather the opposite. I live in a rural area where data supplies are limited to a single shop and most the time they don't have what I need in bulk on supply. I needed those supplies before my project on the 6th and its been cancelled TWICE because I couldn't click on a link on my email, even though I was still allowed to put my credit card information and continue with checkout, TWICE, with no prompt or warnings. I wasn't informed until 2 DAYS AFTER that my order is cancelled due to nonsense. Also it states I have to pay with amazon pay and not paypal? (note: paypal is still listed, it doesnt tell you this until AFTER your order is cancelled and says you should use amazon pay for "security reasons") Those are both 3rd party recognized services, why does that even matter, these guys are ridiculous. So since my order has been cancelled I will not be able to do the gig so thank you monoprice for wasting a prospective long term customer's time and future time. Please save yourself the TIME and HEADACHE. DON'T DO IT!

Great prices and selection, good quality cables. But if ever you have a problem and need tech support or to get warranty service, forget it. Actually I don't know if their customer support is good or bad, I've not been able to contact them to find out.

I made the mistake of ordering a "refurb" product. These guys it seem just send you something that was returned be a previous customer, It is clear they did not even powered it up, I think before I return this I'll write "This is broken" on it just to warn the next customer.

Service is horrible but then hopefully you don't need it.

Like others say, generally good quality and prices. The problem is that no actual humans work there. You may have to have your bank charge back your credit card if there is a problem.

I have shopped Monoprice in the resent past to purchase outdoor security camera housings and brackets for my home. Their products are superior quality, priced right, and arrive quickly to your address. I used Monoprice for all of the housings and supports I needed to complete a very sturdy and reliable CCTV security system. If you have any questions, they have extremely knowledgeable sales representatives that can help you to put together all the parts and accessories you may need to complete a project you have in mind. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a pleasure, and I will certainly shop with them again in the future for other projects that I presently have on the back burner for now! Super company and excellent staff! Feel confident dealing with Monoprice... they won't lead you astray!

Warranty good luck

I feel like I have been scammed by Monoprice. Wrote support in Sept. 2017 about a warranty on a cable and they said someone will be in contact with me soon. Not a peep in 3 weeks so I write back in Oct. 2017. Still nothing and today is 11/19/17. I even wrote to their Facebook page with no result. Sure does seem like a scam to sell faulty products and not stand by the warranty if you ask me! Stay far away from Monoprice!

I ordered 5 lightning cables from Monoprice 8 days ago and still have not received the small package! Monoprice charges customers for shipping, so I believed that the item would come to me within 5 business days since I ordered them on Saturday at 5 AM in the morning. Even USPS states that first class packages will be delivered within 3 days. The fact that it is now 8 days later and there's still no package lets me know that they are overcharging customers for first class shipping, when Monoprice is using 3rd class bulk mail rates. I will not use Monoprice again after this ridiculous delay. Amazon, Newegg and Walmart all deliver within 3 to 5 business days. Monoprice is saying that it takes 6 business days which is ridiculous given the fact that they charged me for shipping.

Based on the false description of a product on Monoprice.com web site, I have ordered some other unnecessary items. As advised by them, I returned them later, but received only a partial refund.

Since then, I tried to contact Monoprice Customer Service and Refund departments several times, asking for explanation, but with no luck. They stopped replying to my messages.

I tried to leave a comment/review on their web site, but they never published it.

I purchased these and some other items at Monoprice.com for a school, spent hundreds of dollars.

BTW, they still did not correct the wrong description of the item.

Monoprice.com seems to be an untrusted seller with poor Customer Service. Beware!

Bought a refurbished Vizio P50-C1. The key take away is all the smart functionality is operated via the "included" tablet remote. The product listing when I purchased the TV has the remote listed as an included item. It was not, nor was it even meant to be.

First shipment was a TV with a broken screen and missing remote. When I asked for a replacement, I stressed the importance of also including the missing remote. During the replacement process, the only status I ever got was when I asked for it.

When the replacement was sent it was with no remote. I sent an email to support using my existing email chain from the replacement process, waited a full week, and did not hear from them. Sent a second email, still no response. I opened a new ticket, thinking maybe it wasn't hitting the right channels and they were just ignoring me. Waited yet another week... nothing. Feeling very ignored at this point.

I chat with someone live online, and finally found out that the product actually does not include the remote (even though the product listing does). Also found out they "can't do anything about it" because it is through a third party. Kinda wished it was marked that way like Amazon does. Anyways, at this point, the proposed option is to return the TV. When I ask for a small rebate to cover the cost of a replacement, they would give me $30 off the $130 remote that should have been included in the first place. And it is pretty funny that they sell the remotes individually.

The kicker is that during the chat, I say they should really update the product description to not mention the remote. They will "look into it." I go to the product page like an hour later to right a review saying the remote isn't included, and the page is already updated and the TV is a $100 cheaper. I'm glad future buyers will get the discounted price, but I definitely feel like the thrown away customer at this point. Also my review has yet to actually show on the website, which is suspect.

I bought a monoprice v2 3D printer and paid $300 dollors for it i receved it set it up and did the first print looked great after it was done, but the second print had seperation of layers everything you could think of went wrong so i contacted mono price and told them i wanted a refund they sent me a rma number and told me to send it back ups so i took it to a ups center thinking i could send it back and theyre RMA would pay for it boy was i wrong it cost me $56.36 to send it back which i was not refunded so i will never buy another product from monoprice, thay suck as a company.

I purchased my model price lightbox through Walmart.com. It unfortunately didn't even last a year. I did contact Mono price twice and the issue was resolved within two weeks. With proof of purchase and no questions asked they sent me a prepaid return label and shipped the replacement out that was received a week later. I used their chat via Monoprice.com the first time to see what I needed. It was difficult to find a live chat option and the chat window was a nightmare and took several tries to connect with high speed internet. Joseph was great once connected. I enjoy their products and hope the first one was just a defect but so far with their customer service I am very pleased.
