I submitted for a loan and was hesitant at first especially after the reviews being bad. The customer service ensured it wasn't bad. I understood the terms and was quoted how my payment ls would be which they are much higher. Long story short they received more then half of what the loan was in the first 2 payments but less than $50 will be applied to the principal. They are getting over and deceiving ppl. It's not worth it! Listen to me ahead of time. Only good thing is the money comes the next day but I promise it's not worth. After calculations I will be paying over 200% back.

Don't get this loan

I only got a $238 loan from then they took out 4 payments of $102 and that was just interest fee didn't go toward my loan then they started taking out $150 toward my loan and I still owed $338 on the loan wtf kind of $#*! is that I wouldn't recommend no one

$#*!in scam!

Back in july i had an offer of this scammers, so i take the offer, i was approved for $1000 and then they said they are going to take out the whole interest out of thousand so i will only receive $925 and i they will divided that $925 for a monthly bill, i was ok with that, my first bill was august 19 in the amount of $265.67 then i was surprised because i was billed again on the sept 2 in the amount of $184.61 then another charged of $175.38 on sept 16 and then another charged of $166.61 on sept 30. When i sum up the charges it total to $792.27 and so i was happy for second that i almost paid off the $925 loan, but i was surprised when i saw the statement that i still owe $753. Like?. This is obviously scam. Sooooo freakin mad at this people. Well karma will come. They will pay for this thousand times that they will never forget in their entire life!

Untruthful

I asked what would be the monthly payments on a $1,000 line of credit. She stated around $140. She said it is like a credit card. First payment was $388 and none of it goes to the principal. Each scheduled payment does not go to the principal. If you pay over the minimum payment then it goes to the principal. However everything is figured out on your original amount. So if you started with $1,000 and you pay it down to $200 everything is still based of $1,000. The attorney generals of several states are getting ready to take action on this scam company. Just a company taking advantage of loopholes until states shut them down. No matter what kind of dire situation you are in stay away. They will only make your debt multiply

SCAM RIP OFF

Please take my word for it... unless you plan on paying it back the first month in total... DO NOT BORROW FROM MONEY KEY. They are blatant liars and deliberately misrepresent themselves. The numbers don't add up after they give you false information to lull you into agreeing to the offer. I wished I had researched reviews of this company before using them.

This is the absolute worst company to ever borrow money from in the history of the world. They are professional, legal scam artist! They have come up with a way to steal from every customer that they lure into their company. BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY COME UP WITH ANOTHER SOLUTION TO YOUR FINANCIAL PROBLEM. I opened a $700 line of correct with MoneyKey in December 2015, as of today I have paid out $943 with about $520+ to go. Called MoneyKey to make arrangements/Contract to pay off debt with $105 payments for to next four months to pay off debt. I've never missed all but one payment during my payment time, but I cought up with my payments. I get a statement in my email that $207 will be deducted from my account. WTH! What happened to the $105 four month payment arrangement. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SCAM $#*! COMPANY AGAIN.

Annoying service
April 23, 2016

MoneyKey no longer posts your loan balance and status online like they used to. You have to call a representative to get this simple information. This is very annoying since the call center is only open 8am-7pm most days. This recent event on top of the fact you need to call a representative each time you take out a loan is very annoying. No other payday loan companies do this.

Loan Possibility
April 10, 2016

I am thinking of taking out a loan with them; however, after reading other reviews, this does not seem like a good idea. First of all, I am only asking for $325 & the final amount showed to be over $1,000. Also, if anyone can answer the question as to why my 11 payments would begin at around $80+, then in the middle of the loan, about 3 payments, over $100+, then at end of loan go back down to the $80 some odd and change which is affordable. We all know these types of loans are overly high, so this is not unexpected on my behalf.

I tried to get a loan through this scamming company I told them how much I made a month, which is a fixed income, they told me that I was approved for $625. First the representative called my bank & while I was on the phone getting verification somehow the representative was disconnected from the call. I didn't know at the time but when the bank teller hung up I thought everyone hung up. So I had to call back to figure what happened & was told that the representative got disconnected. So the new representative said she was going to have to re call the bank I said I don't think my bank is going to allow it a second time. Low and behold the bank manager stated that they don't do third party calls. So I had to go to my bank and have them fax over my bank statement showing proof of my income. Mind you I told them my fixed income amount. Well after all of that, I didn't get a call back saying they received the statement. So I called the next day an I was advised that I didn't get approved cause I didn't meet the minimum requirements to get the loan. If I'm not mistaken I told them how much I get paid. So now I'm upset not because I didn't get the money cause judging by everyone's reviews you DON'T WANT there money cause the interest will kill you several times over. I'm upset cause I had to give them my banking statement with personal information. If there robbing you on interest what else could they be robbing you of. IJS. DON'T DO IT

I opened a loan in October of 2015. I was out of work for two months due to surgery but I still made my loan payments during that time. Now that I am back to work I am behind on all of my other bills due to the payments I were making to Money Key. No matter how hard I try I cant get back on track. Its nearly impossible. To date I have paid money key 2168 on a $825 loan and now I owe $872.25 more than the original amount I borrowed. I did speak to a couple agents and their response was to refinance the loan and have the amount declined through my checking account and pay insufficient funds fees along with their fees. Basically bounce a check. I'm going to have to figure out who to report this to get results maybe congress person or BBB

SCAM SCAM SCAM
January 27, 2016

I BORROWED $500 and I asked what I would have to pay back and was told $664.10. I thought they would take that amount out of my bank account and I was done, but they took a $160 payment and the next month another $160 payment and I called and they said in my state payback was by payments. Then I had a $340 payment taken out and I thought that was it. Today I find out I have two more payments totaling $440. That makes a $600 interest on $500 loan and I was unaware. They will not work with you - IT IS USARY AND I WILL NOT USE THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY LIED.

I Will Never Use This Company Again. I Borrowed $750. For 1 Month. I Made My 1st Payment Of $598.00 To Get The Princke Down And Save On Interest. My Second And Final Payment Was Made 2 Weeks Later For $494.00. You Do The Math. I Paid Almost $1100 For A $750 Loan. This Place Is A Rip Off.

So i needed this loan because i was in a tough situation. At first it said i was good for a line of credit for $600 but then it went down to $350. No biggie because i needed it. The first time i talked to someone they were completely a turn off and i wanted to just scream then i had the pleasure of talking to Harpreet Kaur, she was the best. She explained everything in detail. And she just actually seemed like she was trying to help and that to me being in the service industry made me feel more welcome. I know when it comes to lenders and borrowers that it can be like pulling teeth, but she made my experience feel worthwhile and that to me actually made me want to engage and continue business with moneykey. This is my experience i just hope that they read this and at least get more people like her so some of the bad reviews that i did read could go away.
