I received a card as a gift for $100. Forgot about it and went to activate it. It expired 1 day earlier. I received it about 4 months ago from my employer. After spending nearly 3 hours on hold they said they would not do anything even though they could see the card was never activated. No online support. I will never recommend or purchase a card funded by these thief's. My employer is now discontinuing business with them due to these ridiculous and fraudulent practices. Word of advice. Find another finder for gift cards. Do not use Money Network. I would give them 0 stars if I could
Horrible company I never received my original card. Now I received a new one without money in, I was calling them for 3 hours, they do not answer the phone.
They stole over 64 dollars from me. I pre paid 50 in gas, the card took the 50 for pre pay plus somehow another 29 on top of it for some reason, putting me into the negative. My car only took 15 dollars worth of gas. The gas station put the rest of the money back on their end but on money networks end they only see a dollar authorization charge and if they did the math on every transaction they would realize I should be in the positive. Avoid this card at all cost. They will take your money " lose" it and no one will help you.
I have had metabank/ money network for about 2 years now. A couple weeks ago my card broke and they said they were sending me a replacement. Here it is 2 weeks later and still nothing. They wont give me any kind of access to my funda and on top of that I havent even been able to see my piggy bank in weeks as well. I'm currently filing a lawsuit with this company for 500k. Keep ready cause drinks will be on me.
I can save you some time if you're planning on disputing that charge on your money network card. I had to charge show up on mine about 3 months ago I did not make the charge so I disputed it and it seemed like in no time I got to let her back saying that my dispute has been denied after going back and forth with money network over the fact that I didn't make that charge I did because I had been online it came back within two days. I contacted the website and then it came out again the next month the website and not answer their phone so I called my bank who would surely back me up this time. Denied and again the third time be nice this is the same originating charge over and over and over again and my network just let it go right through. It's the same company that got me the first time. The way I see it money networks into me for about a hundred and eight including interest
I wouldn't even give this company a star it deserves the 0 it is they're all rude and very unprofessional I've been trying to buy a house and there was a signature I needed from them and I've been on hold for over 6 hours total in a day and hung up on multiple times and bounced around and lied to over and over again. All I need is a signature and they're acting like it's the end of the world. They claim to care but constantly bounce you around and make you hold for hours on end just to end up hanging up on you. Great if you want an easy app to use but other than that everything else about them is straight trash! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'm possibly going to lose my house I worked so hard to buy because of them. I will be switching to someone else as soon as this house $#*! is over which seams to be now considering I can't even get a simple $#*!ing signature.
Customer service is a total joke. No help at all. Systems are always down as I'm told. Very frustrating when you need any matter dealt with. All I can do is take any money off this card and put it into a real bank like Navy federal. I'd I could rate this card 0 stars I would.
I've had money network for almost a year because that's what my job uses... these last few weeks they have lost my money that I moved to my normal bank account customer service sucks and I'm out of money now for 2 weeks and all they do is put in a report where's my hard earn money I worked for
I transferred money to my other bank account in the amount of $840, its been 7 days and still hasn't shown up in my account, I call them just to be hung up on repeatedly and lied to. They say they are based out of America however there voices say different turns out they are out of somewhere in Asia! I haven't gotten any responses from any supervisors and I was told that I couldn't be transferred to a supervisor and was hung up on. I wish I had read the reviews before trusting them with my entire paycheck I'm a single mother trying to take care of 4 kids by my self and on top of calling them repeatedly everyday I'm still trying to work which dealing with money network takes me away from job that feeds my kids! This company should be ashamed of themselves I'm filing a complaint against them with the better business burro hopefully they can help me I'm just sick over losing my pay check this is insane! That company needs shut down asap they are con artists and if the stars were in the negative that's where they should stand!
This is the worst card service to have. I file an letter of appeal feb 25th and it's May 25th and still not money or an answer they just keep telling me to wait or file another appeal with I refuse to do because they already have 45 to 90 days which I had to wait the max 90 days and still nothing. I just want my money back that it I $#*!ing hate this card service
I was just helped by Tesa with being locked out of my account, it's my first time having a job, bank account and card and she made me feel comfortable and understood the entire time I was on the call. She did not rush me, and she was so incredibly sweet when talking. I highly appreciate how kind she was, considering I had absolutely no idea what on earth I was doing.

I had an account on hold for several days due to a transaction that was declined. Upon calling ive had representatives whom are unaware of their own procedures continue to change the their guidelines as time goes on. Do not deal with these $#*!s unless its absolutely necessary.
Had money in authorize transferred-out of my account twice. Completely emptied my account had To wait two weeks to get it back. And I called as soon as I seen it on my account and still couldn't do anything about it. No one speaks clear English. No one in dispute or banking you can talk to on the phone. Just the same 10 people that work there. Can't even take my money out and put Into a real account until they return my money. I told them it's not my card or password to my account that is the issue. Still freeze me card and have to wait 5 days for a new one. They aren't a real bank. Please get a real bank. Your money is not safe with them.
This card charges you 3 dollars just too look at your balance. It took 15 minutes to get through the automated phone questionnaire to speak to an actual person. I do not recommend this service at all. Overall a horrible experience. This service is NOT user focused!
It's not showing up in the app but is on the website. I tell customer service that it's not working and all she has to say is " delete the app and reinstall " i do this and my money will won't show. It says there's money but won't let me spend it unless the app says so. That's $142 dollars i can't use. It's stupid
Don't ever use money network. I had to transfer money to my main bank but had to go through 4 cards just to do it and they made it way too hard. When I asked for help accessing my money. They kept asking me for more information after I kept giving them what they asked. And they still couldn't access my money. Luckily I got the money out. But man these people are worst than an actual bank.
Card was damaged, so my mom called customer service to issue a new card. The whole ordeal was awful. The reps gave confusing, wrong, and conflicting information to my mother which made her even more confused. Once they told her that she needed to transfer her money to another account. Then they brought up mailing checks to her. Again, this was incredibly wrong, she just needed another card for her existing account. Multiple times they were keen to issue yet another card without attempting to track the previous card they issued. Keep in mind that there is a fee that is issued every time a new card is issued. One rep told my mother that she needed to pick up the new card at a specific address, but before my mother could ask further questions the rep ended the call. When my mother called back and asked where she needed to pick up the card, the new rep told her it will be in the mail.
After three weeks of calling them we were finally able to get the new card after finally getting the right tracking number (beforehand they gave my mother the wrong number). All this time they told us it would be in our mailbox, turns out we actually did have to pick it up at a local FedEx. Real kicker is that it has been delivered at the FedEx for two weeks! We have been calling them all this time and all they had to do was give us the correct tracking number for the card and give us correct and relevant information. Two weeks utterly wasted because of awful customer service. Would not recommend getting a card or an account with MoneyNetwork at all.
Our family had someone steal a wallet that they went to an ATM and with your $500 out of our account. We were the police report we found the game for truck number where they lived in the area the police are looking for them all of that information and this company has it f****** nerve to say there's not enough information to return on $500 for the family. They are absolutely the 1% correction is I don't know how they do this people who are reviewing your cases are cowards I called for six months and they said no news and they denied our claim and they just told me two months after they did it. I don't see how these people are in a business maybe it's because you're in a foreign country and every one of them are foreigners they don't do they are not from America I guarantee you that absolute f****** Crook. But I can guarantee this I will submit this m*********** the day I die cuz they're giving me my Goddamn money
Overseas trying to deal with your payday! These people are no help and always automated answers! My work gave me the card and they took $500 of my payday and had to fight for two weeks to get my payday back as an Rn that I worked for in the pandemic! VERY SAD! Love to give a negativity of -100

I've called customer service more than once, and they are still being rude and unhelpful. I'm trying to see up my card so I can transfer money to my regular bank account, and the customer service representatives are nothing but a waste of time. They won't give me the card balance, nor will they answer any of my questions. This is quite possibly the worst company any business could use.
Answer: It is a scam. No matter how much information you give about yourself they still will lie to you and send you a dispute sayin your claim is closed
