I have tried to use this one 8 different sites (that I have used before with no problemwith a different card), including Nintendo. And they detected them all as fraud and froze my account half those times. Besides Amazon. And just amazon. And nothing else.

F*cking ridiculous. Maybe this card is good if you don't ever need or want to spend any of the money you get ever. But if you actually want a debit card you can actually use. Please for the love of god get anything else.

Just an FYI... if they loose your money it NOT there fault! I transfer my money to my personal bank account, they took my money from the money card and never transferred it. Now almost a month later still no money and NOW ITS MY FAULT! THAT THEY LOST MY MONEY! UNBELIEVABLE.

Too afraid to put anything in writing

I have only been with Money Network for a couple of months I have already had two charges on my card that I have disputed which they say they denied my claim because not having enough information they have all the information that they need cuz they processed and let the charge go through on their end which took money out of my account as far as I know it could be them anyway I asked what I needed to do what the appeal process was what the company cuz they feel like I need to investigate it I thought that's what they were there for anyhow they will not send me an email they will not type me a letter explaining to me what needs to go into an appeal who the business was because I don't have any idea who it was I didn't make the charge but they refuse to put anything in writing even had one lady and customer service representative too I believe she was a supervisor tell me that it wasn't part of her job I tried to get an explanation of what her job duties were obviously customer support is not one of them beware of this card stay away I can't emphasize that enough because they will take your money and blame it on somebody else I want to try to get something done through law enforcement my local law enforcement my local Better Business Bureau because this company needs to be stopped they're nothing but Crooks may God help us

STEALING YOUR MONEY!

I was recently told that I was only allowed to pull out 600$ per day even though my rent is more than that and recently have been dealing with my card being declined trying to pull out money when I have more than enough money in my account to withdrawal from. And each time I was declined for trying to take MY money out I was charged a fee... STOP GIVING THEM YOUR SERVICE! THEY DON CARE ABOUT FIXING THE PROBLEM!

Incompetent company

My card was stolen before I received it and the thief spent almost $2,800. The claims department refuses to investigate it and denied my claim twice only 2-3 days after filling them. I will be involving law enforcement before filling an appeal since Money Network has been less than useless.

Stealing money?

Had this account for i dont know maybe a week and I already started to notice small things, for example. I had $25 on my account. I spent $15 exactly at the store, there should be $10 left it's basic math. But when I opened my account I only had $6. Another time mind you I only had this account for ONE WEEK. I had $40 I spent $7 at Walgreens I open my account and my balance is $25. I call costumer service and they said "we take a fee whenever you use your card but send you back the money after 7 days" so your telling me your borrowing my money?

Fraud claims

Money network do not support the customer
If you get scammed out of money they will not help you retrieve your money back
Very poor customer service dispute team do not communicate to the customer takes no time to deny you the return of your funds and months to appeal been going back and forth for months over a dispute without any return of my stolen money

Absolute garbage.

This service is absolutely garbage the customer service is terrible don't answer your questions and you have to wait over 30 minutes sometimes to get through to an agent then there's a grueling sign in process that ask you for everything even your social security number the fees are absolutely insane and sometimes I can't even check my funds because I can't sign in for whatever reason also the card the issue is extremely cheap and doesn't even have a chip on it.

Stolen 500$

This card "moneynetwork" took away 500$ from my account and l still haven't got it back and l call am they send to wait and make a dispute like what In the hell is going on. This is the worst card you can ever use!

Horrible

Customer service is overseas. Can't help but feel like they go out of their way to screw you over. Blocked my card because of a Microsoft purchase. I call them to tell them it was me. They unblock my card. So I attempt to make the purchase again and they block it again. Now they refuse to unblock it and said they will send me another card. I gave them the info and asked for a supervisor. Had me waiting for 30 minutes so I hung up assuming my new card was in the mail. Called two days later to verify my card was in route. It is not. Now I'm currently waiting for their supervisor again. So basically I tried to buy a video game and verified to them it was me making the purchase and they blocked my card, didn't send a new one like they said they would. So I'm currently without any money at all for 5 days minimum. It's royal bs.

If you can avoid using money network through your job, please do so. There is no customer service. There is no way to speak to anyone at the dispute department. I had to involve HR through my job, to even to attempt to get my money back.

Literally a scam.

1092.2 was deposited through work to there work pay card 2 weeks ago and the card was requested 4 weeks ago and they refuse to send me my card or my money. And when you ask for a manger they put you on the same 45-50 minute hold to get back with a regular customer rep PEOPLE BE WARE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They also lied and told me they would expedite it and send it through fedex and to call back within 48 hrs for a tracking number and when i called back it was never actually sent out and that was it.

My kid worked all summer and when he went to use his card that he's had from previous employment with BSA - he was denied. Call Money Network and they tell him he has to FAX them his social security card and birth certificate. Wait. Hold up. They already have his social security number because that's how they looked up his account. Plus, they do not have any secure upload features on their site. When I got on the phone on my son's behalf the customer service representative started backpedaling and then when I asked to speak to a supervisor she hung up. I called back and I wanted to know if my son could get a check instead of using this useless card that they can't fix unless he send sensitive documents on an unsecured network to God knows where - and I was told the card would be canceled and he would receive a check in the mail. He still has not received his money. They are literally screwing over a 15 year old kid, and Boy Scouts of America should not be using this horrifying service that obviously no one seems to favor.

The stupid app stopped letting me login suddenly for no reason. I broke my phone but now the app wont let me access my money. The worst part about my experience is the fact that I can't even use my card-! I hate this company so much at this point. Not to forget that the app was sending push notifications for no reason for two entire days. It wasn't really anything serious, BUT, It was still one every 10 minutes and very angering. Tried to get to the app through the internet, and guess what... THERE ARE TWO WEBSITES. I don't know which one is real, but either way, both are still denying my entry to MY MONEY

Terrible!

My son needed to activate his card. He tried for four days, on the phone over an hour each time. So he handed me (mom) his card and the phone after he'd been on hold for 45 minutes as he had to go to work. Someone FINALLY answers, and they tell me that he has to be there to give a verbal ok. Like if he was HERE then HE'D be the one on the phone. They refused to activate it and they have no automated service to do it. Ridiculous. People don't have all damned day to sit and wait for someone to decide to answer the phone. If you can avoid using this service, DO IT. Customer service is awful.

A few years ago, I received a check from my insurance company for like $225.00. I should have just taken it to Wal-Mart to cash it but I was lazy and decided to use my money network app instead. Wrong move. I followed all the steps and when it was complete, the send me and email denying the check. So the next day u go to cash it at Walmart and they said it was already cashed. I was confused. I call money network, explain my situation, and they told me they cashed it but they couldn't put the money on my card and it was huge Hassel just to get my money back from them. 5 or 6 phone calls and a week later, I still have no money and I was so frustrated and upset, I gave up. Don't trust them, they have 1 or 0 star ratings everywhere for their customer service. Bad Egg. I only picked one star because the wouldn't let me skip it.

If you can avoid having to get paid through the money network card, by all costs avoid it.
I've spent 2 hours waiting to speak to customer service to transfer funds. Failed to get the replacement card they sent.

I had to work with them years ago and they always been awful, I'm just amazed it's somehow been able to get any worse.

Just awful

These people are awful. Bought my son roblox and apparently thats considered a fraudulent charge. They never notified me that they froze my account instead I found out by my card being declined. I called and was told best they could do was send a new card that would take 3 days to get to me. I asked them to unfreeze my account and they said no because their system automatically freezes accounts if they think something is fraudulent. Also good luck getting a hold of someone because calls are constantly getting disconnected.
