Great fast reliable service. My specialist T'yawne was outstanding. Everything was exactly as was explained. I applied on a Holiday and was able to receive my funds the Next day. Everything was upfront. Service was so reliable, I was able to pay for my truck repairs on time. I thank you guys so much for this service. You guys Rock! By the way please consider giving T'yawne an accommodation as she provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. She even followed up with me to make sure I was funded and satisfied. Just excellent. I will recommend your company to everyone. Thanks so much again.

I was pleased in the beginning dealing with Rosalyn. Unfortunately the following day I dealt with someone else who greatly upset me & who obviously didn't know what she was talking about since she asked me the same questions I had already answered in my application & denied my loan request. I asked to speak to someone else since I had already been told it was approved... I just needed to complete the verification. The woman who came to the phone said she was a supervisor & asked me a few questions & she told me the same thing, "that my loan request was denied". I asked about the conversation I had had with Rosalyn & she said she would listen to the conversation, but the decision was made & my application was declined. Shortly thereafter Rosalyn called me & told me that my earlier conversion with the other women was incorrect. I completed the verification process & the requested money was in my bank account the next morning.

I honestly thought quality customer service was dead... until today when I spoke to Harold from MoneyKey. He was professional, well informed, patient, understanding, but most of all- empathetic to my service needs. Harold left such an impression on me, that I requested to speak with his supervisor to relay the 100% satisfaction that I had with said service. I asked his supervisor if people with Harold's same pleasant disposition was the norm at MoneyKey- and he assured me that hiring people like Harold was important for their company. Furthermore, I had never heard of MoneyKey before, so I was initially wary. However, Harold seemed so jovial as he asked me the required questions needed to get my loan approved, that I couldn't help but trust in the process. Therefore, I left the experience feeling at ease- and knowing that this would not be my last time doing business with MoneyKey. Again, thank you Harold for being such a nice person, and treating your customers with dignity and respect; it is much appreciated. I'm happy to report that great customer service isn't dead after all!
