Horrible
January 17, 2021

Money network is horrible when it comes to you having to dispute charges. Instead of being able to do it from the app you have to call them, and wait for paperwork. I made a dispute in the month of December and was told I wouldn't see my money until mid February. I never received the paperwork for the credit. Even with the virus going on and times being hard no one was willing to speed the process up. And come to find out the IRS even dropped them so I can't even receive my stimulus check. Once my funds are returned I plan on closing this account IMMEDIATELY!

Hi, I am a 17 year old working at Starbucks. I was given a 'Money Network' prepaid debit card, where my employer has been loading my checks. I have not been able to access my money in 3 months. Each receptionist has told me I need to send in a different verification, and I've complied each and every time. But to my dissatisfaction, I have been informed that my information "wasn't good enough' or 'not credible' each and every time. I was unable to buy my family and my friends anything for Christmas, which made me feel terrible, and undeserving of anything given to me. All my friends are able to buy things when we go shopping, and I can only watch and hold their bags. I've sent in God knows how many verifications and documents, been on hold for hours, and cried out of hopelessness.

Scam
December 1, 2020

So today I was trying to buy a game for 13:99 on the App Store and it wouldn't go through but I knew I had money on the card because the last time I checked I had $1,235 and so I decided to check my balance and I only had 8 DOLLARS! But that was impossible because I only pay my phone bill and my WiFi bill and bought a few presents for Christmas. Don't trust this company it's a scam pls warn your loved ones.

When they were contacted said they couldn't cancel the purchase told us to call merchant. Got the run around. Loss of $159, needless to say will be getting rid of this trash asap

Can't get my money
November 8, 2020

So money network put a hold on my card since before covid. I've waited 4 months to get my 2100 dollars that I can't get. I'm a minor and the lady told my mom to get a notarized paper saying I have no mail to prove my address because I'm a minor and have a attorney send it in so I can get my money. Still haven't got it. And it's been 6 months now! Wouldn't even give it 1 star but I had to

Useless thieves
November 4, 2020

I have tried to pay multiple bills, and keep getting return check/ money fees charged to me. So I looked to make sure I paid correctly, and I keep all transaction numbers. One bill in particular ($270), says they never received a payment even though I have a confirmation number. Money network has refused to help me find the money. The company that I was trying to pay is convinced that money network has that money. And since they refuse to talk/ listen, I'm convinced they have it.

My money got stolen and they have me jumping through hoops, and treating me like I was the thief and not the victim. It states it's a member of the FDIC but won't give me back my $400 that was stolen. No email, customer service goes to call center in the Philippines. I need to fill out appeals to get my money. Horrible service

If so, MoneyNetwork is the next to be mentioned.

My experience with MoneyNetwork has been anything but good.
To begin my list of difficulties with these scammers, let me start with this.
Upon payday on 7/9/20 $1,163.57 was deposited into my account.
I saw the amount above and was happy to be paid, but even then I knew something was not right about the account balance.

Looking back now I see that there were so many problems.
Such as the amount listed above was $326 short of what was supposed to be my account balance.
On top ever day following my pay day on 7/9/20 my account balance has fluctuated by $100's.
Let me give you an example: I went to Target yesterday and I purchased a car vaccuum cleaner for $31.97.
My account balance before that purchase was $797.51.
My account balance following the vacuum cleaner purchase was $501.32.
Thats a big difference!

So on 7/11/20 I contact the MoneyNetwork toll number.
This fraudulent company states on their website that they have 24/7 customer service. I quickly discover that their 24/7 customer service statement is false.
I stay on the phone for 20 minutes, and during that 20 minutes all that is being repeated is, "We are unable to process your request, we are transferring you to the next available agent." On and on, like a broken record that never stops.

At this point I am angry. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and I want my money. So I go to my search engine and type in "corporate money network".
Nothing pops up, besides addresses to the MoneyNetwork home page.
My heart is beating rapidly, and then I search "MoneyNetwork reviews", and I immediately know that I've been scammed.

That is how I am here today, to warn anyone and everyone to stay away from this company. Tell your employers, and your family and friends to be aware. MoneyNetwork is American Greed Incarnate.

Money Network is a big fake. You keep getting this error when you try to log into your account but despite the correct number you keep getting this invalid error. The customer service is a bunch of robot calls and aren't helpful. They are a big scam.
